Cruise holiday to book
Went to sort my Hayes money card out and ended up booking a cruise with re Chloe . We started talking about one type and ended up booking one the my Brothers, sister and the other halves are . But she was very helpful on cabin seeing as i am single occupancy. Well informed and did all the paperwork and booking in a very professional way . Also had a laugh on a couple of things . Will definitely book through Hays again . Already did one 4 weeks ago to Tenerife .

Super Service, Super Staff!
My husband & I called in to the Portsmouth Cascades branch to book a VERY last minute cruise to celebrate our 35th Anniversary. The fabulous Jonathan was so friendly, helpful and accommodating, despite it being quite late on a Saturday afternoon as well as close to sail day! He did his best to find us the grade of cabin we wanted as well as giving us plenty of hints & tips. He is a real gem and a credit to your company.

5 stars to original lady who booked she was amazing: Unfortunately on returning with passports the dark haired lady was rude, cold, somewhat intimidating, not nice at all she let your team down 😡 However she transferred me to a young blonde young lady who again was lovely

Unfortunately the Portsmouth store was closed and boarded up in the Cascades centre with no signage to advise this was a temporary measure due to a refurb. This could have lost Hays a bit of business. I went to the Southsea branch and was helped by one of the Portsmouth branch staff members who was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed to book my holiday

2nd holiday I have booked in 4 months
2nd holiday I have booked in 4 months - the team are great and so helpful. Really knowledgable . The only thing I would say is the travel money when purchased alongside a holiday is made out to be a good deal for customers when in fact elsewhere are better currency exchange rates

We had Tilly serving us we found her very helpful and knowledgeable We started off with Las Vegas in the Bellagio my wife is disabled and unable to walk We explained this to Tilly so she found us a large room a Super queen room then we suggested New Orleans So more work for her but she came up trumps, then we also added New York So at her suggestion she said New York first then onto Vegas followed by New Orleans That means we miss out the 12 hour flight to Vegas which suited my wife’s need perfectly So we would like thank Tilly for the excellent job she has done Would also like to wish good luck with her new venture sounds very exciting.
