Is ASAP Tickets Legit? (Scam Or Not)

Yes, ASAP Tickets is a legitimate travel agency that provides cheap airline tickets worldwide. They aim to provide the best flight deals that might not be available online and have personalized 24/7 customer support.

The company is a proud American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA) member and is accredited to work via Airlines Reporting Corporation’s (ARC) transaction settlement system. It is also an accredited Better Business Bureau (BBB) member with the highest rating. It is accredited by the International Airlines Travel Agent Network (IATAN).

But, what are the benefits of booking through ASAP Tickets? Is the company trustworthy?

If you have the same questions, this article is for you.

By the end of this article, you will be sure enough to make your choice.

How Legit Is ASAP Tickets?

Is Asaptickets Legit?

ASAP Tickets is a legitimate and reliable travel agency that provides booking services for flights, hotels, and other travel-related services.

ASAP Tickets has been in this industry for over two decades. The company plans to open new offices and solutions for independent agents. Its reliability has been proven over the years, and it looks forward to widening its prospects.

Some of the services offered by ASAP Tickets include the following.

1. Airfare

The company provides access to a wide selection of flights from major airlines, including economy, premium economy, business class, and first class.

2. Hotel bookings

ASAP Tickets offers a range of hotel options for travelers, including budget-friendly options, luxury hotels, and everything in between.

3. Vacation packages

The company also offers vacation packages that include airfare, hotel accommodations, and other travel services, allowing customers to save time and money.

4. Concierge Service

Every ASAP Tickets client can benefit from the complementary Concierge Service that the company provides.

5. Customer support

ASAP Tickets provides 24/7 customer support, booking and travel planning assistance, and support throughout the trip.

Can You Get A Safe Refund From Asaptickets?

In case of cancellations using ASAP Tickets, you must cancel your bookings at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to cancel your ticket, the ticket will be treated as a “No Show.”

Thus, the ticket automatically loses its value, and it cannot be exchanged or refunded. Suppose you have a paper ticket rather than an e-ticket. In that case, you must return the paper ticket to ASAP Tickets to process any refund or exchange.

If you need reservation changes, you are supposed to contact their Customer Service Department at (800) 750-2238 to speak to their representative. They will guide you through the appropriate authorization forms.

Once submitted, the customer service representative will then process your request. The discounted tickets are mostly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

However, the restrictions vary, depending on the airline. Airlines that allow exchanges or refunds might charge penalty fees for the service.

Inquire with your travel agent about the applicable fees for any modifications at the moment of the purchase. Penalty fees are subject to airline rules.

Ultimately, the best way to ensure a safe and secure refund is to work directly with the company and follow its established process for requesting and processing refunds. If you have any concerns or issues, it is recommended that you raise them directly with Asaptickets customer service.

What Are The Main Issues With ASAP Tickets?

ASAP Tickets may be one of those few companies that do not pose any difficulties to its customers. They have no significant drawbacks that question the company’s reliability.

Some common issues that travelers may face when booking with any travel agency include issues with flight cancellations or changes, problems with hotel bookings, and issues with customer service. Customers may also need help with pricing, such as unexpected fees or changes in the cost of their booking.

The airline may require you to pay additional fees at the airport if your baggage exceeds certain limitations, such as the number, weight, size, and dimensions of your bags. Some airlines do not offer complimentary baggage allowance, and ASAP tickets take no responsibility in this case.

Baggage allowance policies and baggage fees can vary widely and are subject to airline change at any time. You should check directly with the airline for the latest baggage allowance information.

If you encounter any issues with your booking, it is best to raise them directly with Asaptickets customer service. They will be able to provide you with the information and support you need to resolve any issues and ensure that you have a positive travel experience.

They might show you certain offers on some packages. When you are about to book them, the recommendations may disappear. Other than this and other common issues, there is no severe drawback.

How Is Their Customer Service?

The customer service of ASAP tickets is commendable, and they deserve recognition. Their service is professional and forthcoming, and they are respectful and empathetic.

You can have personal travel managers who help you find and book airline tickets according to your budget and flight preferences. In case of any issues with your booking, you can directly approach their customer service.

Once you approach them, they respond without much delay and are incredibly patient while dealing with the problem. They will help and guide you in every way possible and solve any unseen issue.

They are polite and kind if they cannot resolve your concerns. The company’s customer service is available daily, and you can contact them through call or email.

You may contact them through the following means.

Final Remarks

By now, I am sure you know many things about ASAP Tickets and their policies. I addressed all your suspicion regarding the same through this article so you could understand it better.

Let us go through the article in brief.

ASAP Tickets is a genuine website, and you can trust it with your bookings. It provides quality service, and its customer support is also great.

Is ASAP Tickets Legitimate? What You Need To Know

We all need to travel, whether it’s for a vacation or for business, and the most expensive part of a trip is usually your flight.

We will do all we can to find a cheaper flight and this means engaging in online travel agencies such as ASAP Tickets.

