A special place in people’s hearts … Janey Godley.

Janey review – behind-the-scenes doc shows standup at her hilarious and heartfelt best

On tour with her daughter after her cancer diagnosis the Scottish national treasure opens up about her life and finds big laughs in the face of death

H ere’s a documentary following the Glaswegian standup comic Janey Godley on her Not Dead Yet Tour; in 2022, Godley was diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer, and she does the first gig in Inverness a day after chemotherapy. And God, is she funny, with jokes running the gamut from the disgraced peer Michelle Mone living in a static caravan to cancer. Her daughter, Ashley Storrie, also hilarious, does the warm up.

The title of the film is just Janey; no surname necessary – not in Scotland anyway, where Godley has a special place in people’s hearts. During Covid her voiceovers of first minister Nicola Sturgeon’s press conferences went viral (I remember watching one feeling almost guilty for laughing so hard). Before that, in 2018, she hit the headlines protesting outside Donald Trump’s golf course with a “Trump is Cunt” placard. Fans will not be surprised to learn the film has an 18 certificate for “very strong language”.

Godley grew up in the East End of Glasgow in the 60s, covered in “nits and fleas” and left school with no qualifications. In 1982, when she was 21, her mum drowned in the Clyde; murdered, the family believes, by her violent partner. By then, Godley was already married and running a pub – what she didn’t know was her husband’s family ran a gang. In her routine, she tells the stories, hilarious and heartfelt, never sentimental. As an adult she reported her uncle to police for sexually abusing her when she was a child; he was convicted.

Director John Archer takes us behind the scenes of the tour. Godley talks about being cancelled after offensive tweets she wrote in 2010 came to light. She discusses dying with daughter Ashley and her friend Shirley, who is on tour and brings the cheese sandwiches to chemo. Even in a hospital bed hooked up to drips, Godley is laugh a minute. She had a dream about David Cameron last night she tells the nurse and Shirley. “I’d rather be dreaming about an Alsatian dog shagging me, to be honest.”

N ot many people would choose to go on a comedy tour when they have incurable cancer. But Janey Godley isn’t like most people. Since being diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer , the Scottish stand-up, 62, has juggled chemotherapy with going on the road. “It’s definitely picked me up no end,” she says cheerily from her hotel room, with her daughter – and support act – Ashley Storrie in the background. Initially she was going to cancel the tour, until she realised this could be her last chance to perform – but doing a live show while undergoing treatment isn’t without its issues. “I didn’t sleep well last night because it’s the first night of chemo,” she admits. “One of the side effects is my nose hairs come out, so my nose was running constantly on stage.” Godley spent much of the show apologising to the audience, while also warning them that she had diarrhoea and may need to run to the bathroom at any moment. Godley sighs. “So that was fun.”

You can tell Godley, her hair a cropped grey compared to her previous long brown tresses, is tired from touring. But if it wasn’t for the cannula bruises on her hands that she shows me over Zoom, you might not know she has cancer at all, given her surprisingly chipper tone. To say the diagnosis came as a shock is an understatement. “It was like throwing a f***ing grenade into my family.” But before all of that, Godley carved out a place for herself as an outspoken voice after cutting her teeth on the comedy circuit in 1994, delivering material about “the darkest subjects” – her childhood sexual abuse, her parents’ addictions, her mother’s death. “I was talking about mammy’s murder and child abuse and rape in 2000… way before it became ‘confessional comedy’,” she says, matter-of-factly.

Three decades on, and she’s more recently found fame as a viral hit on Twitter with her voiceover videos dubbing then first minister Nicola Sturgeon ’s daily Covid briefings with sweary-but-informative internal monologues. She kept them going right up until Sturgeon’s recent resignation, while also sharing her forthright opinions online. Godley is fiercely and vocally pro-refugees, transgender rights and Scottish independence, and can never resist arguing back with the people who troll her for those opinions. When one accused the comic of faking her cancer, she tweeted back: “Scottish unionist claims I am lying about cancer, his hatred of [the] SNP makes him angry at my ovarian disease.”

