Supersaver didn’t let us know about the flight changes!

Hello every who reads this text ! Supersaver is one the worst travel agency what I have ever experienced traveling with. On 10 July 2024 had 7 return tickets from München airport to Doha in Qatar and from there to Tehran. One month before our trip I had asked this supersaver to bring some name corrections in our passport and they accepted to do that free of charges. Although I have contacted them repeatedly to do so, every time they promised that some body from this airline would contact me to make sure that name correction is done on time and we can fly without being worried at the airport. But no body contacted us , so disappointing! The Last two weeks I contacted them twice every day and they kept only promising , but there was any practical solution. As Last week before taking flight they surprisingly asked for €80 to do the name corrections. To make short I paid the money and supersaver promised me that till tomorrow the problem is solved and we can go to the airport conveniently. Afterwards There was no any confirmation of the name correction yet. As the last action and out of frustration I called the qatar airline explained the problem and to make sure if I could take my flight . Qatar airline just at the same time brought the name correction and told me why I had paid €80 to supersaver where I booked my tickets?!!! Finally I could flight from München airport to my destination comfortably and enjoyed the rest of my summer vacation. On 06-August -2024 at 22:45 pm we had to return back on the same route, From Tehran to Doha and from there to München. We all went 3 hours before the flight to Tehran airport with children and all belongings . But surprisingly there no any sigh of Qatar airway and nor information about it. I started searching the flight and asking for information showing our tickets to all information desks. They told us that there wil be no Qatar airline flights at 22:45 pm registered on the same day . I went to Qatar airline office but it was closed unfortunately. Via telephone call qatar airways told us that they had informed the supersaver three days ago about the new flight schedule. Finally The airport information desks asked us to leave the airport and contact to supersaver to ask the reason. We booked a hotel with the hope that tomorrow will ask the supersaver why didn’t let us know about the flight schedule and changes . Tomorrow We explained everything to supersaver and asked them why they didn’t let us know about the changes and that we were left behind ??!!! They had no any answers accept to promise us again to check everything with the higher office and let us know . We stayed one week in the same hotel and every day talking to supersaver to refund or to issue new tickets so that we could return back. Every day they were apologizing and promising to solve the problems and rebook tickets to help us return back to home. After one we got really disappointed and frustrated and knew it for sure that supersaver was playing a dirty game with us and deceiving us. I booked 7 tickets with Pegasus ( Turkish airline for 12 August 2024 we finally could afford to come back to Istanbul and then Stuttgart in Germany. I had to pay € 1500 tickets for 7 people and €450 for our suitcases apart to be brought with cargo. And finally paid €445 extra at the Amsterdam airport after a week to receive our suitcases. I had the worst experience with this supersaver especially that they lie and deceive the customers and feel no responsibility and has no commitment against the customers. After all I contacted them repeatedly to refund explaining all the problems . They still promise to sue the case and let us know and still nothing. We all 7 people never recommend this travel agency to any body who wants book ticket with this agency . They have no commitments nor responsibility and even no humanitarian feelings about the customers . I hope my bad experience with supersaver helps the rest to make a better choice and make think twice before booking tickets and a lesson for every customer and travelers. NEVER PERCHASE TICKETS WITH SUPERSAVER) . You wil regret some where . Supersaver is money deceiver ! I’m planning to ask compensation via a lawyer … I hope everyone who is victimized takes action together against this scammer!

Better than expected! Highly recommend.

I was really concerned after reading all the negatives reviews about Supersaver, I even thought our tickets do not even exist.. But I must say Supersaver worked perfectly fine for us. First, we've got a better deal than booking through the airline website, second we had to cancel the second leg of our trip, and Supersaver refunded us less than 24hours after the initial flight date. No need to call them we just used their chat-box on their website. Working really good 5/5!

Flight was cancelled and I wanted my…

Flight was cancelled and I wanted my ticket to be reimbursed. This was over 6 months ago. I have not received any money back from SuperSaver, even though Supersaver sets the expectation of 2 weeks. Support department only gives some empathy and apparently they have a large number of refunds to deal with. 6 months is still very excessive. From outside it looks like this company is in some serious financial trouble, or at the very least does not have the employees to be able to deal with the workload. Would not book ever again via SuperSaver as your ticket refund cannot be guaranteed.

I have deleted my first damning review of Supersaver as the customer service was appalling and they basically ignored me for 3 days in which time we had to book a new ticket. HOWEVER after contacting the head office in Norway the problem was quickly resolved and a refund paid. so 5 stars for the head office team 0 stars for the Indian call center customer service.

