Managed to get a significant reduction on my senior rail card and an additional discount on my train ticket so it’s all good. This app appears to combine the best bits of several other discount apps. For train tickets it also scans split tickets in order to find the cheapest possible end to end route. Can’t fault it at the minute.

Recently booked tickets for universal studios, Hollywood on the day via trip! Was sold out online so trip was a total lifesaver not to mention saving $60! We were then able to upgrade the ticket to an express pass once we were at the park! Amazing!

Beautiful and wonderful ryokan

Beautiful and wonderful ryokan. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, always willing to go an extra mile for us. As a TRADITIONAL place, it had the core amenities for a place to stay. All things worked exceptionally well, from the bathroom facilities to the simple TV and great air filter and AC unit. For those seeking a more "unplugged" and very traditional Japanese style of stay, it's the best choice.

Reliable Online Travel Agent

I used to buy holiday ticket from this OTA, last time I bought the ticket is to Los Angeles but takes about 5 days to have my ticket, which normally I received my ticket right away after I do the end of transactions. Zhuhai for three amazing nights

My husband and I spent three nights in Siliman Hotel Zhuhai. we travel from Guangzhou by bus and came back by the speed train. Our room was with a sea view and very spacious, clean and delightful. The hotel robot brought us fresh fruits upon arrival, which we found very welcoming. The staff was very helpful in all the matters that we approached them; for trips, travel info, buses and taxi , translations usage around the city. The swimming pool was also a great benefit for us after all day running to different places, we had a good and relaxing time . It’s indoor and not very big, but clean, and the water had the right temperature. We had breakfast , afternoon tea and soup dinner time included, along with soft drinks free in mini bar . Absolutely amazing experience! I recommend this hotel for family or businesses trip or just a night before or after visiting Macau. We did a trip to Macon on the first day after breakfast, second day we got on the tourist bus for 30¥ per person for entire day , visiting all the coast, Grand Opera, Hong Kong, Macau bridge. For the next day we visited the New Summer Palace. We had a great time.

Planned successful trips at least 3 times already

Everything went smooth

It’s not fun to have our tickets…

Booking process was good

Booking process was good. However retrieving the booking from the booked airline Pegasus is difficult. Trip.com booked us the wrong rooms

Booked 2 hotel rooms with trip.com for 3 adults and 4 children - paid up front and everything confirmed in email clearly stating each room could accommodate 2 adults and 2 children got to hotel to find that trip had booked us 2 rooms that cld accommodate max of 2 people... so they miss sold us - we were offered £10 compensation for this!!! Was very stressful experience ! Wouldn't use trip.com again or recommend

The app is extremely confusing

The app is extremely confusing, very busy, and it seems is deliberately designed to be very difficult to navigate and get what you need, so difficult I’m sure most people give up. I remain persistent. I ‘somehow’ got signed up to ‘flyer plus’ which I didn’t want and they began taking money from my account months after I had flown. Not giving up meant the pending deduction from my bank was cancelled. So difficult to find how to cancel a subscription you never asked for.

Nothing like description

Not disappointed by Trip. Was disappointed with supplier.Nothing like description, no water, no exclusive lounge with coffee. Disappointing. Trip to volcano was nice but they should be honest with description. We booked trip with hot springs included and driver didn't know. I had to show him our screen shot and he had to contact his boss. Just felt let down.
