This is something we can definitely request, but unfortunately in Europe the setup of hotels is not like it is in other parts of the world and can never be guaranteed (i.e sometimes don't have triple share rooms available)

Prices are based on a twin-share. If you are happy to go with a twin-share the tour operator will place you with another solo traveller of the same sex. If you would like your own room, you can opt for the single supplement, with an additional cost. The single supplement is not compulsory for this tour. You can opt to share a room with another passenger of the same sex.

A full day to revel in our rich program of optional activities: take a panoramic tour of London’s landmarks, visit the Tower of London, or choose an excursion to Windsor Castle. Day 3 LONDON–BRUSSELS, BELGIUM

Transfer to the railway station and board the Eurostar train to Brussels. Here, switch to your comfortable motorcoach for an orientation drive of the Belgian capital. Today’s Distance by train: 200 mi/ 320 km

Day 4 BRUSSELS–RHINE CRUISE, GERMANY–FRANKFURT AREA

Journey into Germany to the shores of the mighty Rhine to enjoy an included scenic cruise. Then, on to the Frankfurt area. Today’s Distance: 277 mi/ 445 km

A full day to savour a variety of optional activities: take a panoramic tour of London's landmarks, visit the Tower of London, or choose an excursion to Windsor Castle. Day 3: London - Brussels - Amsterdam, The Netherlands

Transfer to the railway station and board the Eurostar train to Brussels with your Tour Director. Take a seat on your luxury motorcoach for the drive to the Amsterdam area. Today's Distance by coach: 127 mi/ 203 km (B)

Day 4: Amsterdam - Wiesbaden, Germany

Today, enjoy an included canal cruise to see the city from water level with a Local Guide, then stop at a diamond centre to watch the cutting and polishing of precious stones. This afternoon, continue your journey to Wiesbaden. Today's Distance: 258 mi/ 415 km (B)

Day 5: Wiesbaden - Heidelberg - Lucerne, Switzerland

Drive through the picturesque Rhineland and enjoy splendid scenery as you skirt the Rhine river. Visit Heidelberg , Germany's oldest university town, located near the confluence of the Neckar and Rhine Rivers, then continue to Switzerland. Today's Distance: 270 mi/ 435 km (B)

Day 6: Lucerne

Lucerne is nestled amid snowcapped Alps, surrounded by a lake, and graced by the clear mountain waters of the Reuss River. Your orientation includes the wooden Chapel bridge and the Lion monument, erected in memory of the 800 Swiss Guards who defended Louis XVI and his wife. A grand selection of optional activities completes the day: a ride on the "cabrio" cable-car to the summit of Mount Stanserhorn; a cruise on the fjord-like lake; and, of course, time to shop for an authentic Swiss watch. Day 7: Lucerne - Verona, Italy - Venice Area

More wonderful alpine scenery as you drive into the mountain ranges that surround the massive St. Gotthard Pass. Continue to the warmer and sunnier ambiance of Canton Ticino, then cross into Italy and drive across the Po Valley to Verona , medieval setting of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. Stroll around the picturesque market square (Piazza delle Erbe) and the cobblestone streets. Today's Distance: 317 mi/ 510 km (B)

Day 8: Venice Area

Venice is more like a marvellous film set than a real-life city, with its crisscrossing canals, gondolas and water buses, arched bridges, palaces, and busy little piazzas (squares). Your included orientation starts with a boat ride to St. Mark's Square and is followed by free time to soak up the city's unique atmosphere and a chance to visit a glassblowing workshop. Don't miss out on the optional gondola trip, gliding along the picturesque canals with a local troubadour to serenade you. (B/D)

Day 9: Venice Area - Assisi - Rome

An interesting drive southward, crossing the rolling Apennines. Stop in medieval Assisi , where St. Francis was born in 1182, and visit the world-famous St. Francis Basilicas with the beautiful frescoes by Giotto. Then, head for Rome. Today's Distance: 317 mi/ 510 km (B)

Day 10: Rome

The "Eternal City" is steeped in history, vibrantly alive and exciting, and absolutely unique! Start the included introduction to Rome's landmarks from St. Peter's Square with a Local Guide. Enjoy a drive along the iconic landmarks of the city: the Tiber River, the Caius Cestius Pyramid, the Aurelian Walls, and the Caracalla Baths. Complete the experience with a walk back in time from the Circus Maximus to the Arch of Constantine and the fascinating Colosseum, symbol of the Roman Empire. (B)

Day 11: Rome - Pompeii - Sorrento Coast

This morning you have an opportunity to visit the treasures of the Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel on our optional excursion. Later, travel south all the way, with the Vesuvius volcano in the distance. Visit Pompeii , where time stopped in 79 AD when the Vesuvius eruption buried the city. On your guided visit to the archaeological site, see the remains of luxurious villas, temples, theatre, and forum. From here, it's just a few more miles to reach the lively Sorrento area. Today's Distance: 168 mi/ 270 km (B)