SCAM, STAY AWAY

I read the warning signs of other people and ignored them. I thought it wouldn't happen to me. Now, I got BURNED, too. This company is a SCAM, STAY AWAY. 1. I paid for luggage, but no paid luggage appeared in my itinerary. go explain it to the airline now... 2. I ordered a ticket for a kid, but he appears as an adult in the airline's itinerary. Supersaver is a SCAM and a FRAUD.

I would give a zero star to this scam company. They claim to refund your tickets in case of cancellation and do absolutely nothing. Fortunately we have managed to get a large amount from the airline, but Supersaver does absolutely nothing. They keep their commission for 0 service/product and block your account once they decide they had enough of you. Also they hide behind some vague conditions, while the airline (so called partner of this dubious company) claim due to unforseen conditions not obliged to compensate or assist you. Be aware that your cancellation insurance will probably not cover such cases. We have learnt the hard way: from now on not with Supersaver nor Etraveligroup, and paying with credit card, because those companies invent ways to get away with their responsibilities.These are third world countries practices, unbelievable that they still operate in such ways in Europe.

Stay a mile away from them!

Save your money and your mental peace!! After I booked a flight with them, I received an email with a receipt of the transaction but no ticket, when contacted customer care I was told it’s takes more than 8 hours to issue a ticket 😳 I was shocked and confused.. I kept asking for more info as my flight was in 2 days and I can’t keep waiting. When I asked them for a PNR number so I’m assured my booking is confirmed. I receive an email that my ticket has been cancelled for unforeseen reasons. 😳😳😠😠 speechless! My money is deducted and I’m not sure if I will get it back and I need to look for another flight last minute. This is absolutely shocking and unacceptable. How are they even allowed to operate!! They will get a legal notice from my lawyers soon.

Incompetent

Incompetent, cheap labor and no responsibilities. You will lose money on this travel agency and you have been warned. Stay away from them. Given vouchers will cost more than your original tickets. They will tell you it’s the airlines you need to contact to. They will cancel your flight if you make any changes and they have standard and irrelevant answers when you email them even if you write an essay to explaining your problems. Waste of time

These guys will give you headache.

As others mention these guys will make you issues with flight cancellations and refunds. Was forced to make a visa chargeback , no refund received after 4months and they simply don't care nor are prepared to help. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere for only a few more euros. Really not worth the hassle and problems you will have.

Booking a flight with supersaver will crash your bank account

We booked a flight with this organisation and this got cancelled. In their terms and conditions they say that they pay back 100% of the payed amount. However after a couple of weeks we still got 0% payed back because they where busy. So we turned to the airline who payed back most of the amount but not everything. Also after this supersaver is kind on the phone but says case closed

It's a 5 from me!

We booked through the website despite bad reviews thinking we surely wouldn't cancel the flight and therefore wouldn't have to have any contact with the company. But it happened one of us got sick and we had to cancel the flight and get a refund through the 7€ insurance that was provided by supersaver. We were positively suprised. Refund came through in 7 days for the both of us even though only one was sick and we aren't related. No questions were asked. Would book again!

I’ve paid 3 tickets and went wrong

Update: I’ve send Skyscanner the issue May 31th and today Etraveli (June 3th) send the payment back to my bankaccount. Thank you Martina for your excellent help and support!! Never again Etraveli/Supersaver for us. I’ve paid 3 tickets and went wrong. My bankaccount was charged for €453,99 by Etraveli but they told me that they didn’t received the payment. I’ve talk so far with 3 people (Ngyuen, Kieu and Sanhat) via the chat and no solution. Book not via Supersaver/etraveli, it’s a mess! Bank advice my to go to the police for fraud and theft.

Supersaver is not Safe for you!!

Supersaver is not Safe for your pocket!! I booked my flight and after 6 months it got cancelled. When I ask for refund they took almost 2 months and deduct extra for administrative cost. It's even hard to reach them. Useless company. They even do not deserve 1 star.

