The tour started on March 9, 2016 in Seattle and finished on July 2, 2017 in London, UK. After that, the last remaining 14 shows of the tour were cancelled due to depression, anxiety and exhaustion.

Visiting the five continents with over 150 shows, the Purpose World Tour became Justin's longest tour and one of the highest-grossing concerts of the 2010s decade.

The tour was announced on November 11, 2015 on The Ellen DeGeneres Show . That same day, 58 dates in the United States and Canada were revealed on the singer's website. Due to an overwhelming demand, additional shows were added in Los Angeles, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Boston, Miami, and New York, totaling 64 shows. Some of the shows that Bieber was supposed to perform at was cancelled. After a couple of days, Bieber announced the reason behind him cancelling the rest of the tour on a heartfelt Instagram post.

My life is a movie and everyone’s watching. So let’s get to the good part and past all the nonsense. This life’s not easy. I know what it feels like to fall. It isn’t until we admit defeat that we are able to find strength. I know what it takes to admit vulnerabilities. Are you willing to be challenged, uncomfortable? What are you willing to withstand to create your destiny? I have to ask myself where does my character lie in times of trouble, my weakness, when is my soul at rest? I encountered so many obstacles along this journey. I made mistakes, stumbled but I have faith and determination to rise. My idea of advice is safety, love, respect and purpose.

The cancellation of its last 14 tour dates, including several U.S. stadiums, was described at the time as “unforeseen circumstances” but was in fact a clear mental health crisis. “He was going through something that he wasn’t expressing to anyone,” said Allison Kaye . “We didn’t really understand what we were canceling it for — we just kind of had to.”

When he canceled the last leg of the Purpose tour, the biggest changes he made to get better were going to therapy regularly for the first time and reconnecting with God. “I just changed my priorities so that I didn’t [become] another statistic of young musicians that ended up, like, not making it,” he said. Justin Bieber Hints At U.S. Stadium Tour, 'Purpose' Tour Movie

With his recent history of lashing out at overenthusiastic crowds, it seems like Justin Bieber could use a little break from the limelight. Instead, JB’s apparently decided to extend his Purpose world tour by bringing it back stateside.

The 22-year-old dropped the news during an impromptu Q&A session with fans at his concert in Hamburg, Germany, last night (November 14). A British fan near the stage asked him, “Is there going to be a Purpose tour movie?” and JB offered up a super revealing response.

“I don’t know yet,” he said. “We haven’t really discussed it yet. But I still have another year to talk about it because I’m on tour for a while. I’m doing stadiums in North America, which is going to be pretty awesome.

“So hopefully we do a Purpose tour movie,” he continued. “If not, I’ll be doing other movies, which will be pretty cool.”

OK. So. Let’s break this answer down a bit. Fans have been clamoring for a new Bieber movie since 2011’s Never Say Never and 2013’s Believe . The jury’s still out on a Purpose tour film, but he mentioned he’s “doing other movies.” Does that mean he’s foraying into acting, Harry Styles–style? Earlier this year, rumors began swirling that he was joining Pitch Perfect 3 , but nothing’s confirmed yet ... so keep those eyes locked on his iMDB page.

And then there’s the whole bit about bringing his Purpose tour back to North America for a stadium run: an exciting but unexpected development. His tour is currently slated to continue through April 2017 with legs in Latin America and Australia, so it’d be a while before his stateside return. Let’s just hope that when he does hit stadium stages, he’s feeling his best. American Beliebers will be waiting, Justin.

Justin Bieber Details Massive North American ‘Purpose’ Tour

By Ryan Reed

UPDATE:  Justin Bieber has expanded his  Purpose  world tour to include a fall run in Europe. See below for new dates.

Justin Bieber has announced an expansive tour behind his upcoming fourth LP, Purpose . Spanning major markets across the U.S. and Canada, the singer’s 58-date North American trek kicks off March 9th, 2016 in Seattle and concludes July 18th at New York’s iconic Madison Square Garden.

American Express cardmembers can purchase advance tickets for the U.S. shows starting Monday, November 16th at noon local time through Thursday, November 19th at 10 p.m. local time. General ticket sales for all shows will begin Friday, November 20th at 10 a.m. local time through the AEG Live website .