  • ‘We need to prioritise the climate’: Daveed Diggs on extinction, Judaism, and why he doesn’t like to reflect on Hamilton
  • ‘Ballet has the same appeal as Princess culture’: Alice Robb on how would-be ballerinas are taught to be thin, silent and submissive
  • ‘It feels like a healing process’: Breach Theatre on making a musical about Section 28

Her daughter, lying in the back of her hotel room, groans when Godley talks about Twitter trolls. “I know Ashley wants me to ditch it,” she says. What keeps her there? “Because I’m f***ing old and I’m argumentative and I’ve had my menopause and my womb’s been pulled out and I’m dead annoyed,” Godley replies, then laughs. “There’s something in my childhood where I always had to fight, I always had to argue, I always had to stand up for myself, I always had to defend myself. I think that is partly my negative part in my psyche and I have to catch myself and stop arguing with bams.” (Scots for nutters, for anyone wondering.)

There was one period during her decade on Twitter, though, where Godley stopped the arguing and took a step back. With her videos impersonating Sturgeon going viral (the politician joked that Godley was her “alter-ego”), the comic was enlisted to front a government Covid awareness campaign. But in September 2021, a series of racist, ableist and offensive tweets made by Godley in 2011 resurfaced online, leading to public condemnation and her being dropped from the campaign. People close to Godley told her not to apologise, but she did it anyway. “I said things that I thought were funny, and I thought wasnae important, but it was important and words hurt,” she says. “So many people went, ‘I would never apologise’ – well, that’s you. I think it’s important that you accept you f*** up. And it doesnae matter if people don’t accept your apology, they don’t have to… Freedom of speech isnae freedom of responsibility.”

But in spite of the low points, Godley has found a community on social media. She was diagnosed two months after she was dropped from the Covid campaign, inspired to get checked out after reading a tweet from presenter Julia Bradbury that first alerted her to the symptoms of ovarian cancer (feeling bloated, needing to urinate a lot, not being able to eat due to constantly feeling full). Godley had noticed a swelling in her stomach and a loss of appetite, so underwent blood tests; just 24 hours later she received the diagnosis. She had Covid at the time and had to wait seven weeks for a hysterectomy, “knowing that that tumour was sitting inside me all over Christmas”. After the operation, doctors informed her it was stage 3, “which isnae survivable”.

After months of gruelling chemotherapy, Godley was told in July that there was no evidence of the disease in her body. But in November, shortly after she’d announced the Not Dead Yet tour, it returned. Her cancer levels had skyrocketed “up and up and up” and her doctor said that the prognosis wasn’t good. Godley told her agent to cancel the tour. In the end it was her friend Jimmy Carr who convinced her otherwise.

I’m not brave; I’m absolutely s*** scared

“I was telling him, ‘I need to cancel the tour’ and he’s like, ‘Why?’” she recalls. She worried about being “really weak” on stage. “He went, ‘Let’s be honest, you being weak on stage is usually quite a little funnier than most people who are alright… Is your mouth still working?’ I went, ‘Yeah.’ He went, ‘Get on tour.’ And I thought, OK.” Now, Godley is relieved she listened to Carr. With the regular chemotherapy, her cancer levels have dropped right down. “But you know, we might beat it this time, but it’ll come back again. And I’ll have to just keep fighting – well, fighting’s the wrong word – I’ll have to keep throwing chemotherapy at it.”

There are a few times in our conversation when Godley uses words like “fight” to describe her cancer, before correcting herself. Many patients dislike this kind of language (if the person who survives cancer “beats” it or “wins the battle”, did the person who died “lose” because they weren’t strong enough?). Godley feels the same, and takes particular issue with one word. “I haaaate the word ‘brave’,” she says. “I’m not brave. You’ve no idea how much I cry going in for chemotherapy… I’m not brave; I’m absolutely s*** scared.” It’s no different to calling someone brave for taking paracetamol for a headache, Godley says. “Taking chemotherapy for cancer isnae brave, it’s survival… That’s not bravery and I don’t face it bravely, either. I just keep going.”

Godley doesn’t know how much time she’s got left, but she’s very aware this could be her last live tour. She tells me she’s been capturing parts of the tour on video. Is she thinking about her legacy? Godley pauses, then nods. “Yeah, my legacy is important,” she says. “I want, when I go, for people to look back and see an incredibly flawed human being who fought like f***. Not cancer, [but] fought people and life and succumbed to cancer.” Just then, Godley’s daughter Ashley pipes up. “She tried her best,” she says. Godley smiles, and agrees. “She tried her best.”

