The True Travel Dynamics long travel kit for 4WD Silverados and Sierras 1500 trucks is built tough to handle all types of off-road terrain. Our kit eliminates the factory torsion bars and utilizes a 2.5″ x 8″ coil-over shock and 2.5″ x 8″ bypass shock giving you more control over dampening and a far better ride. Since our kit is a total of 9″ wider than stock you’ll also need longer axles. Our axle set utilizes custom made CV adaptors to be able to use a 930 CV joint on the inner side to give you more articulation which translates into more wheel travel. If you want 16″ of wheel travel with 4WD, more strength and a better ride then our Silverado/Sierra +4.5″ 4WD kit is exactly what you need.

Please note this kit does not fit 2500 or 3500 HD trucks

This long travel kit fits 1999-2006 Chevy 4WD Silverados 1500 and 4WD GMC Sierras and gives you a whopping 15″ of travel with 4WD. With the kit you get fully boxed lower control arms, tubular upper control arms, an upper shock mount and it removes the torsion bars.

This Silverado long travel kit will make your Chevy prerunner perform better in the desert or whatever terrain you drive on.

Does not include coil-over shocks or bumpstops.

Camburg Chevy/GMC 1500 2wd 99-06 Long Travel Kit

The Camburg long travel Silverado kit is a huge upgrade in suspension performance. To start we made a fully fabricated spindle, a boxed lower arm with internal gusseting, In our new Gen2 coilover/bypass design we have the lower shock mounts sunk into the arms. We also have available a weld-on bucket style shock mount that is setup for a 2.5 x 8″ coilover and a 2.5 x 8″ bypass shock.  1″Uni-Ball lower pivots for the lower A-Arms and 3/4″ heims for the upper arm to pivot off of. The factory ball joints were changed out to 1″ Uni-balls upper and 1.5″ lower. Others will mount there 1″ uni-balls single sheer, this is not as strong as the “double sheer” mounting we do upper and lower. There are 2x 1.5″ uni-balls 6x 1″ uni-balls, 2x 7/8″ heims, and 6 3/4″ heims in the system. The total of these parts with spacers and hardware is over $1500, this is why our kit LOOKS expensive but you just get what you pay for! You will need a set of Fiberglass fenders to make room for your tires.

This kit is for the serious offroader and requires extensive fabrication. We recommend a qualified off-road race shop to install and setup this suspension system.

UPPER ARMS Our  upper arms are made from 1.5” .120w 4130 tubing and 3/16” 4130 plate with high grade ¾ rod ends at the frame pivots. We also changed the frame pivots and put them on tabs on top of the frame and raising the spindle 6” to eliminate some of the drastic camber and caster angles that you get when getting up to 18” of wheel travel. We also integrated an upper arm bump pad for hydraulic bump stop’s. 

LOWER ARMS Our  boxed lower arm made from laser cut 1/8” 4130 steel Using 1” stainless steel uniballs at the frame pivot and 1” uniball at the spindle. This kit comes set up so that you can run a coil over, bypass shock and bump stop if wanted. (coil overs are a must.. we do not build a torsion bar set up)

SPINDLE This kit uses the stock spindle but we supply you with a 3/16 4130 plate bolt on 6”extension that houses a stainless steel vertical stainless steel 1” uniball.  We will be offering a full custom spindle in the future.

AXLE KIT Custom 300m axles using the stock outer and for the inner we have a 6061 aluminum adapter that bolts to the stock cv flange. We use a non plunging high grade 930 cv allowing for up to 18” of wheel travel.

True Travel Dynamics is a US company that specializes in designing and fabricating long-travel suspension kits and control arm kits. They offer their products for various vehicle platforms such as Ford, Chevy, Toyota and Nissan Trucks.

 Description

The Dirt King long travel kit was developed to drastically improve the vehicles off-road handling without compromising its day to day driving characteristics. This suspension system allows for 12” of travel and accepts up to a 37” tire. The kit is compatible with 2WD models and 4WD models along with the purchase of extended axle shafts. We upgraded the ball joints to heavy duty Moog joints for maximum strength and increased articulation . The lower arms have recessed shock mounting allowing 8" coil overs to fit without any modifications. This kit is CAD designed, thoroughly tested, and 100% made in America resulting in a product we’re proud to put our name on!

Options This suspension system allows for several different options to suit your needs. The 2.5” x 8” coil over can be installed with one of the following options, sway bar, bump stops, or bypass shocks. We offer a sway bar kit that adapts our long travel kit to work with the factory sway bar. This will give the vehicle similar on road driving characteristics to stock with minimal sacrifice to the suspension systems performance. The next option is installing bump stops. They will help dampen hard impacts and are cost effective but on the other hand are often noisy. The last option is most commonly used. Adding bypass shocks will fine tune the damping throughout the suspension cycle. They are also completely adjustable to perfect the ride quality. 

Shocks For the best performance and to achieve the full amount of travel you must purchase our spec built coil over shocks or have them custom built based on our shock spec sheet. In addition, our long travel kit is tabbed to accommodate bypass shocks.  The bypass shocks will allow for superior suspension dampening and tunability. To mount the bypasses we offer a weld on bypass shock hoop kit (DK-631910) that can be purchased separately. The bypass shock hoop kit requires welding and modifications to the frame. You have the option of installing 2.5” diameter by 8” stroke bypass shocks or 3.0” diameter by 8” stroke bypass shocks.

Wheel Travel When shopping long travel kits many consumers tend to focus just on travel numbers. This is the reason many companies claim inaccurate numbers or don’t disclose the amount of work involved to achieve these numbers. Our goal is to build a suspension system with the highest amount of wheel travel without requiring major modifications to the vehicle or compromising its overall drivability.