Day 12: Sorrento Coast. Excursion To Capri

Cross the blue sea for a full-day excursion to the legendary island of Capri . Surrounded by rose-tinted rocks, Capri has incredibly beautiful coves of translucent blues and greens. The town, with its pretty piazzetta, maze of streets, fashionable boutiques, and cozy restaurants, is a mecca for the jet set. An optional tour takes you around the island with its steep roads and panoramic views. (B/D)

Day 13: Sorrento Coast - Florence

An early journey north to Florence. Vistas of rolling hills, austere rows of cypress trees, terraced vineyards, olive groves, and rural villages form the backdrop of your journey through beautiful Tuscany. Arrive in Florence in the afternoon in time to enjoy its magnificent architectural and artistic treasures; the included walking tour with a Local Guide shows the highlights. Day 14: Florence - Pisa - Eze, France - French Riviera

Stop in Pisa, where you hop on a mini train to reach the Square of Miracles to see the famous Leaning Tower. Bypassing the great port of Genoa, drive northwest for glimpses of the Italian and French Rivieras. Visit a typical perfume workshop in Eze and later reach the shores of the charming Cote d'Azur. We have just returned from a Cosmos tour- Gourmet Tuscany. We stayed in Montecatini Terme and traveled from there to many wonderful places, in towns and the fabulous Tuscan countryside. We visit Vineyards for wine tastings, farms for cooking lessons and lunches and dinners in authentic Italian restaurants. All assisted by a friendly, informative tour director. First class holiday

Excellent in every respect

I recently did a 2-week "best of Italy" tour with this company. Our guide, Daniella, was fantastic, the itinerary was excellent and they catered for my rather difficult dietary requirements really well. Really happy and will certainly book with them again

A wonderrful experience

WE saw so much. The tour director Mladin was very knowledgeable and made the experience so enjoyable. The bus driver Paul was so nice and helpful. A couple of the hotels had no refrigerators to keep the water cold. We had to carry our own luggage to and from the rooms. There should have been porters to help us. Over all we had a great time.

Old South &Florida tour

Great organisation, tour guide(Kris) and driver(Tony) who went extra mile and good group of people from all over world. The hotels were excellent in New Orleans and Nashville and very good in other cities. The itinerary was well thought out with visits to Gracelands and Grande ole Oprey topping the bill. We added 3extra nights in New Orleans (giving us 6nights) which was absolutely fab and would advise anyone doing this tour that they consider some extra nights to see and do as much as you can

Stayed here with my mum on a 2 night trip to the city. Got a good deal on b&b rate. Tube & bus station couple minutes walk from hotel for easy assess - although is in zone 2 so not right in centre but that didn't matter as only a few tube stops. Our package included buffet breakfast - which was nice, only complaint pancakes cold but I had something else instead. Room clean & spacious, water a little slow to drain in bath after taking a shower but didn't cause major problem. Never had evening meal but did use bar/lounge area which had pleasant atmosphere - although wine expensive at £9 a glass! All staff we dealt with were helpful although we never had any problems. Would we stay again - definitely if got good enough deal again.

• Sleep Quality

For practical reasons, I often stays in this hotel for business. I never once really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are decorated with no charm, their main attribute being that the furniture is everything but unique (so it can be refurbished at lower cost). The staff is very international -many languages spoken. All of these young people try their best to be kind but unfortunately most of them being with very limited competencies (or experience as they come cheap this way), don't expect too much of anything outside of the standard requests. Finally and purposely, the whole thing comes at a very high cost. One positive thing : the lobby is rather pleasant.

We stayed here last month after attending a concert in Wembley. Our original hotel was fully booked and the booking company upgraded us here at no extra charge. The reception area is situated on the 1st floor and is spacious. Check in was smooth and staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was located on the 4th floor. As the hotel has many rooms on each floor it may take you a few minutes to locate your room. We had a lovely king size bed and a sofa bed to make it a twin bedded room. Room was very clean and large enough for our stay. A min bar was available in the rooms but could not see any price lists anywhere. The bar situated on the first floor closes just after midnight but room service is available 24 hours if required. Breakfast was included in the cost but we did not make it each morning. The hotel was only a 5-10 minute walk to the tube station which would take you to the centre of London in about 15minutes. Hammersmith has a good selection of bars, café’s, restaurants and a couple of nice shopping malls if don’t want to travel far.

Stayed here just before our flight due to the connection with heathrow via the tube. The hotel is a short walk from hammersmith tube station which connects well into central london in less than 30 mins. There's not so many places to eat in Hammersmith but there's some shops. Its best to go into central London or Richmond for shops and food. Breakfast was a buffet and was very nice in lovely surrounding. Also the rooms and communal areas were all 4-5*. Also with a 12pm check out it was really useful for us. We didnt use the fitness facilities but they looked better than most hotels. A little on the expensive side, but given connectivity and standard, its about as good as you can get for the location and quality.