Janey Godley performs ‘Not Dead Yet’ at London’s Leicester Square Theatre from 16 to 18 March, and Belfast’s Festival Marquee on 2 May

Janey Godley'Why is She Still Here?'2024 Tour

Janey Godley ‘Why is She Still Here?’ 2024 Tour.

Against all odds and filled with heaps of chemo Janey Godley returns this Autumn. Controversy, cancellation, and cancer don’t always make the best comedy but in Janey’s hands this will be a dynamite of a gig. The funny Scottish woman behind the voiceovers of Nicola Sturgeon during covid, is back on tour celebrating winning ‘The Billy Connolly, Spirit of Glasgow Comedy Award’. Her feet are numb, and she has a lumpy hernia because of the cancer treatment, but she keeps going! “I can’t believe I’m still alive” she says as many horrid trolls on twitter claim she’s faking cancer “if I was going to fake something it would have been the orgasms I keep having when I realise, they’re obsessed with me!” Voiceovers, comedy, and outrageous stories are on the menu. Don’t miss it. Book now!

“It’s one of those gigs, finally, that feels as much communion as comedy, as Godley’s audience seize the chance to see her and share in her stories.” Guardian “The type of act you want to catch again and again, year after year”

Laughter, love and snottery greetin’ on Janey Godley’s final tour to Inverness and Aberdeen

Janey Godley is in Aberdeen with her Not Dead Yet Tour. Image: Supplied by Janey Godley

Janey Godley is hitting the road for the last time with her Not Dead Yet tour but don’t mention the “C” Word – courage.

The iconic Scottish comedian will happily talk about her battle with incurable ovarian cancer. It’s a mission for her, in fact.

But any suggestion she is being brave by crisscrossing Scotland with her live shows – including Inverness this weekend and Aberdeen two weeks later – is dismissed fairly quickly.

“That’s not bravery. Bravery is running into a building that’s on fire and saving children. Bravery is getting up every morning and preparing to open up a child’s brain to do surgery. That’s brave,” said Janey.

Stand-up comedian Janey Godley

“Succumbing to a disease and letting the NHS treat you isn’t bravery. That’s survival. I don’t have any say, so it’s not a fight. If cancer decides to kill me, it will.”

Janey Godley touring to Aberdeen and Inverness to ‘feel normal’

So why has she taken the decision to tour again at a time when, by her own admission, her chemo treatments can leave her energy levels “a bit dodgy and breathless” to say the least?

“Because it makes me feel normal, everything hasn’t felt normal for a whole year,” said Janey. “All my friends are back on tour and it’s made me so jealous, it’s made me like ‘I want to be back on stage’.

“So I spoke to my cancer specialist and she said ‘is your mooth working?’ I said yes and she said ‘well go back to work’, so that’s what I’m doing.”

Janey – a lifelong activist on a range of issues from Scottish independence to trans rights – is open about exactly where she is in her fight against ovarian cancer.

She was initially diagnosed in November 2021, was given the all-clear after surgery, only to be told in recent months the cancer had returned.

janey godley on tour

“There isn’t any cure for ovarian cancer, it’s treatable but not curable. People can live for years with it, people can die sooner. But so many people live with incurable diseases that I was unaware of. People live with diabetes, people live with multiple sclerosis.

“But the minute you think cancer, you think death. I don’t know long I’ve got but I know I’m going to enjoy the time I’m doing this. I’m a mayfly and I’m enjoying my time.”

Janey Godley urges women to know the symptoms of ovarian cancer

The award-winning and often controversial comedian is full of praise for Scotland’s NHS and the care network that has supported her through these dark days – which brings her back to the subject of courage.

“It makes me think about 30, 40, 50 years ago, and wee women with ovarian cancer and what the treatment was like then. They didn’t have the Maggie’s Centres, they didn’t have the therapy or the empathy we have nowadays. We have a whole industry around supporting people with cancer.

“But you think about the experience of those women 30, 40 or 50 years ago in Aberdeen or Inverness, going up four flights of stairs after a hysterectomy and no one spoke about their womb. They were brave.”

janey godley on tour

Janey – famed for her comedy voiceovers including First Minister Nicola Sturgeon – has been open from the outset about her cancer, talking frankly about the ups and downs, victories and setbacks she has faced every step of the way. She has done that for a reason.

“Ovarian cancer is a silent killer and I want people to know the symptoms. Are you feeling really bloated? But women are aye bloated, so that’s a hard one, but are you more bloated than usual?