Scam/Fakesaver

Kan skriva kapitel på hur dåligt bolaget hanterar och lurar en som kund. Betalde 14k för 2 passagerare med förmåner som premium chatt och ombokningsbara biljetter. Vi har förlängt resan med en vecka och var tvungna att betala 4000 kr extra. Min vän hade en familje vän som gick bort och behöver återvända tidigare hem. När vi kontaktar kundtjänst ville dom ha ytterligare avgift på 1965 kr som man inte fick någon bekräftelse på. När man kontaktar dom säger dom att flygbolaget priser har höjts och vi behöver betala ännu en mellan skillnad på 1443,33 kr till. När vi betalt detta har dom ännu en gång avbrutit och höjt men helt plötsligt vet dom inte vad kostnaden är. Är på resa men har stress med detta flygbolag som tar fram priser från sina arslen. Har pratat med 8 agenter som är helt värdelöst med att hjälpa. Boka aldrig genom detta bolag FAKESAVER/SCAM

Priset steg efter bokning

Bokade Arlanda London ToR, och betalade via Trystly. Efter att via Trustly ha loggat in till min Bank och godkänt betalningen 1820:-, fick jag upp ett meddelande om att min resa nu hade stigit i pris till 6240:- !!?? 1820:- hade alltså dragits från mitt Nordeakonto, men resan blev inte bokad. En stund senare återfördes mina 1820:-. Har Nu provat att boka flera alternativ, och oftast höjs priset pga "hög efterfrågan" redan i sista steget innan betalning. Supersavertravel känns 100% osäkert

Flygbolaget inställde min resa och skulle få återbetalning. Men det har gått ca 4 månader och ingen återbetalning har skett. Varje gång jag kontaktar de så säger de att det kommer en återbetalning. Men hittills har inte fått något.

Jag bokade en resa våren 2024 men…

Jag bokade en resa våren 2024 men avbokade inom en timme då jag insåg ett de var ca 3000 kr dyrare än flygbolaget för samma resa. Enl flygbolagets bestämmelser kan man avboka om detta sker inom ett dygn och få pengarna tillbaka. Supersavertravel bekräftade avbokningen och uppgav att pengarna skulle återbetalas inom 1-2 veckor. Det har nu gått 1 månad utan att pengarna betalats. Jag ringde på det svenska numret där en automatisk röst meddelade att man inte tog emot förfrågningar om återbetalningar. Jag prövade då chatten som inte gick att kommunicera med, den kopplade då vidare till en person som bekräftade att det skulle ske en återbetalning. Den har fortfarande inte kommit.

Ett riktigt dåligt företag som luras. Erbjuder ibland billigast pris via sökmotorer för att det sedan inte ska funka att betala varken via Trustly eller bankkort. Ringer man kundtjänst säger de att det är märkligt och de ska kolla upp. Hänt fler ggr. De ljuger alltså. Köp inte via dem. Undvik dem!

Mkt dåligt usel sida ,lurar kunderna sällan man kan få kontakt per telefon samt chat är primitiv dåligt ofta robot som chattar med dig , var mkt försiktig att boka via superavertravel och ej betala via Klarna då får du aldrig pengarna tillbaka även om du har avbokat samma dag några minuter efter att en betalning utfört då superavertravel säger att det är flygbolagets policy att inte betala pengarna tillbaka nedan flygbolaget säger annat , superavertravel lurar dig med billiga alternativ men slutändan blir tre dubbelt dyrare

Instruktionerna för online-incheckning…

Instruktionerna för online-incheckning fungerade inte så vi blev hänvisade till incheckning på flygplatsen där vi fick betala extra för incheckning. I incheckning på flygplatsen säger dom att vi skulle ha checkat in på flygbolagets hemsida, inte på Mytrip som Supersavertravel instruerat om. Detts medförde att vår kostnad för flyget ökade med 35% och Supersavertravel tar inte ansvar för den felaktiga infon utan hänvisar till att de inte kan hjälpa att flygbolaget tar avgift för incheckning på plats

Helt opålitliga

Helt opålitliga, gick inte å boka med klarna men plötsligt fick man en faktura. Fick ingen bokningsbekräftelse från supersaver utan bara en faktura från klarna, kan inte skicka en bekräftelse som alla andra eller? Helt inkompetent ”företag”. Typiskt giriga människor. Värre än telefonscam från indien eller nigeria helt ärligt. Scam scam scam hahahahha hoppas ni går i konkurs.