Bieber teased the tour during his Wednesday appearance on  Ellen , but he had trouble remembering the jaunt’s start date. “I will start this tour … oh gosh, this is the only thing I had to remember,” he told Ellen DeGeneres, before assuring fans, “You can go to my website to find out.”

The announcement arrives two days before the November 13th release of Purpose , which features singles like the atmospheric “I’ll Show You,” tropical-flavored “Sorry” and soul-searching “What Do You Mean?”

Excluding the 2013 compilation Journals , Purpose is Bieber’s first album since 2012’s Believe . The lengthy tracklist features an array of high-profile collaborators, including Skrillex, Diplo, Big Sean (“No Pressure”), Travis Scott (“No Sense”) and Ariana Grande (the deluxe edition remix of “What Do You Mean?”).

Justin Bieber Purpose tour: Lighting designer goes behind the scenes

Lighting designer Cory Fitzgerald explains how Bieber elevated his arena tour for his most mature album yet.

He’s one of pop’s biggest stars, embarking on one of the season’s most anticipated arena tours, but that’s not to say putting on Justin Bieber’s Purpose tour wasn’t without it’s challenges.

Some parts of Bieber’s Purpose tour were easier to light than others: The water curtain that comes down during the musician’s encore performance of “Sorry,” for example, was one of the more challenging, according to lighting designer Cory Fitzgerald, who’s also worked with big names like Beyoncé and Bruno Mars (he recently lit their Super Bowl halftime show . “It took a couple tries,” he tells EW. “It gets everything wet, let’s put it that way.”

This tour marks Bieber’s first time on the road since going through what he’s called “a rough couple of years” when every arrest and misbehavior made headlines. He seemingly references this in the symbolic Purpose tour opener, “Mark My Words,” where he makes his first appearance in a plexiglass box that hangs above the crowd.

“Lighting that box was basically just about isolating him for the beginning,” Fitzgerald explains. “It’s a really sort of minimalist idea.”

Other songs are a bit more playful with the lighting, like the strobe-heavy “No Sense” and “Hold Tight” mash-up, which features Bieber walking the stage as red and blue lights flash over him. “Steel blue and white” are the most prevalent colors in the show though, a decision Fitzgerald says that came from “the album art’s monochromatic feel.”

Fitzgerald works closely with the tour’s creative director Nick Demoura and stresses the importance of collaboration on an event like this. “It’s always fun to shape a show like this with people who really know what they’re doing and know what they’re asking for and know what they want to see,” he says.

The Purpose tour kicked off March 9 in Seattle and concludes Nov. 29 in London. See the list of upcoming tour dates here , and read EW’s dispatch from the tour opener here .

Justin Bieber 2016

The intermittent high-pitched screams that burst across Seattle’s KeyArena on Wednesday night — host to Justin Bieber ‘s first full concert in three years — seemed to be the result of the pent-up, giddy anxiety of the 17,000-seat room, filled with a distinctly 2016 roster of Beliebers. There were millennial gals on group dates drinking white wine out of plastic cups, full families of five with the smallest members on laps, preteens with yoga pants and top buns, and a number of men who weren’t there as chaperones.

Fans across the arena spotted excitement-inducing gaps in the stage’s architecture: cut-outs in the floor for risers meant you could see dancers preparing backstage, and a too-short catwalk couldn’t conceal Bieber hopping around in a pre-show hype ritual.

Justin Bieber’s Tour Clothes Have a ‘Purpose,’ Stylist Explains (Exclusive)

Trending on Billboard

Eventually, Bieber entered to “Mark My Words,” the first track off Purpose . He rose up through the floor, ensconced in a glassy cube, wearing a long white coat and armed with dry-erase markers. In a bit of Expo-marker theater, Bieber drew lyrics on the box’s walls in real time with full-body flourishes. Then it was back into the stage floor for a moment of suspense before the first, unmistakable pulse of “Where Are Ü Now.” For the monster hit, Bieber’s crew of dancers tumbled onstage in all-white attire as women suspended in midair did acrobatics against a chrome-y, industrial video backdrop.

Throughout the show, Bieber’s role in the choreography was mostly to stand in the middle, nod in approval and jump in for the parts where his efforts could be limited to club-level exertion. He kept his cool — which, even filtered through the Jumbotron closeups, occasionally meant coming off as disengaged. The Biebs’ vocals, though, sounded smooth as ever.