“You can’t eat because you feel full all the time, you’re peeing all the time and there’s a lot of discomfort in your abdomen?

Janey promises love and laughter in Aberdeen and Inverness gigs

“Get it checked. Go to the doctor and say ‘I’m worried I’ve got ovarian cancer’. Say the words, say it out loud, say ‘are you going to check me, are you going to do my bloods?’ If you catch it early you have a better chance of survival.

“There have already been women who wrote to me saying they went and got checked and got caught at stage one, so job done. If there was even just one woman who got caught at stage one, then that was the reason I spoke about it.”

Now, though, Janey is getting back to doing what she does best, making people laugh on her tour, which includes Aberdeen’s Tivoli Theatre, Eden Court in Inverness, ending with three nights in London’s Leicester Square Theatre.

“We are going to have a singsong, we have a lot of new voiceovers, there’s a lot of new material and some of my old favourite set pieces as well,” said Janey, who will be joined on the tour by her daughter, comedian Ashley Storrie.

“And I think there’s going to be a lot of love in the room. When people see me, they are going to remember their own family members who have been through cancer, so there will be that emotional feeling as well.”

‘I will cry every night I step on stage’ says Janey Godley

Janey is blunt about this being her last tour, the last chance for people to see her on a stage on their own doorstep.

“As this disease progresses it will prevent me from touring. It would be great if I could  say ‘guess what… that wasn’t my last tour, yay!’, but I can’t see it.

“I’ll still be able to gig, I have a Radio 4 series to write and some shows to do, but I won’t be able to tour like this again.”

Janey accepts that each night of the tour will be poignant for her. “I think I’ll cry every single night I step on stage, but what can I do?”

janey godley on tour

And she hopes her many fans will enjoy each and every one of these final live shows.

“I can’t wait to get back out there and see everyone. We’re going to have a night of laughter and I think this time there’s going to be an awful lot of love. That love and laughter and tears is a very Scottish thing and I can’t wait to see it in person.

“A night of singing, snottery greetin’, laughter and love. What more do you need?”

Feb 14, 2023

janey godley on tour

DATE / TIME: Tuesday, February 14, 2023 - Wednesday, February 15, 2023 8:00 pm

Janey Godley is ‘still alive, by popular demand’ with a brand-new show for 2023 and can’t wait to be back doing what she does best! Janey will be supported by Ashley Storrie, the award-winning comedian best known for hosting BBC Radio Scotland’s Friday nights, and guest slot on Breaking The News.

A few words from Janey:

My past year has been like a giant “Wordle” game that has swept the nation, I went from “cancel to cancer” in 6 weeks. No, I didn’t smack a man live at the Oscars, in front of millions of people, but I have apologised profusely for historic offensive tweets from over 11 years ago and ended up as the torn worn out pass the parcel for tribal politics in Scotland. All my own doing, but now it’s time to laugh, live and celebrate after dealing this dreadful disease.

I suffered severe mental illness during the online onslaught and whilst on my last tour in 2021 found a giant tumour in my ovary giblets and had to FIGHT to stay alive. Never one for the conventional path in life, I am still NOT DEAD YET and bringing my tour back on the road. So many stories of heart-warming love and outpouring of support to the occasional daily messages hoping I might die soon because … well I am a woman who answered back.

There will be voiceovers and anecdotes, straight from the woman wouldn’t die or shut up. Come join me!

Emotional Journey

The film captures Janey’s emotional journey during her “Not Dead Yet” tour while battling terminal ovarian cancer. The climax occurs during a poignant hometown performance at Glasgow’s SEC Armadillo.

‘It’s a Glaswegian trait. We can always find light in the dark’: Janey Godley on her new documentary, the importance of friendships and her determination to keep taking to the stage

Janey Godley at the GFT (Glasgow Film Theatre) as a documentary on her life will be shown as part of the Glasgow Film Festival's 20th anniversary.

In a scene from the new documentary about Janey Godley, the Glasgow comic chats to friend and fellow stand-up Jimmy Carr.

“To this day, I don’t know what was worse – being cancelled or being told I had cancer,” Janey tells him. Carr looks horrified and tells her to calm down, that some people didn’t like a joke she had told.

