When Pentatonix puts on a holiday festive season tour, it's nothing short of a magical experience that comes complete with an out-of-this-world production, fancy sound and lighting, and some pretty amazing choreography. Last year, they pulled off a seriously cool trek, which saw them sell out multiple venues across the board.

Fans absolutely fell in love, and you could hear them screaming for more hit after hit, and you expected them to do the exact same thing this time around. Adding to the excitement is their brand new studio recording of eight new songs as well as a greatest hits compilation, which is due out on October 20th. This album marks their 7th festive release and their 12th album to date.

This all means that fans of the group have never had it so good. Since their formation way back in 2011, they've been building a huge army of followers that has led to several prestigious awards, including three Grammys, over 10 million album sales world wide, and billions of multi-platform streams.

On their journey to the top, the group has performed at the Kennedy Center Honors for Tom Hanks, with President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama in the audience. They've also worked together with such legendary artists as Dolly Parton, Miley Cyrus, Kelly Clarkson, and Lindsey Stirling. Pentatonix have also made their way onto the silver screen with a cameo in the massively successful Pitch Perfect 2. Not to mention, they're givers too, having supported amazing causes such as the Do It for the Love Foundation, the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and more.

ST. PAUL, Minn. (FOX 9) - The new Pentatonix Holiday Tour is coming to the Xcel Energy Center right in time for the holiday season.

The well-known acapella group’s Christmas albums are fan favorites due to their soothing harmonies and unique interpretations of classic Christmas songs. "The Most Wonderful Tour Of The Year," comes with a new holiday greatest hits album released by the group, "The Greatest Christmas Hits."

Pentatonix will be coming to the Xcel Energy Center Saturday, Nov. 25. Tickets go on sale Aug. 25 at 10 a.m.

For fans interested in a VIP experience, Pentatonix partnered with Superfan to offer fans a unique up-close experience with the group. The packages offer VIP tickets, an intimate Q&A with the band, exclusive merch items, a group photo with Pentatonix, and in the most select packages, exclusive access to the band’s "Holidays Around the World" VIP party pre-show.

Fresh off of Hollywood Boulevard where a cappella group Pentatonix received a Hollywood Walk of Fame star, the three-time Grammy-winning quintet announced that they will be embarking on a North American Tour with very special guest Lauren Alaina. Produced by Live Nation, the 24-city tour kicks off on Wednesday, August 9th at Daily’s Place in Jacksonville making stops across North America in Toronto, Chicago, Dallas, Irvine and more.  

Today’s star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame is especially significant for Pentatonix as they are the first A Cappella group to receive such honor. Since emerging in 2011, Pentatonix have become the most innovative, inventive, and inimitable vocal groups of all time, and have released a number of successful albums, earning nominations for Grammys, Emmys, and Billboard Music Awards along the way. The group recently finished their most successful Christmas tour ever, playing to 200,000+ people across 22 cities and has tour dates this spring and summer across the globe in Singapore, Japan, Australia and Europe.

Pentatonix holiday tour to stop in St. Paul

The three-time Grammy Award-winning a cappella group Pentatonix will stop in the Twin Cities this fall during its holiday tour.

The group announced “The Most Wonderful Tour of the Year” on Monday, which is set to kick off in California on Nov. 14 and stop at Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul on Nov. 25. The tour is scheduled to end in Texas on Dec. 21.

Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. on Friday.

Pentatonix is set to unveil its 12th full-length — and seventh holiday — album in tandem with the tour.

Recently, the group unveiled an upbeat and undeniable new original single entitled “I Rise.” It has just begun to pick up traction at DSPs. The five-piece just embarked on the latest leg of  Pentatonix: The World Tour  in North America. It crisscrosses North America from the East Coast to the West Coast for the next month until its conclusion on Sept. 16.

A children’s YouTube star is performing at the Allentown Fair. Here’s how to get tickets.

T he Great Allentown Fair is bringing in a headliner geared towards a group rarely thought of when programming the fair: young children.

Blippi , the character with a wildly popular eponymous YouTube channel , will be bringing his entertaining and educational live show to the Allentown Fair’s grandstand on Aug. 29. The show shores up the festival’s grandstand lineup, which stretches from Aug. 28 to Sept. 2.

The YouTube channel, which creator Stevin John started in 2014, has proved to be a hit with preschool-aged kids. The online popularity has translated to a live show that’s brought the character to his dedicated pint-sized viewers around the world. At the fair, Blippi will be bringing plenty of singing and dancing, and he’ll explore with the crowd what makes the Allentown Fair unique.

Blippi joins a full a lineup for the fair’s grandstand:
