Cancellation by guests:

Cancellation needs to be informed by writing as soon as possible if wishing to cancel the trip.

• If cancellation happens in more than 20 days prior to check-in, no cancellation charge will be
• If cancellation happens from 19 to 14 days prior to check-in, charge will be 30% of each cancelled cabin for group from 1-3 cabins or 50% of each cancelled cabin for group more than 3 cabins
• If cancellation happens from 7 to 4 days prior to check-in, charge will be 75% of each cancelled cabin for groups from 1-3 cabins or 100% of each cancelled cabin for groups more than 3 cabins.
• If cancellation happens less than 4 days prior to check-in, charge will be 100% of each cancelled cabin.

Children policy: 

• A child under 5 years of age is free if sharing beds with parents is free. Only 1 child per room. 
• The second child under 6 years of age will be charged 50 USD/night, if sharing beds with parents
• Children from 6-11 years of age will be charged 95% rate of a cabin if booking a private room
• Children from 12 years of age will be charged 100% of adult’s rate
• Insurance: Be applied to the real loss/damage/body injuries occurring within the range of Gray Line Cruise. It is encouraged to buy International Travel Insurance prior to either traveling in Vietnam or getting on Gray Line cruises.
• Force majeure: In the event of strikes, stoppages of labors, protests, riots, weather conditions or any other reasons, Gray Line Halong Cruise has the right to cancel, advance, postpone or substitute any scheduled sailing or itineraries without prior notices. The cruise may, but is not obliged to, substitute another cruise for any sailing and cannot be liable for any loss to the passenger by any reasons such as cancellation, advancement, postponement or substitution.
• For loss of and/or damage to property: Gray Line Halong Cruise will provide safekeeping for valuables aboard the boat and encourages the passengers to deposit any jewelry or other valuables brought aboard the boat with a designated officer who will issue a receipt for such valuables. Gray Line Halong Cruise shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to money, jewelry, precious stones, securities, financial instruments, tickets or other valuables unless they have been delivered and handed to the Cruise Manager, and a due receipt has been issued.
• In the event of settlement of disputes between passengers and Gray Line Halong Cruise, the laws of Vietnam will be applied.

Transfer to a tender boat to explore  Surprising / Amazing Cave (Sung Sot Cave) . At around 10,000 sqm it’s the largest, most well-known cave in Ha Long Bay and a "must-see" that is incomparable to any other cave in Halong Bay

Located in Bo Hon Island , to reach the cave entrance you need to hike up a steep path. It consists of two chambers, a small one known as the ‘waiting room’ and a second, big enough to hold 1,000 people, has stunning stone formations that look like sentries standing in a line and a rock that looks like a general commanding his troops

Both chambers are filled with flowstones, stalactites, stalagmites, and limestone columns that have formed over millions of years. The light from outside streams across the water making flickering patterns on the walls of the cave, creating a spectacular light show.

Today, we will leave our luggage on the overnight cruise, lock the cabin and travel by a smaller Day Boat. Our first stop is to Fairy Lake Cave (Ho Dong Tien) . The cave has two parts, the first, accessed via a narrow passage is filled with stalactites and stalagmites and the second part is a small lake surrounded by the island’s cliffs. In Vietnamese folklore the fairies are believed to come here to swim, hence the name

Our next stop is Drum Cave (Hon Trong Cave) on Bo Hon Island , which gets its name from the sound of the wind as it blows through the caves rock formations, stalagmites, and stalactites. The area is perfect to spend time, swimming, kayaking, or just relaxing on the sun-drenched beaches

Lunch will be served on the boat 

Next, going to explore Tung Sau Pearl Farm , the only pearl farm in Halong Bay , located in an isolated bay, and surrounded by beautiful limestone islands. After the rock formation and millions years of water erosion, the cave is now featured by hundreds of marvelous stalactites, stalagmites and grandeur stone chambers which are incomparable with any cave in Gulf of Tonkin (Shoes, sandals and convenient clothes are recommended to visit the cave) . 09:15 : Come back to the cruise for freshening check-out. The trains and stations of the Moscow Metro

The Moscow Metro is the third most intensive subway system in the world after Tokyo and Seoul subways. The first line was opened on May 15, 1935. Since 1955, the metro has the name of V.I. Lenin.

The system consists of 12 lines with a total length of 305.7 km. Forty four stations are recognized cultural heritage. The largest passenger traffic is in rush hours from 8:00 to 9:00 and from 18:00 to 19:00.

Cellular communication is available on most of the stations of the Moscow Metro. In March 2012, a free Wi-Fi appeared in the Circle Line train. The Moscow Metro is open to passengers from 5:20 to 01:00. The average interval between trains is 2.5 minutes.

The fare is paid by using contactless tickets and contactless smart cards, the passes to the stations are controlled by automatic turnstiles. Ticket offices and ticket vending machines can be found in station vestibules.

The Moscow metro now has a full 4G coverage

The Tele2 mobile network company became the first to build an infrastructure for 100% stations of the Moscow's metro. The high-quality 4G internet is now available on all 259 stations of the Moscow's metro, Moscow Central Circle (MCC) and monorail.

The operator has secured a 100% 4G indoor-coverage internet an all stations of the metropolitan metro, including the passageways, pavilions, and stairways. The investments into the project have exceeded 800 million rubles.

The Moscow underground is a specific infrastructure object, which has its own particularities. All works on designing, installation, and adjustment of the hardware should have been conducted exceptionally during night hours when the metro is closed for entry. A sufficient number of stations have a status of cultural heritage, thus, the network development has required additional approvement from the Department of Cultural Heritage of Moscow.

The network coverage within the metro system opens new horizons for the analysis of the "big data". Tele2 Network has analyzed the users' activity during the summer months and has indicated the busiest metro lines, which were: Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya, Zamoskvoretskaya and Kaluga-Riga lines. During the summer months, on the stations of Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya lines the subscribers have downloaded 125 TByte of internet-traffic, have made over 2 million calls with the total duration of 27 thousand hours, which equals to 3 years.