Full of contrition, Janey was referring to the autumn of 2021, when tweets containing racist and discriminatory language, which she had posted 11 years earlier, led to her being dropped from a Scottish Government Covid awareness campaign.

It came at a time when her voiceover videos of Nicola Sturgeon’s daily coronavirus updates had introduced her to a new and bigger audience.

Two months after that incident, Janey was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and was later told the illness was terminal.

Janey: The documentary

Those life-changing moments are examined in the new documentary, simply titled Janey, which will receive its world premiere at the closing gala of the Glasgow Film Festival on March 10, with a nationwide cinema release to follow.

The honest and open film also looks at the sexual abuse she suffered at the hands of her uncle and the murder of her mother, Annie.

It’s been a tough life, I say to her, as we sit down to chat about the documentary, yet she has still managed to find humour in it all.

“It has been tough but it’s also been good, with a lot of love,” Janey insists. “My wee ma and da were mental and problematic in their own way but there was a lot of love in my childhood as well.

“I’ve got to do a lot of things, especially when I owned the pub, then became a comedian, an author, a playwright and an actor. I got to do a lot of good stuff but of course there’s a lot of s***e in there as well.

“I think it’s a Glaswegian trait where we can find light in the dark and use gallows humour. It’s that old joke, you know, ‘There’s ma dad deid’ and the person replies, ‘Whit shoe size was he?’ We shake it off with laughter.

“Nothing was off limits in the documentary, I said we should talk about everything.”

Still, there is no hiding the fact that going back to her childhood home on Kenmore Street, where her mum’s brother, David Percy, sexually abused her, was difficult.

“That was hard. Standing outside the house where I was abused was traumatic in some sense, but I’m glad I did it. I had passed by it before but hadn’t stood in the street like I did that day. My pal Shirley was with me and she made it feel safe, but it did feel weird doing it.

“There was part of me that imagined my wee mammy standing at the window looking down at me, saying ‘Here she is after all these years’. Annie would have been 90 at the weekend but she didn’t see 50.”

Living with cancer

Janey turned 63 earlier this month, a day after her latest three-month scan showed no change to her cancer, which means the current treatment programme she is on is continuing to do its job.

“You tend to get all the legal stuff done, that’s important, but other than that you say, ‘F*** it’. What else can I do? I can only live until I can’t live, like anyone else,” she reflects.

“People say stupid things, like ‘I could get hit by a bus tomorrow’. But they don’t have a bus chasing them. I do.

“You just get on with it. Until I feel really ill, I won’t know what this is. I know what’s round the corner and there will come a day when they have run out of options, but it’s not the now. Like my husband says, it’s not today.”

janey godley on tour

That attitude led to the making of the new documentary, which was the idea of Janey’s daughter – fellow comedian and frequent collaborator Ashley Storrie.

“She said we should make it and spoke to my agent, who spoke to some production companies. Ashley is a producer on it and did a lot of the filming.

“She did a lot of the camera work backstage and in the car and at home. We had really good fun doing it and I love the finished product. I love seeing my pals in it, like wee Shirley.

“She and I became friends through the actor Simon Pegg. His wife Maureen is Shirley’s niece. I met Simon and Maureen in London and they said her aunt Shirley lives in East Kilbride and I’d get on well with her. I told them I didn’t want any more pals.

“They went and spoke to Shirley and she said the same thing, that she didn’t want more pals, but they put us together and we’ve become pals for life. We’ve been to Boston, London and Skye together. When I had the hysterectomy, she took me home to her house and looked after me for 11 days. We’re like best pals and slowly turning into each other.

“Having all my friends surrounding me at this time has been great and there are also so many people online. I’m lucky.”

Not Dead Yet tour

The documentary follows Janey on her Not Dead Yet tour, seeing her win the inaugural Sir Billy Connolly Spirit of Glasgow Award at the Glasgow International Comedy Festival and performing to a sold-out Armadillo in her home city, her biggest headline show to date.

Janey thought the tour would be her last, but it isn’t. She is back out on the road around England this month and has a Scottish tour booked for the autumn.

Janey Godley at the GFT.

“I just keep going,” she laughs. “I genuinely thought it would be the last time I’d be on stage, but it’s not. That’s the thing about living with a terminal cancer diagnosis, you keep going until you stop going, and that’s what I’m going to do, I’m going to keep going up on stage.

