Iron Maiden Announce 2022 North American Tour

Iron Maiden are returning to North America next year. The NWOBHM titans are bringing their Legacy of the Beast tour to the United States and Canada in fall 2022, and they've tapped Trivium  and Within Temptation to open various portions of the month-long trek. 

Kicking off September 11th in El Paso, TX, the band will hit each coast on the continent, both the Northern and Southern U.S., and a handful of cities in Ontario, Canada, before concluding in Tampa on October 27th. Trivium will be supporting the band from September 11th to the 30th, and then Within Temptation will take their place from October 3rd through to the end. 

Iron Maiden will be performing a setlist that includes classics from throughout their 40-year catalog, as well as a couple tracks from their new album Senjutsu , which we named one of the best albums of 2021 . Beyond the music, the stage show will be filled with pyrotechnics, eye-catching props and surely an appearance from Eddie. 

Registration for tickets is live now , with Iron Maiden fan club member pre-sales beginning December 7th at 10 a.m. local time, other pre-sales going live the same time on December 8th, and all general tickets being available December 10th at 10 a.m. local time.

30 SHOWS ADDED TO AN UPDATED LEGACY OF THE BEAST 2022 WORLD TOUR IN AMERICA, CANADA, MEXICO AND EUROPE!

Critically acclaimed show to be even more spectacular with the addition of a whole new world around senjutsu.

IRON MAIDEN will return to North America and Mexico in 2022 and also take their Legacy of the Beast World Tour further East into Europe. The show has already been seen by almost two million people across the globe, being hailed by fans and media alike as the most exciting and visually spectacular performance of the band’s career to date, with a decades-spanning set list of fan favourites.

Iron Maiden manager Rod Smallwood comments,

“ Next summer we will finally get to play the huge European stadium and festival tour for Legacy of the Beast originally set for 2020. The new show will be even more spectacular so after our visit to Rock in Rio early September 2022 we have decided to take it back to our fans in North America and Mexico too, playing in cities or venues we did not get to last time we toured in 2019. We are also adding some of the great cities of eastern Europe we were not initially visiting!

We’ll be making a couple of additions and changes to the production and setlist to include some songs from our new album Senjutsu and are making the 2022 version of Legacy of the Beast even more spectacular than the acclaimed original show. You can be sure that we will still be featuring all the “hits” and the key elements of the original tour like the Spitfire, Icarus, Hell, flamethrowers and pyro and the rest - but we will shake it up a bit and Trooper Eddie will have serious competition in the new Senjutsu ‘world’ we are adding. ”

Iron Maiden will finally return to North America in 2022 for their Legacy Of The Beast world tour. The trek is scheduled to kick off in September with special guests Trivium and Within Temptation. First access to tickets are available now via Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan platform that will run through 10:00 PM ET on Sunday (5th). Verified fan presale begins next Wednesday (8th) at 10:00 AM local time. There will also be an exclusive pre-sale for Iron Maiden fan club members starting Tuesday (7th) at 10am local time. All pre sales end on Thursday (9th) at 10:00 PM local time. All remaining tickets will go on sale to the general public on December 10th at 10:00AM local time.

Iron Maiden Reveal 2022 ‘Legacy of the Beast’ North American Tour Dates

Don't fret, North America! "The Legacy of the Beast" is coming your way in the fall of 2022 as Iron Maiden have just announced a North American leg for their world tour.

This latest leg of shows will hit certain cities that the band has not performed in for many years, making this a treat for Iron Maiden fans hungry for a show, and given that it's a "Legacy of the Beast" show, these fans will be getting a decades-spanning set list that includes classic cuts as well as songs form their latest Senjutsu studio album.