It takes time to trust a new online travel agency, especially with the rise in scams and fraudulent activities. This brings us to the question, “Is ASAP Tickets Legitimate?”.

Join me as I run through everything you need to know about whether ASAP Ticket is legit or not.

What Is ASAP Tickets & How Does It Work?

ASAP Tickets is an online travel agency that specializes in providing affordable flight tickets to customers. It was founded in 2001 and has its headquarters in California, USA.

Its primary focus is on international flights but also offers a variety of other travel services, including travel insurance, car rentals, and hotel reservations.

ASAP Tickets works by providing customers with a platform where they can compare and select the best flight deals for their desired destination.

The agency has partnered with over 120 airlines, which allows it to offer its customers a wide range of flights at competitive prices. The company has experienced travel agents who are available 24/7 to help customers with their travel needs.

Pros of Using ASAP tickets

Competitive pricing.

ASAP Tickets uses its established relationships with several airlines to give you competitive prices for their flights, usually much cheaper than the competition.

This allows you to save money on your travels and they even have a Lowest Fare Guarantee.

Great Customer Service

ASAP Tickets provides 24/7 live support from travel agents that are there to help you make the right booking at a good price. You can ask them for travel advice and lots more.

A lot of customers who use ASAP Tickets rave about how useful this travel agent service is, check it out here on Trustpilot .

Quick and Easy to Use

ASAP Tickets is fast and easy to use thanks to their excellent website. You can search for your flights/hotel/car and see the lowest fare available. After that, you have to call or submit a request for a free quote.

Cons of Using ASAP Tickets

Not great for domestic flights.

ASAP Tickets focuses primarily on international flights, which means that they do not offer as many domestic flights as other travel agencies. If you want to fly domestically, you are best off using a different online travel agency.

You Can Not Book Directly Online Or See Multiple Options

The search function on the website does not allow you to see multiple flight options with different routes or fare options.

All you see is the ticket price and class – you have to request a quote or call them to find out more details. While this process works, it is not acting like a travel search engine like Kayak or Skyscanner, which is a useful thing to see.

I would personally recommend searching on ASAP Tickets as well as other sites like Kayak and Skyscanner so you can see all your options before booking.

Changes/Cancellations Can Be Tricky

Whenever you book through a middleman, you are not booking directly with the hotel/airline/car rental company.

This can create issues when making changes to your booking. But, since you are using ASAP Tickets to find the cheapest deal, chances are it wouldn’t be changeable or refundable anyway.

Nevertheless, it is something you should bear in mind when booking. You will always have the most freedom with regard to changes and cancellations if you book directly with the airline, but this can cost a bit extra.

Prices Seem To Change

There are quite a few reports on Trustpilot where customers have paid for an affordable ticket only to have the travel agent come back and say, sorry we need an extra, for example, $100.

Sadly, ticket prices can change as they are not updated live, and the slower phone/quoting process creates more time for these prices to change between you getting the quotes and buying the flight.

Is ASAP Tickets Legitimate?

Yes, ASAP Tickets is a legitimate business that has been operating for over 20 years with many happy customers.

It is accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB), has an A+ rating, has a rating of 4.9 on Trustpilot, and similarly high ratings on other rating websites.

ASAP Tickets also keeps your information private and uses a secure encrypted payment system to process transactions. This means your data is protected when you book through them.

Why Are ASAP Tickets So Cheap?

Why are ASAP Tickets flight tickets so cheap? The answer lies in the company’s partnerships with over 120 airlines.

By working directly with airlines, ASAP Tickets is able to give discounted fares to its customers. A lot of their most affordable airfares are unpublished, which means you can not find them on other websites.

In this way, ASAP Tickets acts as a traditional travel agent, unlike other online travel agents such as Kayak.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What company owns asap tickets.

ASAP Tickets is owned by the International Travel Network LLC (ITN).

How long has ASAP Tickets been around?

Founded in 2021, ASAP Tickets has been operating for 22 years.

How do I get a refund from ASAP?

Getting a refund from ASAP tickets involves emailing or calling their customer service department. Chances are you can speak directly to the travel agent who helped you make your booking.

Whether you get a refund or not is dependent on the airline and the particular rules for the fare that you bought.

There are quite a few reports on Trustpilot of customers not getting their refunds, see here . It seems like ASAP Tickets is trying to address each case, but it does fill one with lots of trust to book with them.

What sites are similar to ASAP tickets?

There are quite a few similar sites to ASAP Tickets, most of which you have heard of before, and these include:

But, ASAP Tickets does operate quite differently from these other sites, as they have access to unpublished fares, unlike the others.

Should I Use ASAP Tickets?

It is a tough call if I am honest. Most reviews are very positive but there are some reviews that would certainly make me think twice. I would suggest searching on ASAP Tickets and seeing if the discount is worth it – it is always safest to book directly with the airline if you can.

What reviewers want you to know

Positive highlights.