“You would regret it if you didn’t. If you spent every day doubled up in grief and fear, you would be losing out on the days when you could be enjoying things. There are days like that, but there are lots of days that aren’t.”

There is a poignant moment in the documentary when, just before they are due to take to the Armadillo stage, Ashley breaks down and wishes this moment her mum had waited so long to have wasn’t taking place under these circumstances.

“It’ll always feel like that,” Janey tells P.S., referring to the suggestion that this is all ending prematurely. “But the flip side is that I don’t want to get dead old and forgetful, and pee myself and walk about with a basket full of dead cats. I want to go when I’m alright.

“I live every three months with the scans, waiting for the latest results. There are different treatment options available and I’m not out of options yet.”

Her favourite moments from over the years, she says, were the week she spent in New Zealand with Ashley and Billy Connolly in 2010, and becoming a published author.

“Billy emails me occasionally – just to know he knows me is amazing. He came to see me do stand-up. It was horrible, I thought I was going to die. He said he was a great audience member, and he was, but if I had died up on stage I would have had to kill him. Seeing my daughter sit beside him watching me, and later sharing a pizza and a cup of tea, was a highlight.

“So was becoming an author and publishing books. I left school at 16 because I had no shoes. I didn’t even get an O level. I have a new book coming out this year.

“I’m also learning the violin again. I learned it as a kid but my ma pawned it for a year. The school thought I was a virtuoso but I only had it in my hands twice. My husband has bought me one. I’ve started painting again, too.

“I’m trying to get through each day positively.”

Stunning archive find took Janey back in time

Janey Godley.

John Archer, the director and producer of Janey Godley’s new documentary, could barely believe it when stock archive footage of 1970s Glasgow showed the comedian walking around her home city as a teenager.

“I was being shown rushes of the documentary and John had used the material to give context to the time,” Janey explains.

“As I was looking at the footage of a boy and girl walking in front of a tenement, I told him that was me on screen. It was from 1974 and I was 13 at the time.

“I was wearing a distinctive-looking red and black coat. It had belonged to Lorraine Gallacher, a girl in my class, and it was handed down to me when she grew too big for it. And I hated it.

“I’m rolling a football along the ground – I was good at football – walking with my cousin Sammy, who died in 2000.

“There was a crane in the background and the only thing I couldn’t understand was why we would be in the Finnieston or Govan area, as that’s not where I lived, but I asked a relative and they said Sammy’s mum was squatting in a tenement in Govan.

“I had no recollection of it. John was stunned.”

Janey is showing as part of the Glasgow Film Festival , which runs from February 28 to March 10. Tickets go on sale tomorrow.

Janey Godley - Not Dead Yet Tour

Janey Godley ‘Not Dead Yet’ Tour

Janey Godley is ‘still alive, by popular demand’ and will be bringing her, emotive and hilarious brand-new show, ‘Not Dead Yet’ to England, following her recent sell-out tour of Scotland.

There will be voiceovers and anecdotes, straight from the woman wouldn’t die or shut up. Join Janey as she’s back, and doing what she does best! A few words from Janey:

“ The past few years has been like a giant “Wordle” game that has swept the nation, I went from “cancel to cancer” in 6 weeks.

I suffered severe mental illness during the online onslaught and whilst on my tour in 2021, I found a giant tumour in my ovary giblets and had to FIGHT to stay alive. Never one for the conventional path in life, I am still NOT DEAD YET and bringing my tour back on the road. So many stories of heart-warming love and outpouring of support to the occasional daily messages hoping I might die soon because … well I am a woman who answered back. ”

Janey Godley The ’Not Dead Yet’ Tour

Janey godley is ‘still alive, by popular demand’ with a brand-new show for 2023 and can’t wait to be back doing what she does best don't miss her live at the brunton theatre in march.

Janey Godley The ’Not Dead Yet’ Tour

About Janey Godley The ’Not Dead Yet’ Tour

Janey will be supported by Ashley Storrie, the award-winning comedian best known for hosting BBC Radio Scotland’s Friday nights, and guest slot on Breaking The News. A few words from Janey: My past year has been like a giant “Wordle” game that has swept the nation, I went from “cancel to cancer” in 6 weeks. So many stories of heart-warming love and outpouring of support to the occasional daily messages hoping I might die soon because... well I am a woman who answered back. There will be voiceovers and anecdotes, straight from the woman wouldn’t die or shut up. Come join me!