Supersaver ger inte support

Köpte tur o retur av Super saver från Köpenhamn till Asien. Vår retur flyg gick via Shanghai men blev annullerad 2 dagar före avgång. Super Saver support kunde inte hjälpa oss med något. De ville ha betalt för att erbjuda ett alternativ, när jag accepterade villkoren att betala extra hade de ändå inga lösningar. Själva kunde vi se på nätet andra lösningar, men SuperSaver ville inte ta ansvar och boka dem åt oss på deras egen bekostnad. De rekommenderade oss ringa själva till det flygbolaget som biljetten var på med våra svenska mobiltelefoner. Eftersom Skype inte fungerade spenderade vi ca 70 USD i telefonkö för samtal mellan ett annat land i Asien och Kina. När det kinesiska flygbolaget svarade efter flera samtalsförsök hänvisade de tillbaka till SuperSaver. Super Saver dumpade oss helt enkelt och tog inget ansvar alls för de biljetter som de tjänade pengar på när de såldes till oss. Vi kunde till sist få hjälp genom KLM, som var mycket professionella i chatten. Men lösningen kom inte genom de telefonnummer eller de förslag som SuperSaver gav oss. Jag rekommenderar starkt att köpa biljetter direkt av europeiska flygbolag, hoppa över SuperSaver. , hoppa över kinesiska flygbolag.

Supersavertravel bokade av våra…

Jag kan ge er alla ett råd, boka aldrig med företag under svenska resegruppen AB, tex supersavertravel, dom försöker lura folk på flygbiljetter. Dom mailade oss att våra flygbiljetter är avbokade. Boka direkt med flygbolagen för då vet du det riktiga priset också. Värdelös support som skyller på flygbolagen bara om du ens lyckas få kontakt med dom. Så många som skriver detta också på nätet och i forum.

En mardrömsbokning

Hej! Min bokning med nämnda bolag har varit en mardröm. En resa som från början kostade ca 6 700 kronor kostar nu närmare 13 000 kr. Tillägg 900 kr för namnkorrigering som de sedan inte gör, bokar bagage för en kostnad av 3 000 kr, för att de sedan kontaktar mig för att boka själv. Varit i kontakt med företaget minst åtta gånger inom loppet av tio dagar och får olika information och svar på mina frågor. Bland annat ringde de mig mitt i natten och sa att jag skulle betala ytterligare 500 kr för bagaget, för att dagen efter ringa och säga att de betalar tillbaka 1 000 kr då de inte kunde boka bagaget! Har rest mycket i mitt liv, men aldrig varit med om något liknande.

Lätt att få kontakt med kundtjänst som snabbt vidarebefordrade ärendet till annan support som med personligt bemötande och engagemang löste mina problem. Kontakt skedde via mail och supporten har också personligen kontaktat mig på telefon. Feedback har givits på angiven tid via telefonsamtal Ypperlig service. Hade personlig kontakt med handläggare, Frida. Behövde boka av en resa med mycket kort varsel där jag fick veta att jag själv stod risken då avbokningstiden gått ut. Inget konstigt med det. Senare blev jag uppringd av frida som ville göra ett förtydligande och även rättelse då min bokning var lagd så långt i förväg så det var 4 timmarsregeln som gälde. Sjukt bra service där jag kände mig proffisgt bemött och där ni tog ansvar att allt skulle bli rätt

Detta är ett blufföretag

Detta är ett blufföretag! Bokade resa för hela familjen till Prag. Kvällen innan hemresa upptäckte en i sällskapet att det flyg vi var bokade på inte fanns. Ringde kundtjänst och blev runtskickad till olika personer med dålig engelska som inte kunde hjälpa oss alls. Det enda de undrade var om vi ville ha pengarna tillbaka från flygbolaget. Vi fick boka en hemresa själv för 6 personer a 19000 kr.

Ren och skär Scam

Ren och skär Scam. Oseriöst bolag som inte har någon seriös kundtjänst. Vi önskade att lägga till ett spädbarn - vilket enligt flygbolaget inte skall vara något problem. Vi fick till och med direktnummer för Supersavertravel att ringa till flygbolaget för att få hjälp. Problemen fortsatte då Supersavertravel önskade kopia på pass trots att det inte behövdes. Därtill menade man att det var upp till flygbolaget att bekräfta bokningen, vilket var en direkt lögn. Vi var i kontakt med flygbolaget x flera som dementerade uppgifterna och gång på gång gav Supersavertravel direknummer ifall de behövde hjälp. Vi hade kontakt x flera i chatten där vi bollades runt, därtill telefoniskt kontakt som inte renderade någonting. Till slut satte sig bolaget bara på tvären och vår resa till ställas in med åtskilliga tusenlappar som brunnit inne. Jag rekommenderar ingen, absolut ingen, att boka via detta företag. Håll er så långt borta som möjligt!

