Nouveaux remboursements d'abonnements au réseau de bus par la Ville de Sète : découvrez qui peut en bénéficier et comment

Sète met en place de nouveaux remboursements pour les abonnés du réseau de bus géré par Sète Agglopôle Mobilité. Découvrez les conditions.

Afin d’agir concrètement "à la fois pour la décarbonation des transports et la qualité de l’environnement, ainsi que pour le pouvoir d’achat des Sétois les plus modestes", la Ville rembourse, depuis 2023 et sous conditions de revenus, les abonnements annuels du réseau de transports urbains gérés par Sète Agglopôle mobilité.

Nouveau dispositif

Pour rappel, Sète Agglo a signé une nouvelle concession de service public des transports urbains pour la période courant du 1er septembre 2022 au 31 décembre 2029. "Cette dernière se veut incitative en ayant notamment comme objectif d’augmenter la fréquentation de 17 %."

En conséquence, la Ville de Sète développe un nouveau dispositif de remboursement . Ce dispositif concerne uniquement les abonnements annuels en cours de validité du réseau de transport urbain Sète Agglopôle Méditerranée.

Trois catégories

Tous les usagers domiciliés sur la commune de Sète peuvent en bénéficier s’ils rentrent dans l’une des trois catégories suivantes : personnes âgées de 65 à 69 ans non imposables au 1er janvier 2024 (remboursement de 100 % du montant) ; personnes âgées de 10 à 18 ans dont les parents ne sont pas imposables au 1er janvier 2024 (remboursement de 100 % du montant) ; personnes actives âgées de 16 à 64 ans non imposables au 1er janvier 2024 (remboursement de 50% du montant et 50% pris en charge par l’employeur).

Les pièces administratives obligatoires pour déposer une demande de remboursement :

·Facture de l’abonnement annuel

·Un justificatif de domicile de moins de trois mois (quittance de loyer, facture EDF, etc.) au même nom et adresse que ceux figurant sur la facture

·Copie de la carte d’abonnement ou a minima son numéro d’abonnement

·Un Relevé d’Identité Bancaire au nom du bénéficiaire

·L’avis de non-imposition le plus récent (année N-1) au même nom et adresse que ceux figurant sur la facture et sur le justificatif de domicile

·Copie recto-verso d’une pièce d’identité du bénéficiaire de l’aide en cours de validité (carte d’identité, permis de conduire)

·Coordonnées de contact : numéro de téléphone et adresse mail

·Déposer son dossier avec sa demande au guichet unique de la mairie.

Au minimum 150 voyages par an

La ville précise que " seuls les usagers réguliers du réseau pourront bénéficier de ce remboursement" . Sont considérés comme des usagers réguliers, des usagers réalisant un minimum de 150 voyages par an , réalisés dans les 12 mois à partir de la date d’achat. Pour cela, elles doivent au préalable obtenir auprès de l’agence commerciale de Sète Agglopôle mobilité, située Passage du Dauphin, à Sète, une attestation du nombre de trajet réalisés en 2023.

Nichée entre la mer Méditerranée et l' étang de Thau , Sète, avec son vieux port, ses canaux, ses ponts et ses immeubles aux jolies façades colorées, porte bien son surnom de Venise du Languedoc. Premier port de pêche en Méditerranée, Sète est une destination de prédilection pour les gourmets appréciant les produits de la mer.

Le mont Saint-Clair , qui domine la ville du haut de ses 183 mètres, offre une superbe vue sur Sète et ses paysages environnants.

Au mois d'août, lors de la fête de la Saint-Louis, se déroule la célèbre tradition de Sète, les joutes sétoises : deux adversaires positionnés chacun sur un bateau et munis d'une lance et d'un bouclier en bois doivent se faire tomber à l'eau.

• Fête des traditions maritimes "Escale à Sète" : tous les 2 ans, pour le week-end de Pâques, le monde maritime a rendez-vous au coeur du premier port de pêche français de Méditerranée. Au programme : une centaine de bateaux traditionnels dont les plus grands voiliers du monde, plus de 30 groupes internationaux de musiques et chants de marins, cuisine, sports et spectacles maritimes...
• Jazz à Sète : en juillet. En 1985, Louis Martinez, un passionné de jazz, organise deux soirées au Théâtre de la Mer . A l'affiche : Jimmy Gourley trio, Frédéric Sylvestre et Jacques Vidal. Les concerts, de 1986 à 1987, ont eu lieu au jardin du Château d'Eau. On y applaudissait alors gratuitement Sixun, Michel Petrucciani, Steve Grossman, René Urtreger, Christian Escoudé, Charles Tyler et de nombreux groupes régionaux. À partir de 1988, et jusqu'en 1991, le festival se déroule sur une semaine. Le public suit au Théâtre de la mer où Ray Charles, Stéphane Grappelli (l'année de ses 80 ans), Paco de Lucia, Mickael Brecker, Tania Maria, Martial Solal, Dee-Dee Bridgewater, entre autres, laissent une empreinte inoubliable. En 1996, après un break de 4 ans, la Municipalité demande à Louis de créer l'association "Jazz à Sète" et de relancer le festival. Louis s'entoure d'une équipe de passionnés dont le noyau dur est toujours présent aujourd'hui.
