Top 5 Animal Toys for a Safari-Themed Gender Reveal

This Safari-themed baby shower is fresh, modern and fun! Our product specialty team helped Kris Castellano from the Bambina Diaries choose the perfect Safari Ltd figurines for her gender reveal! Safari animals decorated every nook and cranny of the space from table decor, to cake and cupcakes!

Needless to say, Kris nailed the theme, sticking to earthy colors with pops of green and gold! She opted to spray paint our figurines giving the decor a more modern look. We go into detailed instructions in this post on how to spray paint our figurines. It's a really fun, easy way to add a breath of freshness to these dynamic figures!

Guests truly felt like they stepped into a jungle! She focused on gold, wood and green elements to mimic the environment that the animals live in... with a contemporary twist! It can be a wonderful option for your jungle-themed party. If you’d like to make the beverages alcoholic, you can add a splash of rum to the mix of juices. In addition, also provide water with lemon, lime, and orange garnishes as another beverage option.

13. Jungle Snacks

Supply a variety of foods that look like they could have come right from the jungle (in a clean, delicious way). These can include a vegetable platter, animal crackers , dried fruit, animal fruit snacks, gummy worms, and a variety of nuts. A simple, fun activity for your guests is guessing the baby's gender of course! For this voting idea , write a boy and girl column on a blackboard or dry-erase board. To stick with your jungle theme, draw animal footprints, leaves, and branches on the board. One by one, each guest walks up to the board and puts a tally underneath their guess for the baby's gender.

18. Cast Your Vote

Place a gender reveal voting ballot at each guest’s seat. Once the guests mark their votes, have them put the ballots in a jungle decorated cardboard box with a slit in it at each table. Collect the ballot boxes and tally the votes before the gender is revealed.

19. Piñata Fun

It's time to reveal the gender of the baby! Pick out a jungle piñata , then have your "trusted person" fill it with blue confetti or pink confetti. For some sweet treats instead, fill it with blue or pink-wrapped candy . Have guests come up one at a time and give the piñata a wack.