Shame Supersaver travel. You guys have taken the money and didn’t issue the tickets which leads to automatic cancellation of the booking. You are now asking me to contact the airline directly for refund or rebooking… WHY? Where is your responsibility? I contacted 12 times atleast and no agent gives the right information. I have a travel date for May 29th, either manage the situation or refund the money equivalent to the rebooking.

What are they for?!

I honestly don't understand what their purpose was other than to cost more money. They are difficult to get hold of, and could rarely answer my questions. I saw that they had support in my native language, good I thought! But no, for what I wanted help with, they connected me to English support, so I sat in a long queue unnecessarily. My one flight was rebooked, then I automatically got another one which meant a 30h layover. I went in and checked there were other plans with significantly shorter time. So in order to book one of them, I had to pay.

They literally stole my money after the Airline Cancelled my flight for no Reason... After claiming that I put worng last…

Max Mathias Hedlund driving SCAM company! After SuperSaver claimed that I put worng last name I was forced to buy a new ticket 1100 $USD and SuperSaver claimed that AirCanad will not refund. After contacting AirCanda, got the response: "there is solution buy a new ticket and we/AirCanada refund you" SuperSaver claimed that AirCanda will not refund. I forced them to get back to AirCnada and sort out. End of May, AirCanda has made payment to SuperSaver. Firstline support put escalation internally to get this resolved. and they still caliming I should wait it will come. AND I can assure the there a big suspicion that Supersave did intentionaly change the last name that claimin I put worng last name! AVOID THIS COMPANY if you dont want your trevell get destroyed!

If looking for extremely BAD service, look no further!

Do not expect any customer service, from Super Saver Travel. It will take you hours to get through, and when you do get through, it still takes a long time and the service is really poor. From my experience I would rather pay a company you can relay on and who you can contact for service. This company just want to suck you in and then they overcharge you. If possible to provide anything less than 1 star, this company should be first taker!

Stay away from hahn air and supersaver We booked from supersaver operated by hahn air technology tickets from st marteen to punta cana on 8.2.2024 The flight was first at 11 then rescheduled to 9 ,… but guess what , there was no flight to punta cana, air century hadn’t even had us in their sistem for any flight , so it was just a big scam, we had to book than a direct flight to miami, cancel the hotel in punta cana, and flight from punta cana to miami , lost 1200€ Also forget to get in touch with them or email them, no way They have some chat automated boot which will help u 0 they u wait for an agent to respont and u wont get an anwser never f… scamers

Supersaver refused to contact airline

This Travel Agency refused to contact airline for rebooking the cancelled flights. While calling the airline ourselves, they cannot rebook it due to the booking was done by the travel agaeny. After more than 10 calls, we managed to rebook it ourselves by directly calling to the airline company’s office in the US and cost a lot of time and money in the phone call. 😡😡😡 Never book from them again! 👎

Not a professional service

I booked a single ticket with two different flights (operated by two different airlines companies). The combination is made and recommended by Supersavertravel.se, not by my choice. All information is shown in one single ticket with one ticket number, but two PNRs. When I asked if I will be given all the boarding passes at once at the departure, and if my baggage will be checked through to the final destination, the staff have no idea of it. I just wonder how you can sell such a ticket without any knowledge of it!

Best to avoid

Best to avoid. Yes tickets might be cheaper, but just a few days before departure they will change your schedule (and say the airline changed the flights) and it was really hard not to have to pay for their fault.

Beware of this scam company!

Beware! Avoid this scam company!!!!!! They have a system for scaming and their customer service it non existing. Bot chat more or less just answering pay what we want. Their system enters wrong name. Serious companies give 24 hrs free change. Then they offer approx 40 usd to change. And then they charge another approx 30 usd for the change. No information at all about the next. 5 hrs waiting in phone, started as nr 14. They scam and try to get people just to pay by not answering mail or phone and a bot chat answering more or less "pay what we want you to pay". Unfortunately we were rookies, didn't check reviews before ordering many flights via this scam company. Don't do the same mistake, AVOID!

I am sensing some fraud on this website

I am sensing some fraud on this website. I bought a ticket with cancellation insurance, and then I had to cancel my flight. They sent me a voucher for "3228 SEK", but the voucher was actually for "1527 SEK". I reached out to them saying this and they told me "I had add-ons on the chosen flight and that's why it only deducts 1527 SEK". However, I even tried booking a more expensive flight without add-ons, and it still only deducted 1527 SEK. I reached out to them on their official support email (which was actually from their .co.uk website), but they didn't even bother replying to my last inquiries. Avoid this website at all costs!