Tire Info When installing 37” tires with this kit you must modify the wheel wells to avoid contact at full bump. We have solved this problem by developing complete bolt on front wheel wells for proper tire clearance. The firewall pinch weld will also need to be folded over to clear the 37” tires.

Shipping & Delivery Dirt King ships their products within the United States and Internationally. Most products ship via UPS or USPS. Orders that exceed $500 require a signature confirmation. On bulk orders contact Dirt King for a freight quote. The customer is responsible for import taxes and fees on international shipments.

Damaged or Missing Parts In an instance where you receive a damaged package a claim must be made with Dirt King. The claim can be submitted by sending an email to [email protected] containing photos of the damaged packages and damaged products. The email must also include your order number as well. Do not discard any of the original packaging or try installing the products.

While every precaution is taken there could be a case where you are missing parts. If this happens please send an email to [email protected] with your order number, list of missing parts, photo of the package or packages, and a photo of the quality control tag located on the back of the box.

If the shipping carrier losses your package please contact Dirt King. A claim will be filled with the shipping carrier. Unfortunately, we do not have much control over this situation and must wait for the carrier to process the claim.

Freight Shipping The customer must contact Dirt King to arrange for freight shipping. Dirt King will palletize the order and the customer can deal directly with the freight carrier if preferred. The shipment can be delivered to a home or business. The customer must be present for the delivery to inspect and sign for the package. Before signing confirm that you received all items listed on the packing slip and nothing is damaged. If you receive damaged parts or are missing parts leave a note on the bill of landing and sign it. Make sure the driver is aware of the situation and signs your copy of the bill of landing with the noted damages or missing parts. Once you have taken possession of the package file a claim with Dirt King by sending an email to [email protected]. Please include your order number, copy of your bill of landing, and photos of the damaged items or list of missing parts. Do not discard any of the original packaging or try installing the products. Dirt King will do everything possible to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

• Returns are only accepted within 30 days.
• Product must have been purchased from us and not a dealer.
• A 3% processing fee is deducted from all refunds.
• On shipped orders   a 7% restocking fee and a  3% processing fee is deducted from all refunds.
• Products such as bumpers, hitches, and bed cages that have optional powder coat added are subject to a 7% restocking fee and a 3% processing fee. If the order is canceled before the product is powder coated then the 7% restocking fee can be waived.
• On shipped orders we are not responsible for return shipping or refunding the original shipping amount.
• Parts must be returned in the original package and condition as they were sent.
• No returns on items that have been damaged or installed.
• Refund will be issued once the parts have been received and inspected.
• Custom products are non refundable.
• Crypto orders will be refunded the same coin amount that was paid originally.

Lokomotiv Moscow 14-15 Home Kit

This is the new Lokomotiv Moscow 2014-2015 Home Shirt.

The new Lokomotiv 2014-15 Home Kit boasts a blocking design of large green in the centre with a thinner red block on the side of the shirt, combined with solid red sleeves. The club already wore a home shirt with a large green block in 2007. This design of the Lokomotiv Moscow 14-15 Home Kit is repeated on the back of the shirt as well.

Adidas created a classical contrasting white collar, while the famous three Adidas stripes and the applications are also white.

Good luck. Door panels are pretty weak on these cars and that is a rare interior color. The 91-93 door panel is slightly different than the 94-96 in the area where the panel meets with the dash. Another option would be to repair yours if they are not too bad. Plastic welding with a soldering iron type device and 2 part plastic glues has worked fairly well for me. Or you can possibly buy panels of a different color and use a product like SEM interior dye to color them ruby red.  

Thanx for the reply and the support. Yeah, the color of the interior is a kind of headache for me , but I'm sure that I will be able to solve all the problems I have. Certaintly, I'm sure that cracks on the panels can be repaired but I leave some more time for a hope to find other panels from a donor-car if there is or will be one. Well, it seems I will be having almost 10 messages soon. Does that mean that soon I can make a topic in the proper forum segment with a list of all parts I need?  

I have a pair of near perfect camel front door panels for a 91-93. They are extremely expensive to ship, probably in the $300-400 USD just for shipping. I would like $150 for them.

Let me know if interested, or if you don't see something you may need that I might have, to include ECM, ABS and airbag computers, HVAC parts, and more. Sorry, I only have rear door panels.

If anyone is interested - please let me know. I can create my own thread with parts that may be insteresting for some people here. Shipping to the rest of the world from Moscow seems to be cheaper than the shipping to Moscow, but that's not a problem if the item is good enough. p.s. This January I've done about 9k kilometres through a couple of West states. I think I've seen just about 2 or 3 Caprice's on the road. Are they so rare these days? I had a hope to see some more:-/  

Check the color code on the interior. It could be Ruby Red or Dark Maple Red. They came with two red colors that year.  

Yeah. I will do that in the next couple of hours. the vin-code is 1G1BL53E7PW128434 The most of the interior plastic parts seem to be alive and undamaged.  

Loth, It might just be me, but all your pics from Post #10 onward show as only a little box with grayed out mountainscape. Did you change pic hosting? For others seeing the same you can see them individually by right-clicking 'view image'.

Your interior trim color on your SPID (inside the trunk lid) will start with a 70 if it is Dark Maple Red. I do not know the color code for Ruby Red. If it is not 70, then it is probably Ruby Red.  

The seat pattern is the same, but Ruby Red is a more bold red than the Dark Maple Red, which is more of a brownish red. There is a distinct difference between them when held beside the other.