“Get Used to It,” one of the more dance-friendly non-singles on Purpose , sounded as sharp and expressive as Bieber’s perfectly groomed eyebrows. The track’s combustible performance brought pyrotechnics, as well as movement from the platforms onstage. “I’ll Show You” followed, with Bieber in a cage as he sang, “It’s not easy, when you’re made out of steel” — a dark and confusing setup until the chorus, when an LED light show began flashing across its beams, covering him in exploding octagons and digital fireworks.

For an acoustic rendition of “Love Yourself,” Bieber sat, guitar in hand, on an antique-looking, rose-colored loveseat. Crowd karaoke being almost inevitable for the Ed Sheeran -penned track, Bieber threw in high-reaching flourishes as the crowd carried the regular melody. Though his strumming slightly lost its rhythm as he attempted call-and-response, the crooning audience stuck with him. At this point, Bieber addressed the audience for the first time, asking nonchalantly how exactly Seattle is doing tonight.

In one of the show’s most thrilling (though slightly puzzling) moments, a hidden platform anchored to the ceiling began to descend, during “Company.” It turned out to be a giant, suspended trampoline, on which Justin completed a couple of backflips with impressive grace, and then flopped down on his belly to gaze down at the crowd a story below him.

In the midst of this impressive engineering, there were still some kinks in the production: stagehands left visible by cut-outs in the set, missed lighting cues and occasionally sloppy transitions — all fairly easy to write off as the predictable clunkiness of any show’s opening night.

Justin Bieber Shares North American Tour Dates

The first non- Purpose performance of the night was the Bieber classic “Boyfriend,” and at this, the crowd perked up; Belieberism is strongly rooted in its original texts. Dancers in LED-laden black bodysuits created a light show in choreography, proving Biebs was fully capable of offering an updated performance that still rewarded his most invested fans. With a playful and satisfying performance of “Baby” — whose choreography recalled recess — Bieber showed that even all grown up, he still has a place in his heart for bubblegum.

Though Bieber was reverent on “Life Is Worth Living” (which unfortunately featured an apparent earpiece mishap and caused him to miss an entrance) and “Purpose” (which he performed at a white grand piano), one of his few costume changes featured an oversize muscle tee with Marilyn Manson ‘s image on the front, and “BIGGER THAN SATAN” (and slightly lower, “BIEBER”) on the back. Still, his single Crucifix earring glinted in the spotlight. His final wardrobe change was a turn back to the light: a fully Purpose -branded ensemble with sweats and a jean jacket, both of which, the audience was told, would be available for sale.

As the audience chanted for what would be a single-song encore, the crew set up a massive tarp along the stage. The tarp’s purpose (no pun intended) became clear after Bieber re-entered: A thick wall of fake rain began streaming down from the ceiling. The dancers were soaked, but still splashed and strutted in what had become an onstage kiddie pool — eventually, Justin joined. When the rain stopped, he (to some, finally) took off his shirt, but disappeared all too soon. One thing that didn’t, though: the melody from “Sorry,” audible throughout the crowd even after the lights came up and everyone trickled back out into the evening’s natural (and Bieber-less) rain.

You know it when you see it: here are some movies that got sex scenes right.

It is a happy coincidence that our "What makes a good sex scene?" episode came out in the same week as Challengers, a film about a romance triangle in the tennis world starring Josh O'Connor, Zendaya and (not pictured) Mike Faist.

What makes a good sex scene? It can be easier spot bad sex, but Aisha Harris, Christina Tucker, Ronald Young, Jr. and I tried to focus on the good this week on Pop Culture Happy Hour. You can listen to our full conversation here. (We didn't originally plan for this episode to run the same week as our episode about Challengers , which is out in theaters now, but it's a happy coincidence, since that film has gotten a lot of attention — probably too much, relative to its other merits — for the sex scenes involving its three leads. It's really very good .)

Watch a tense romantic triangle play out on the tennis court in 'Challengers'

Movie Reviews

Watch a tense romantic triangle play out on the tennis court in 'challengers'.

It's often very obvious when a sex scene is bad, just like when a sex scene in a book is bad. It can get so uncomfortable to watch that you have to leave the room (and not in a way that feels true to the story). One of my personal tells for a bad sex scene is when all I can think about is how hard the actors are trying to persuade me that the characters are having a good time. For example, there has been much good discussion in recent years about Showgirls being a more interesting and competent project than it originally got credit for, but in that one pool scene (if you know it, you know it), all I can see is the effort.