  • Excellent customer service provided by Caprice, affordable and fast service
  • In summary, Gian Carlo is an asset to ASAP Tickets .
  • 2018 Customer Choice Winner

Critical highlights

  • I even took out " ticket protection " --- which is basically scam and of no use.
  • I have heard from other victims that they make it so hard for the credit card company to reverse their charges.
  • This is crazy to me as the protection was 10% of the ticket price .

“Great Agent”

Lautner was a fantastic agent! He booked a complicated family trip with my grandchildren from the US to France; we all live in different States (California, Colorado, Washington). He ensured that we arrived and departed at the same time or very close. Some of us wanted to travel together and he made it happened. The prices were descent for Economy. Lautner was patient, polite, and efficient. Make sure you tip him!

“Second to none!”

My agent was very knowledgeable, patient, hardworking, and friendly. She called and emailed me on a personal level after I had to disconnect because I was rear ended as I was making my travel plans, stationary in a parking lot! Such care has never been given from an agent /company like this before! Amazed still! And it wasn't to just try and get my business, she genuinely was concerned. We connected afew days later and finally I was able to book my tickets. What a gem! Brilliant service, understanding, and total cost was within my budget.

The Moscow Kremlin

The churches inside the Moscow Kremlin are the Cathedral of the Dormition, Church of the Archangel, Church of the Annunciation, and the bell tower of Ivan Veliki (a church tower).

The five-domed Cathedral of the Dormition is considered the most famous. It was built from 1475–1479 by an Italian architect and has served as a wedding and coronation place for great princes, tsars, and emperors of Russia. Church services are given in the Kremlin’s numerous cathedrals on a regular basis.

This iconic cathedral has become a symbol of Russia due to its distinguishing architecture and prominent position inside the Red Square. It’s one of the most beautiful, wonderful, and mesmerizing historical cathedrals in the world!

St. Basils Cathedral

The interior of the church surprises most people when they visit. In contrast to the large exterior, the inside is not so much one large area, but rather a collection of smaller areas, with many corridors and small rooms. There are 9 small chapels and one mausoleum grouped around a central tower.

Visiting the inside is like walking through a maze, there are even small signs all around the cathedral tracing where to walk, and pointing you in the right direction! The walls are meticulously decorated and painted with intricate floral designs and religious themes.

The church rarely holds service and is instead a museum open for the public to visit.

  • The most popular attractions in this district are the kremlin and the flea market
  • Outside of the city center and easy to reach via metro
  • Most popular during the summer and on weekends

Travel outside the city center and discover a unique area of the city! The Izmaylovo District is a popular destination for locals and tourists alike, and one of the coolest places to see in Moscow! The two main attractions we recommend checking out are the Kremlin and the flea market.

The Izmailovo Kremlin was established as a cultural center and molded after traditional Russian architecture. This colorful complex is home to several single-subject museums, including a Russian folk art museum and a vodka museum!

Izmaylovo District

Next to the Kremlin is the Izmailovo open-air market, which dates back to the 17th century! The market is connected to the Izmailovo Kremlin by a wooden bridge. Pick up all your Russian souvenirs here, including traditional handicrafts, paintings, books, retro toys, and Soviet memorabilia!

You will find many hand-made and hand-painted options available at higher prices, as well as mass-produced souvenir options at lower prices!

Museum of Soviet Arcade Games

  • Closed on Mondays
  • Filled with old arcade games that visitors get to try out!
  • The museum also includes a small cafe and burger shop

For something a little different, check out the Museum of Soviet Arcade Games! The museum features roughly 60 machines from the Soviet era, including video games, pinball machines, and collaborative hockey foosball! The machines inside the museum were produced in the USSR in the mid-1970s.

Museum of Soviet Arcade Games

The best part is, most of the games are still playable! Purchase tickets and try the games out for yourself! The museum also has a neat little screening room that plays old Soviet cartoons and an area with Soviet magazines! This unique attraction is a fun addition to a 3 day itinerary in Moscow, and an attraction that all ages will enjoy!

Whether you’re spending one day in Moscow, or more, safety is an important thing to keep in mind when traveling to a big city! Overall, Moscow is a very safe place to visit. However, it is always recommended that tourists take certain precautions when traveling to a new destination!

The police in Moscow is extremely effective at making the city a safe place to visit and do their best to patrol all of the top Moscow, Russia tourist attractions. However, tourists can still be a target for pickpockets and scammers.

Moscow has a huge flow of tourists, therefore there is a risk for pickpocketing. Simple precautions will help eliminate your chances of being robbed. Stay vigilant, keep your items close to you at all times, and don’t flash your valuables!

If you’re planning a solo Moscow itinerary, you should have no need to worry, as the city is also considered safe for solo travelers, even women. Stay in the populated areas, try and not travel alone late at night, and never accept rides from strangers or taxis without a meter and correct signage.

The threat of natural disasters in Moscow is low, with the exception of severe winters when the temperature can dip below freezing! Bring a good, warm jacket if you visit in Winter.

However, please note that Russian views on homsexuality are far less accepting than those in Western Europe. Likewise, Non-Caucasian travellers may sadly encounter racism in Russia .
