If you haven't seen Turnstile live, I insist that you buy a ticket the next time they are in your vicinity. You will walk out of the venue with your heart pounding and perhaps whisper to yourself, "Now THAT was a motherfucking rock and roll show."

This show was amazing. I’ve never seen any of the bands live before. I’ve also never been To Baltimore Soundstage even though I’ve been in Baltimore my whole life. I’d love to see everyone play again. Thanks for a sick night.

This was second time to see Touche Amore, and my main reason to see Turnstile...they impressed me beyond anything I imagined!! Totally involved the crowd through the whole set!!! Would definitely see them again!

I went to their show and jokingly told my buddy “I just don’t want to get kicked in the head”...well fast forward to one swift stage dive kick in the forehead AND I FUCKING LOVE THIS BAND!!! GO SEE THEM!!

Turnstile announce 2022 North American tour

“the turnstile love connection tour” will feature opening performances from citizen, ceremony, ekulu, and truth cult..

Experimental hardcore act Turnstile have announced a run of 2022 tour dates behind their rapturously received album GLOW ON .

"The Turnstile Love Connection Tour" begins in February in California. After a pause for the month of March, Turnstile will begin the tour in earnest with a Colorado show before performing across the United States and Canada. Citizen, Ceremony, Ekulu and Truth Cult will open all shows except the first two dates — Turnstile, Citizen, and Coco & Clair Clair are on the bill for those.

Turnstile Reveal Fall 2022 North American Tour, Drop ‘New Heart Design’ Video

The "glow" is not off of Turnstile 's GLOW ON quite yet. In fact, the band has just announced more fall dates as part of their "Turnstile Love Connection Tour" that will carry them into November of this year.

For the upcoming run, the band didn't have to look far to find their supporting acts as fellow Baltimore-area bands JPEGMAFIA and Snail Mail will open shows for the group. The trek officially gets underway Oct. 3 at New York's Brooklyn Mirage and winds across the country, coming to its conclusion on Nov. 19 at Boston's Roadrunner. See all the stops listed at the bottom of this post.

Pre-sale tickets for the trek will be available at 10AM local time tomorrow (June 22), with the general on-sale starting this Thursday (June 23) at 10AM local time. Head over to Turnstile's website for additional ticketing info as well as their upcoming international shows.

And to coincide with the news of new dates, the band has a new video to share as well. The band's own Brendan Yates directed the video with Ian Hurdle for "New Heart Design" off the GLOW ON album.

Turnstile have announced a Fall 2022 North American tour and shared the video for Glow On track “New Heart Design.” Snail Mail and JPEGMAFIA round out the stacked tour package.

The Fall run of “The Turnstile Love Connection Tour” is divided into two legs. The first kicks off on October 3rd in Brooklyn, New York, and runs through October 31st in San Francisco. The second (sans JPEGMAFIA) begins December 7th in Phoenix and runs through December 17th in Buffalo, New York.

Pre-sale tickets will be available starting tomorrow (June 22nd) at 10 a.m. local time with general on-sale for tickets beginning Thursday (June 23rd) at 10 a.m. local time. The newly unveiled video for “New Heart Design” serves as a convenient teaser of what fans can expect from Turnstile’s upcoming tour. Shot on 16mm during the band’s recent run of shows, the footage sees Turnstile in their element, inciting raucous crowds with sweaty, passionate performances. The clip was directed by Turnstile singer Brendan Yates and frequent collaborator Ian Hurdle.

Turnstile Plot ‘Love Connection’ Fall Tour

Turnstile are plotting a tour across North America this fall. On Tuesday, the Baltimore band announced that they’ll be heading on tour across the United States starting in October, and will be accompanied by Snail Mail and Jpegmafia — both artists from Baltimore — on select dates.

The tour announcement comes as they released the music video for their song “New Heart Design” from their 2021 album, Glow On . The video was directed by group frontman Brendan Yates and collaborator Ian Hurdle.

The tour will be in support of Glow On , which features songs like “Mystery,” “Blackout,” and “Holiday,” and made the Top 10 of  Rolling Stone ‘s list of the best albums of 2021 . The tour poster hints that more “special guests” may be joining the group on the road.

With two Bay Area stops and a visit to New York City’s Brooklyn Mirage, tickets for the tour will go on sale on Thursday. Pre-sale tickets will be available on Wednesday morning.

The group is currently on tour across Europe with shows in Belgium and across Germany next month. They also embarked on a tour , stopping at smaller venues across North America, earlier this year.

Turnstile Announce Fall North American Headlining Tour

Turnstile  are the biggest band in hardcore and simply one of the fastest-rising bands in all of rock music, and a lot of that has to do with their boldness to tour with bands from outside of the heavy music scene. This spring, their headlining tour featured support from indie bands (Citizen, Truth Cult) and hardcore bands alike (Ceremony, Ekulu), and this coming fall they're hitting North America again and bringing along two fellow Baltimore acts who hardcore fans may not expect — experimental rapper JPEGMAFIA and indie-rock singer-songwriter Snail Mail.

The Turnstile Love Connection Tour trek kicks off October 3rd in Brooklyn and will make its way throughout the whole country — including a stop in Toronto — before wrapping up in Boston on November 19th. In addition to JPEGMAFIA and Snail Mail, the band promise "special guests" on certain tour dates, and it's anybody's guess who those artists will end up being. Surely, for a band with taste as great as Turnstile's, every show is going to be amazing. 

General tickets go on sale Thursday June 23rd at 10 a.m. local time and will be available here . Check out the dates below.

Turnstile’s New ‘Love Connection’ Tour Dates Will Also Feature Snail Mail And Jpegmafia

When The Turnstile Love Connection Tour began earlier this year , every date on the tour sold out. The Baltimore hardcore band has been riding the enormous wave of last year’s widely-praised album Glow On, and are have now announced a new set of North American tour dates. So if you didn’t get into the Turnstile show the first time around, not only do you have an opportunity to finally scratch the itch, but the second leg of the Love Connection tour now also features fellow Baltimore acts in Snail Mail and Jpegmafia. And while the artists are disparate in nature, Turnstile will put the ultimate hometown lineup to the test.

With the tour announcement, also comes a new video for “New Heart Design.” The 16mm-shot clip features footage from the sweaty and raucous first leg of the tour. From the moment they hit the ground a decade ago, TURNSTILE have never stopped moving forward — and they’re sure as hell not about to look back. Joining Turnstile for headline shows will be critically adored, Australian hard-core prodigies SPEED

The Baltimore band, comprised of singer Brendan Yates, guitarists Brady Ebert and Pat McCrory, bassist Franz Lyons, and drummer Daniel Fang, immediately distinguished themselves from the pack with their infectious, aggressive punk fusion; their welcoming, satisfying live shows; and most importantly, their willingness to experiment, as seen by the steady evolution from their early demos to 2018’s Roadrunner ambitious debut Time & Space , the latter of which earned renown from The New York Times, NPR , The FADER , and others. The only constant in the TURNSTILE universe, aside from love, is progression.

TURNSTILE have always been about the journey; roadmaps, itineraries, and speed limits be damned. We’re all immensely lucky to be along for the ride.