Lauren Bacall And The 'Sex? What Sex?' Kind Of Movie Sex

Lauren Bacall And The 'Sex? What Sex?' Kind Of Movie Sex

It's not always as clear which scenes are good . That's partly because they serve so many different functions, all of which look different, and all of which can be effective. Furthermore, you don't want to confuse whether a sex scene is used well in a film with whether it's hot to you personally, despite the fact that there is overlap between those considerations.

In the 'Last Dance,' Magic Mike leaves his thong-and-dance routine behind

In the 'Last Dance,' Magic Mike leaves his thong-and-dance routine behind

Here's what I mean: When Aisha talks about the sequence near the beginning of Magic Mike's Last Dance , it's not irrelevant that the scene is, to her (and to me), hot. But it also makes sense in the context of the film and the franchise, partly because of the way it sets up the power dynamic between Mike (Channing Tatum) and Max (Salma Hayek Pinault). Mike is older now, he knows more, and the way he approaches a lap dance is actually different than in earlier movies.

And not all good sex scenes are hot in the same ways. The one I mentioned in the episode, from the romantic drama Love & Basketball , is sexy, yes. But it's also a scene between young adults (the talented basketball players Monica and Quincy, played by Sanaa Lathan and Omar Epps), and as such, it incorporates a tentativeness that's not present in Magic Mike's Last Dance , to say the least. As Ronald pointed out during our discussion, that sex scene is quite different from one that takes place later in Monica and Quincy's relationship, when they're older and know each other better. That certainly feels true to real life, but it's not always reflected in Hollywood films, where I would tentatively estimate that 90% of on-screen sex is more idealized and thus less intimate than real-life sex, in part because it isn't allowed to change over the course of a relationship.

'Like it or not, we live in Oppenheimer's world,' says director Christopher Nolan

Movie Interviews

'like it or not, we live in oppenheimer's world,' says director christopher nolan.

Even further from the hotness of the lap dance scene is Ronald's pick: the imagination of Kitty Oppenheimer (Emily Blunt) running wild in Oppenheimer. While her husband (Cillian Murphy) is being interrogated, she pictures him having sex with his mistress, Jean Tatlock (Florence Pugh). It goes by quickly enough that it might seem like a Christopher Nolan flourish for flourish's sake, but it serves the purpose of letting you feel her pain over her husband's affair. Her relationship with Robert doesn't look especially romantic in the film, let alone sexually charged; she finds herself consumed by the idea that he was having hot sex with this other woman, and she locks eyes with her vision of a naked Tatlock and finds herself tormented. It's not really the intent of the scene to titillate the audience, just to give specificity to the shape of Kitty's preoccupation with the affair.

What makes a good sex scene?

What makes a good sex scene?

Christina raised another really important point, which is that sex scenes also collide with viewers at very specific moments. Her example from Bound , and the scenes between Violet (Jennifer Tilly) and Corky (Gina Gershon), touches on (among other things) her own history. It's an underappreciated aspect of the sex-in-movies discourse: representation matters in these scenes as much as anywhere else. I always wish I saw more sex scenes in movies that featured a broader variety of body types; it's still really rare to see ones that feature anybody who is even average sized. This is one of the reasons I'm curious about the upcoming season of Bridgerton , which places its focus on the gorgeous and curvaceous Penelope (Nicola Coughlan).

Looking for 'nomance': Study finds teens want less sex in their TV and movies

Looking for 'nomance': Study finds teens want less sex in their TV and movies

Good sex scenes are like any other kind of good filmmaking, honestly: it comes down to execution with purpose and care, done relative to whatever the function of the scene might be.

Whether that's spiciness or conflict or relationship growth or (as in the case of Bound ) setting up a steamy neo-noir story that wouldn't be the same if it weren't hot as heck, form follows function, ideally.

80s porn film finally solves mystery that has been baffling the internet

Reddit and boombox

Internet sleuths across the world have been tormented by the mysterious origins of an 80s song – nicknamed Everyone Knows That – for years.

The song, which some people also call Ulterior Motives, was first shared on the forum WatZatSong in 2021 when the original poster was unable to identify it.

When no one could identify the catchy tune, interest and frustration grew.

