Advice on an upcoming flight, booking queries, or upgrades: with immediate effect, Condor guests can also contact customer service with their concerns via WhatsApp. This adds another option to the existing communication channels of telephone, e-mail, and live chat.

Alexander Kaiser, Head of Customer Care at Condor: "Shortly after the launch, we were able to see the added value of this channel. Our customers immediately used WhatsApp to discuss their concerns. Currently, most of them are concerned with valid entry regulations, questions about booking, online check-in or special services. These topics can be discussed quickly and directly via WhatsApp."

In the future, there are plans to develop the content further so that guests can also use WhatsApp to make changes to their trip. Travel with Condor can be booked with all German tour operators and at travel agencies, and flight tickets are available as usual at www.condor.com and by phone.

Zelo zadovoljna s potovanjem, vse pohvale agenciji in vodiču Mohorju, vse je bilo krasno, nepozabna izkušnja.

Potovanje po vzhodu ZDA je bilo čudovito, nepozabno in odlično organizirano. Vodič Gregor V. je fantastičen, predan, poln znanja in poznavanja Amerike, zgodovine in prilagodljiv željam potnikov, ki jih je odlično pokombiniral za naše različne okuse. Potovanje po vzhodnem delu me je nad Ameriko navdušilo in bi se z vami z veseljem še udeležila potovanja po zahodnem delu (z vodičem Gregorjem).

S turistično agencijo Condor Travel smo odpotovali na štiridnevni izlet v Istanbul. Organizacija in izvedba izleta je bila odlična. Vodič Mohor je bil super, poln zanimivih informacij, prilagodljiv skupini in zelo razumevajoč. S svojo umirjenostjo, pozitivno energijo in humorjem nam je tudi iz zapleta na letališču naredil zanimivo izkušnjo, ki se jo bomo še dolgo spominjali. Storitve agencije bom v bodoče zagotovo še uporabila. Priporočam.

Odlično potovanje po Južni Afriki, predvsem safariji, odlično za ljubitelje živali. Vodič Matic pa poglavje za sebe v najboljšem pomenu besede. Priporočam.😉

Tako dobrega potovanja že dolgo nisem doživel. Veliko potujem in morem reči, da sem bil res pozitivno presenečen z organizacijo potovanja. 100x hvala Maticu za odlično vodenje! Poleg organizacije pa seveda niso razočarala tudi mesta in pokrajina zahodne Amerike. San Franciso in Las Vegas sta res nepozabni mesti. Od narave pa me je najbolj fasciniral Grand Canyon ter Sekvoja park, kjer bi se lahko vsaj še za kakšen dan namerno izgubil. Kot ljubitelj glasbe, pa bi vsem priporočil tudi organizirano večerjo v Bakersfieldu, kjer smo res uživali v živi country muziki, ter predstavi.

Zagotovo bom z vami še potoval!

Posebej bi pohvalili vodnika Gregorja V. Našo pot je spretno prilagajal vsem razmeram, z mislijo na naše ugodje in želje. Je pravi leksikon znanja, zato ni bilo težko slediti njegovim razlagam. Pohvaliti je potrebno tudi administrativni del agencije, ki je ustregel našim (dodatnim) željam in pričakovanjem. Kot prostor za nadgradnjo poslovanja bi predlagali hitrejšo pretočnost informacij pred potovanjem. Povzetek: priporočamo! :)

Zadovoljen s potovanjem in organizacijo. Vrhunec potovanja so vsekakor Niagarski slapovi in New York. Priporočam vsem.

Dne 24.6.23 smo odpotovali z agencijo Kondor na 10 dnevno potovanje po ZDA in Kanado,vodic Vidic Gregor,zelo dobro vodenje,bili navduseni nad vodenjem in organizacijo,vse super brez pripomb,zelo priporocam agencijo in vodica. Nasa skupi ica je stela 9 clanov,res super,ostalo bo v lepem spominu,pohvala tudi agentu agencije Matic-u. Nepozabno.

Nepozabna izkušnja Istanbula s Condor Travel! Super organizacija, super ekipa in več kot odličen vodnik Mohor. Pohvale vsem. Priporočam!

Potovanje je bilo izvrstno. Vodič Dejan je bil super. Že tako lepo Irsko je naredil še lepšo.

Vec pa ni! Pohvale Mohorju za izvrstno vodenje v Istanbulu in Ursi za odlicno asistenco. Priporočam! 

Odlično izpeljan izlet v Istanbul. Super vodnik, hotel v središču mesta je bil res na dobri lokaciji, tako da smo se lahko zvečer varno sami sprehajali po mestu. Všeč pa nam je bil tudi koncept potovanja v manjši skupini.

Istanbul s Condor Travel - top izlet z odličnim vodičem Mohorjem!

Potovanje po vzhodnem delu ZDA od New Yorka do Toronta je bilo eno zelo lepo in nepozabno doživetje. Še enkrat hvala Gregorju za super vodenje. Lep pozdrav, Metka in Danilo Gregorčič.

Najlepše potovanje, ki sem ga do sedaj doživela. Izpostavila bi zelo prijazno osebje v Safari kampu, nepozabne safari izlete in najlepše sončne zahode na svetu.  Viktorijini slapovi pa so tako ali tako fascinantni in ne morejo razočarati. Upam da se še kdaj vrneva. 

Zaradi vodiča Dejana je bila Irska veliko lepsa! Vse pohvale za tako veliko njegovega znanja in skrb za nas, potnike.

Noro lepo! Morem priznati da nisem pričakovala tako lepe Amerike. Vsekakor bi se še kdaj vrnila, da še enkrat doživim sončni zahod v Bryce Canyonu, izbruh gejzirja in horde bivolov v parku Yellowstone in ''nor'' Las Vegas 

Prvič sem potovala z agencijo Condor in sem zelo zadovoljna. Mala skupina, super vodička in zelo doživeto raziskovanje Jordanije. Zelo priporočam.

Condor Airlines Phone Support - Do they answer eventually?

I purchased 'classic' fare, per my itinerary, and am wondering if any of it is refundable as I have to cancel my trip. (It was purchased on 6/21/2018 and the flight is scheduled for 9/8.) I've tried holding a few times up to 45 minutes with no answer. Sometimes the goofy hold muzak continues, sometimes it goes mercifully silent without disconnecting. Does anyone else have experience with this? I've read mixed reviews (mainly bad) here and elsewhere. Being a budget airline, my hopes aren't very high but I'd like to recoup at least some of my losses if possible.

Yes, they do eventually answer. I successfully cancelled a flight with them once. I waited on hold for a long time and eventually spoke to someone. It sounded like they were really in / from Germany based on her accent. She said their computer system was down(!) and she wouldn't be able to process my cancellation request while we were on the phone. But she would put it through and I'd get a confirmation eventually. I asked a lot of questions, sort of thinking that sounded like a scam. She seemed offended that I would think she wasn't going to do her job properly. And she did do it, my flight was cancelled within the 24 hour window after I booked and I didn't have to pay anything.

The best places to look are on the Condor website or at the small print of your ticket (Google "Condor Classic fare...and voila). All the fare rules are spelled out in both places. It looks like you're out of luck except for taxes and fees. https://www.condor.com/us/fly-enjoy/classes-rates/our-rates/classic-rate.jsp

It does look like you can 're-book' for a fee and fare difference if you are re-scheduling the trip.

Depending on your situation, you may want to explore that option when you penetrate the muzak maze
