Patient Booking

We took a long time finding a holiday break venue which would accommodate our needs. So few hotels advertise whether they have stair free access. As a result our agent had a lot of cross checking to do and nothing was too much bother. Eventually she guided us and booked a 4 day break meeting all of our needs. She sorted hotel, flights and overnight accommodation at the airport with parking. We were seated for an hour and a half and she was infinitely patient and supportive throughout.

I always have a good experience with Hays Travel Inverness, they are very helpful and it’s good to speak with local people. We have recently used Love Holidays and On the Beach who both had awful customer service in comparison.

The staff in the Inverness office are brilliant. They are super friendly, helpful and efficient. It's good fun booking a holiday with them, I'd go into the office just to have a coffee with them if it were possible. Excellent!!!

I almost ALWAYS book my own holidays but we popped in to Hays travel Inverness to try to find a last minute holiday and the lovely Donna was so helpful and friendly .Got us exactly what we wanted and at a fantastic price. Great service!

Donna went above and beyond to find us the best holiday. We needed somewhere that wouldn't be too hot, that would cater for all 7 of us, the journey wouldn't be too long and good flight times etc. She was that helpful we ended up booking 2 holidays. Will be back for next year.

Hearing difficulties.

My wife and I both agree that we has difficulty at times with the acoustics of your office. There was only three operatives on the main office area, one had no customers during our visit, therefore there was only one other member of staff engaged with customer/customers. Unfortunately, this was at the nearest desk to us. Several times we had to ask Donna to repeat what she had told us as her speech was drowned or distorted. Sound proof cubicles or dividing walls badly needed in our opinion.

Family holiday

Good experience

Nadia was very patient with us as we were booking a two centre holiday and changed our minds a couple of times on when and where we would like to stay. Thorough research also helped to find easiest way from airport to first hotel. She was good humoured and efficient, a very pleasant experience!

Problem now sorted quickly & efficiently

Booked holiday over phone as shop is closed for refurbishment. A few things in the emails i recieved had the wrong information as to what is in the brochure. The atol certificate had wrong airport destination on it so thats not valid & also the total cost of the holiday was wrong. I now have to wait until shop is open & go in to get it sorted.

Nadia was very welcoming on both occasions I visited. The other staff in the shop also made it a relaxing environment to be in. She spent plenty of time looking for the holiday that suited us best and explained everything in detail, including helping pick the the best possible room for us. Booking with hays has been a pleasure.

The adviser went out of her way to find…

The adviser went out of her way to find a room with a shower for me. She took the cost into it and tried to get get best value for us. Gave us options and the offer of paying it by direct debit was something offered that I hadn't thought about. Also being offered to book our seats and purchasing a meal was a positive to us. I certainly would go back to hays travel to book another holiday in the future.

Donna at Hay’s ( who we met for the first time ) called up our desired holiday straight away and in 15 mins it was booked ! No stress . Insurance the lot .. Travel cash card . I had an issue with my Hayes travel currency card which was partly my fault. It proved to be rather complicated and difficult to resolve through to system, but the staff at Hayes in Inverness were most helpful and patient. Everything sorted now. Thanks!

It was a phone call as the shop is getting renovated. Sam was fantastic, as she was very efficient and she also remembered me from earlier in the year so it was a personalised touch.Sam got back in touch with in minutes with my holiday. The holiday was easy to book.