Eventually, a subreddit devoted to figuring out where the song came from emerged and gained 47,000 members.

The mystery was discussed across all corners of the internet, even earning coverage from The Guardian and Rolling Stone .

Fan’s speculated about the catchy song endlessly, with some certain that it was an unreleased track from a band like Roxette or Savage Garden. Others were sure they remembered hearing it in an ad at some point in their childhood.

Now, the case has finally been cracked thanks to an unlikely source: An 80s porn film.

@juliangraymedia They found it!!! the lost song has been found #ekt #ulteriormotives #lostwave #lostsong ♬ Everyone Knows That Ulterior Motives remaster – Lewis

When the song first went viral, the original poster claimed they the song was found amongst files in an old DVD backup. This led online users to eventually figure out that the track had to belong to one of a certain few rights holders from the mid-1980s.

Eventually, Reddit user south_pole_ball was able to match the song to a songwriter named Christopher Booth who had created tracks for porn films.

In a feat of admirable determination, the user then watched every single film that featured Booth’s work.

Eventually, the mysterious track played exactly one hour, seven minutes and 31 seconds into 1986’s Angels of Passion, allowing south_pole_ball to finally identify it.

They wrote: ‘I went through each video and watched them, until I found Angels of Passion (1986). To which I got to 1:07:31 and I found EKT [Everyone Knows That].’

Almost immediately the internet began to react to the discovery, with web sleuths who had been pursuing the mystery for years celebrating the find.

https://www.instagram.com/p/C6UrYurJtqu/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link

Even the original songwriter, Christopher Booth, heard about the news and took to Instagram to write: ‘Well today, my mind has officially been blown:) WOW! #ulteriormotives #ekt.’

Now, many users are requesting that Booth release the original audio of the song, as fan-edited versions or the version featuring sounds from the porn film it features in are the only options available online.

Booth has supposedly teased the idea to fans, though its yet to be confirmed if the original track will really be available to stream at long last.

Taylor Swift : The Eras Tour AMC Entertainment

After Covid shut down AMC and the rest of the globe’s multiplexes and the actors strike ratcheted down the box office, you could say that the No. 1 exhibitor was taking its fate into its own hands with Taylor Swift: The Era’s Tour . However, it has Scott Swift, Taylor Swift’s father, to thank. He reportedly made the call to AMC CEO Adam Aron to sidestep studios and gain more cash in taking his daughter’s movie from her $1 billion-plus-selling, sold-out concert tour directly to AMC. Why have a studio walk away with a ton of cash and spend tens of millions in marketing when Swift with a then-near-400 million social media followers is the best form of advertisement? She tweeted a few times to promote the movie, and showed up at her boyfriend Travis Kelce’s Kansas City Chiefs games to drum up her $15M Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour concert film as a must-see. The movie also received a SAG-AFTRA waiver, which allowed the pop star to show up at her own Los Angeles world premiere and do publicity. The result: $100M in global advance ticket sales. AMC, to avoid antitrust issues, hired Gotham-based distributor Variance Films to book cinemas across the nation, and Trafalgar to handle the overseas release. Much to the chagrin of the studios, who had their thing to say about Aron’s entry into the distribution business, they all started moving their movies away (i.e., Universal’s The Exorcist reboot, Lionsgate’s Ordinary Angels ) from Eras Tour and its arrival on the calendar October 13. Swift cleverly tailored her marketing to fans, releasing the movie on a date that reps her lucky number, with tickets priced at $13.13 for children and seniors. Initially she wasn’t going to preview the movie, looking to open hard on 10/13. At the last minute, during the week of release, Swift changed her mind and opted for last-minute Thursday previews (they only yielded $2.8M).

Relight the fire … Twilight in Concert.

‘Surrounded by the beauty of a thousand candles’: why Twilight is going live, loud and on tour

The Kristen Stewart / Robert Pattinson vampire romantasy is back and supported by rock and classical musicians – just the latest film to be granted the mysterious live concert treatment

T he first Twilight film was released 16 years ago and, for many of us, the franchise has long since lost any sense of currency. Without the white heat of fandom surrounding their release, watching the Twilight films today is like trying to watch an echo. It’s like finding a fidget spinner in the street and trying to remember why everyone loved them so much. Without the heft of the cultural phenomenon that surrounded their release, the Twilight films now come off as witless and inert. They feel like TV movies, like a cheap Netflix acquisition dumped into a submenu without fanfare.