Fans can also register for first access to tickets via Ticketmaster's Verified Fan platform from now through 10PM ET on Dec. 5. The Verified Fan pre-sale kicks off Dec. 8 at 10AM local time. Plus, there will be a Iron Maiden fan club pre-sale starting Dec. 7 at 10AM local time. The pre-sales all end on Thursday, Dec. 9 at 10PM local time, with the general public on-sale starting Friday, Dec. 10 at 10AM local time. To the United Center : The #19 United Center Express Bus runs on game days. Service begins 90 minutes prior to game time, runs every 10 minutes until 30 minutes until start of game. Board at stops starting southbound on Michigan and Randolph. Connections are made with Metra trains at Millennium Station, Ogilvie Center and Union Station. The #20 Madison Bus travels west on Madison Street, starting downtown at Wabash Street and runs every few minutes, making all stops to the United Center.

From the United Center : The #19 United Center Express and the #20 Madison buses run every few minutes, departing from the eastbound side of Madison Street. Buses make all stops.

Suites Parking

Two reserved parking passes will be valid in lots C and K. The other two reserved parking passes will be for parking in lots A, B, D, or L. Holders of these passes will be directed to A, B, D, or L lots by traffic police and parking attendants based on traffic conditions. Parking passes are good for one space each. All parking passes are mobile entry only.

For all special events, each Executive Suite Holder will receive two complimentary parking passes per event ordered. These two passes will be for reserved parking located in lots C and K. In addition, Executive Suite Holders will also receive the option to purchase four additional parking passes in lots C and K for special events.

Suite Holder parking passes are also valid for buses or limousines under specific guidelines.

Lexus Club Parking

Lexus Club Seat members have reserved parking in fenced, well-lit and clearly marked parking lots adjacent to the United Center for all Blackhawks or Bulls preseason, regular season and playoff games. All Lexus Club members who purchase tickets to other events may also purchase one preferred parking pass (in lot C or K) for such events. Details on how to obtain parking for other events are included with the fax transmission announcing each event.

Lexus Club Seat members with two to four tickets receive a complimentary, reserved parking space in a closed-in, paved lot for all Blackhawks or Bulls preseason, regular season and playoff games. Lexus Club Seat members with five seats or more will be provided with two parking passes.

UBER ZONE FAQs:

What is the Uber Zone (Lot E) at the United Center? To increase and streamline the fan experience for guests who take Uber to and from the United Center, the new Uber Zone is located at the corner of Madison Street and Wood Street (Lot E) and will combine the three former Uber locations around the arena. Traffic leading to the three prior Uber pickup locations 1) Zone A, previously located on Wood Street & Washington Blvd. near Lot A, 2) Zone D, previously located on Monroe Street & S. Paulina Street near Lot D and 3) Zone F, previously located on Monroe Street & Seeley Ave. near Lot F will now be directed towards the one new Uber Zone in Lot E.

What is the location of the Uber Zone? The new Uber Zone at the United Center is located on the corner of Madison Street and Wood Street. Fans will enter and exit through the sidewalk entrance located on Madison Street and cars will enter the lot by turning into the Uber Zone from Madison Street. Cars will exit on Warren Blvd.

What are the hours of operation? On event days, the Uber Zone is open two hours prior to games, concerts and events and will remain open up to one hour after each event. On non-event days, the Uber Zone will be closed and Uber rides will be dropped off near the corner of Madison Street and Wood Street outside of the Uber Zone.

What is the pickup process for fans?

• Using the Uber app, fans inside the United Center will call an Uber ride.
• Guests will then head to the new Uber Zone located at the corner of Madison Street and Wood Street in front of the United Center.
• When arriving, fans will show the Uber attendant the lane number their driver is in.
• Fans will be shown the location where their Uber vehicle is located to start their next journey.

What is the dropoff process for fans? When Uber drivers arrive with guests at the United Center, they will be instructed to pull into the Uber Zone from the Madison Street side to drop off fans. Once exiting the vehicle, guests will walk out of the main entrance located on the corner of Madison Street and Wood Street. Guests can cross the street to the United Center and are encouraged to enter through the East Atrium.
