You don't have the menu of additional bagage(carry on etc). I wanted to add the more bagage but I couldn't. So I payed more expensively on check-in desk, because you did not inform to be able to add the bagage in airline homepage or APP if I wanted to add the bagage.

We found this web site very difficult…

We found this web site very difficult to use especially after finding s flight and it’s difficult because every item in the following pages are hard to understandable ..seating we we tried to get seating over and over again eventually we were informed no seating on this plane ..we got to luggage and could NOT find a place to inform you that we are disabled and have a zimmer frame HOW IS THAT CHECKED IN ..and the next questions we ignored as we dont understand some of them ..you have no help or contact number so we could not raise the issues .. we booked but was not easy timed out twice .

Total scam website. Booked fast track and this prompted a three month subscription at £67 which was whipped out of my bank after three days of me booking fast track. After a load of email tennis requesting a refund they pointed me to the fact I had filled out an application which I actually hadn’t but was automatically filled out and money taken. Thieves

My flight was changed at the last minute.…

I booked my flights to Perth Australia to see my son,I also paid for Air Help flight delay compensation 34:28.Trip cancellation Insurance 95:87.Reserved seating 376.The airline I was booked with cancelled my flights and rebooked me with another airline.I there didn’t receive my reserved seating. They are refusing to refund me.

Do need use this website! Just buy from the airline directly. They will chrage you for stuff that is free with the airline and will not help you with anything. I’ve had the worst customer support experience in my life with them where the agent was being very rude and refusing to do anything or even continue the conversation with me… Please do not use this website! Edit as reply to mytrip: No I will not allow the opportunity unless you fix what you’ve done and refund the funds you practically stole from us. Since you refund in vouchers, it would be NO LOSS to you, but you still refuse to make things right… just greedy and bad service…

Clear dashboard with flight, easy of booking, all fees clearly shown and most importnet .... credit/debit cards work without any problem compared to other advertised site starting with "ki...". When I got mad on "ki..." went to MyTrip and was always without any problem....

Do not use no matter what!

Awful!! Taken money and refusing to refund it. Airline won’t refund as we apparently paid in SEK we paid IN GBP!! Customer service and ability to communicate just impossible. Stay well Away! 26 emails and they don’t reply

My flight is cancelled for a month

My flight is cancelled for a month, but still they don t give me my money back. Called many times, no one is giving me any answer. Furthermore, they never noticed me that the flight was canceled, a friend that booked with another agency. Btw if you are french and not english speaker good luck to have someone that speaks French. A really bad company, i don t know how it is possible to have such a bad customer service in 2024. Mon vol est annulé depuis un mois, mais ils ne me remboursent toujours pas. J'ai appelé plusieurs fois, personne ne me donne de réponse. De plus, ils ne m'ont jamais informé que le vol était annulé, c'est un ami qui a réservé avec une autre agence. D'ailleurs, si vous êtes français et non anglophone, bonne chance pour trouver quelqu'un qui parle français. Une compagnie vraiment mauvaise, je ne sais pas comment il est possible d'avoir un service client aussi médiocre en 2024.

They gave the wrong passenger details…

They gave the wrong passenger details to the airline. So I couldn't access my booking to add a bag or check in. In order to change the passenger last name it's going to cost £70. What was strange was they managed to get it right for the return flight but the outbound was wrong.
