Our system offers the entire workflow for travel procurement from requisition to approval to travel policy compliant online booking to invoice generation, expense management, reimbursement and final settlement and covers all aspects of travel from domestic and international air / hotel / car / rail / guesthouse bookings to assistance on visas / passport / insurance / foreign exchange / expense management, and much more.

By automating, centralizing, consolidating and streamlining all aspects of employee travel the system results in substantial savings on the total travel spend. We back this by giving real-time MIS reports of all activity displayed by region / department / division / location etc. Depending on current practices these savings can often be about 30% and beyond. By allowing employees to make informed decisions, it removes anxiety and uncertainty and increases efficiency, productivity and convenience.

Our web-based system has a real-time system for employee trip request, approval and on-line booking. Our technology allows us to define the entire organisation structure along with details about divisions, departments, employees, designations, locations, travel policies, hierarchy levels, authorisation approval paths, preferred vendors etc. There are modules which allow us to define who is allowed to travel, on whose approval, under what conditions, in which class, at what fares, include corporate deal codes, etc.

Once this is done, employees are given individual I.Ds, and activated so as to enable them to make on-line bookings directly via our website. Our 24/7 travel-desk ensures services are extended even in times of poor Internet connectivity or in case of emergencies. Either way the same travel policies and corporate rates get enforced resulting in guaranteed savings and eliminating delays, wrong billings and policy violations.

Ideally an interface needs to be developed between the corporate's HRMS system and the Quest2travel server for the smooth flow of incremental employee data both of employees joining, leaving and being transferred within an organisation The other handshake occurs when transactional data relating to the travel bookings and expense claims is relayed to the corporate's financial accounting system. If the corporate has an intranet based system a travel link together with an interface for single sign-on too is highly recommended.

Since we handle sensitive customer data, we have chosen to protect ourselves by implementing the ISO/IEC 27001 information security standard. This is the best-known standard in the world for information security management, which helps us manage the security of assets such as financial information, intellectual property, employee details or information entrusted to us by third parties.

Becomes the first company to be able to show live realtime inventory with airline fares in India. Unfortunately without e-ticketing is unable to launch services.

Develops the capability to display airline inventory and fares on bank ATMs and files for patents in the United States and the European Union thru noted international law firm of Heller Ehrman. The company launches an initiative to train and employ individuals with physical disabilities. In years to come colleagues who have come on board continue to provide a source of inspiration and pride to all and set standards for exceptional output, productivity and integrity.

Indian Airlines and CISF agree to accept the ATM receipt as an e-ticket and IDBI bank becomes the first bank in the world to offer airline bookings thru ATMs using technology and capabilities from Quest2travel.

Quest2travel launches its online booking platform and offers individual logins to employees of Centurion Bank of Punjab. A 24/7 operation is started in Nashik that offers assistance to customers wanting access to services without internet connectivity.

The Aditya Birla Group implements Quest2travel to streamline, consolidate and automate all aspects of employee travel across its entire group. Decades old relationships for travel services are terminated to make way for a path breaking online booking system that offers complete transparency along with efficiency and savings. Guesthouse inventory of all the companies in the group are web enabled and managed in real-time. Everything from air, hotel, car and guesthouse bookings is automated and enabled online through Quest2travel's customised portal. To date it remains the single largest implementation of its kind.

Company starts breaking even on its day to day operations. Automates the process flow for rail booking, travel insurance, foreign exchange and visas and adds more corporate customers.

Tata Motors chooses Quest2travel to automate the entire end-to-end process of employee self-booking for travel and expense management including local voucher claims and settlement. This engagement remains the most complex and detailed initiative for Quest2travel.

The Indian Government rolls out GST which raises new hurdles for the travel industry resulting in anxiety and uncertainty amongst corporate customers. Quest2travel studies the situation and the pain points to develop a web based interface to track and reconcile GST invoices and accompanying credit. Becomes the first and only travel management company to come up with a solution that is appreciated and acknowledged by each of its corporate customers.

Quest2travel launches a native mobile app that allows users to create, edit and submit expense reports on the move along with the ability to capture and tag photographs of invoices and receipts. Over 250 corporates big and small use our web based platform to manage their employee travel with a level of efficiency and transparency that continues to set the standards as we look forward to a challenging and promising future...