And this is to be expected. New films are released all the time, and only a tiny percentage of them are ever destined to be fondly remembered. And yet maybe we wrote Twilight off too soon. Yes, the film’s stars – Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart – have spent their subsequent careers making knotty and uncommercial films, apparently as a direct reaction to starring in such toothless teenybop fare. Yes, it’s spoken about so rarely these days that its popularity feels like the result of a mass psychogenic illness, like the dancing plagues of the middle ages. Yes, it seems absurd that they actually made five of the things.

But it is clear that a sizeable core of Twilight fans have never fully let go of the dream. It has just been announced that the Twilight films are going on a UK tour, backed by a 12-piece band of rock and classical musicians. And this isn’t some two-bit pub circuit gig, either. Twilight will be playing, “surrounded by the beauty of a thousand candles”, at the Birmingham Symphony Hall, the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall and the Hammersmith Apollo. These are big rooms to fill, and there cannot be many people who might casually flick through a listings magazine and spontaneously decide to spend the evening watching people play along to a film about an ancient hair-gelled vampire licking his lips at a schoolgirl. No, there is a hardcore Twilight fandom here, and their numbers are many.

Who can say why. Perhaps, after a decade and a half of being dumped into the wilderness, the culture is starting to come around to Twilight again. After all, one of the biggest trends in publishing at the moment is “romantasy”, a portmanteau of “romance” and “fantasy”, in which a lovelorn heroine invariably finds herself drawn to a boy so bad that, in some cases, he recently murdered her entire family. And isn’t this Twilight all over? Doesn’t “romantasy” share a core DNA with a story about your boyfriend doing the best he can to not drain you of all your blood?

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson in the first Twilight film (2008).

Maybe this is just another way to enhance the viewing experience. With theatrical moviegoing on the decline, perhaps it makes sense to appeal to people’s nostalgia by enhancing a movie that they love with live music. There’s certainly a lot of it going around. This year alone, at the Royal Albert Hall alone, the London Symphony Orchestra will be playing along to Raiders of the Lost Ark, Ghostbusters, Top Gun: Maverick, Home Alone, Avatar and the movie adaptation of the second half of the last Harry Potter book.

Indeed, the company Film Concerts Live perpetually tours the world doing exactly this, playing along to films as beloved as Jurassic Park and as forgotten as Star Trek Into Darkness. Sifting through their upcoming performances, it’s clear that the film concert industry seems to heavily lean on the highly melodic and instantly recognisable work of John Williams, so perhaps there is something to be said for the experience of hearing an iconic piece of music in the flesh. That said, could you hum the incidental music from Twilight? Could you hum it if someone had a gun to your head? I’m not sure I could.

Or perhaps I’m just being a mopey old grump and people should just be allowed to like the things they like. The people who liked Twilight as teenagers when it came out are now full-blown adults, with jobs and partners and responsibilities. There’s realistically no difference between going to watch a band play along with the music of Twilight as a 34-year-old and going to see a Take That concert as a 45-year-old. Times are hard and the pull of nostalgia is strong, so who am I to begrudge anyone from cheering themselves up however they want? Just, please, nobody invite me along.

AMC Theatres , the world’s largest cinema chain, is leaning into distribution.

The company is expanding its distribution team with a key hire and promotion, underscoring its commitment to releasing its own movies in addition to showcasing titles from traditional and independent studios. AMC Theatres launched its distribution team with the premieres of last year’s concert films, “Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour” and “Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé.”

Popular on Variety

AMC is bolstering the team by promoting Kevin Arnold to VP of programming promotions and partnerships, effective immediately. Arnold, who joined AMC in 2011, has risen through the ranks in the film programming department. Now, he will oversees promotional strategies that aim to drive moviegoer engagement and increase ticket sales.

“The remarkable success of AMC Theatres Distribution last fall opened an exciting new business for AMC, and we are thrilled to have Stephanie Terifay’s expertise and enthusiasm build upon the brilliant leadership of Nikkole Denson-Randolph,” said Elizabeth Frank, AMC’s chief content officer. “Through the addition of Stephanie and the much-deserved elevation of Kevin Arnold, AMC Theatres Distribution is well positioned to continue to deliver exciting and compelling content to moviegoers at AMC and across the industry domestically and internationally.”