If you have add on products included in the ticket will they not be included in the price that you get back on the voucher. This is informed in our travel terms and conditions that it is only the ticket price that you get back on the voucher. We booked a flight through Supersavertravel. Our tickets got cancelled by the airline. This was a year ago and we still havent received our. Only unhelpful excuses. This is an unreliable company that doesnt care about their customers. You will only get to speak with staff that has no power.

Worst. Ever. The (chat) support was horrible. I had to wait at least five minutes for every reply. A conversation that should have taken a few minutes took an hour. When I asked to change the date of the return trip the difference was more than the whole original trip. Actually more expensive than just booking a new trip. When I pointed out a return trip that was almost the same price as my original one, they suddenly had "technical difficulties". Twenty minutes later they pretended that the new trip did not exist. Edit: Better help the day after on the phone. But my total experience is still 🤢️

FDWNNZ Please do not book your journey with this airline, since they canceled my flight on July 1st and I have not received a refund despite the fact that the flight was canceled two months ago. When I question when I will receive my money back, they always respond with the same thing: "Miss, you must wait; we do not know when you will receive your money back!" Can't get refund

I've booked a ticket, then realised that I booked it wrong date, the system allowed me to cancel ticket and said that they will refund my money with some deduction in 5-7 business day.However whenever I call or reach out them via chat, the only thing they say is that they have high demand to refund and they will process my request sometime ! They do not help me at all. It was a mistake to use this company, I will not do it again and I do not recommend anyone..I think they just hope people forget their money.

DO NOT USE this company

DO NOT USE this company. One of our flights was cancelled by the airline. The airline refunded the money to Supersavertravel and they still have not refunded the money to us, despite e mails and phone calls. As a result of this experience we now book direct with the airline even though its extra money.

My order number is - I've contacted support team every day for the last 3 weeks, and they are telling me that the refund has been received by the airline and should be with me within a day. It is really a fraud company

It is really a fraud company. Its been 48 hours and have not got any confirmation on my new flight after rescheduling the original one. Agent promised to reach back to me but haven’t heard anything. I am very close to filling a complaint and take actions against them so that they can not befool others.

An appallingly unprofessional company

An appallingly unprofessional company - maybe even fraudulent. Failed to book seats on four long haul flights to Australia. Failed to provide refund - SEK5000 (after one year of trying). Failed to provide information on why they refuse to pay. Totally unhelpful customer service - they just tell me to ‘be patient’ - their ‘dedicated team’ is ‘working on it’. Total crap. How can companies like this be allowed to continue trading?

I booked tickets for my family of five from Copenhagen to Thailand. Price was 25000DKK and when receiving the confirmation email they had charged 30220DKK. More than 5000DKK more. The only reason I bought them on Supersaver was due to the price. Customer service let me know that prices change all the time and in no way offered to help fix. However, when checking the minute after I received the confirmation email, Supersaver still offered the tickets at 25000 DKK.

Scam Company

It was the worst booking experience ever. They stole my money, which is equivalent to 1600 $ openly and rudely. They can answer the customer service phone, but you will not be able to understand what they are saying because of their speed of speaking, and you will never be able to recover what was stolen. Worst customer support ever

At this moment I have spent 15h+ trying to reach them (and talking to them) regarding money back for 2 tickets to South Africa. Our airline (EA) has given us thumbs up for refund, but we can't get supersavertravel to make the refund happen. They're just playing slow, telling us to send the same information over and over again... I'll N E V E R use their so called "services" again.

I have booked a flight with a Turkish airlines through Supersaver. Then due to unforeseen circumstances I canceled it within the first 24 hours. I have received an email that the refund will be processed and paid within 1-2 weeks.It has been a month and no refund made yet. Scam ,they still owed me 15000 Sek. At your own risk...

Had to cancel due to covid 2020 restrictions. Was incredibly difficult to get in contact with them. After almost 1/2 an hour held online (i guess yo many cases like mine) i got to contact someone from a call center at India who was very respectful and patience but who barely gave me any information and just kept repeating their "learned lines" of what to say to customers. It was uncertain i was going to get my refund despite paying 90€ extra on insurance for this purpose! 3 months later i got my refund although Insurance and "administration costs" were deducted. Works well if no issues but otherwise it's a hassle to get money back!

Just an advice

Just a word of advice: don't even think about paying the fee for the rebooking option. It's completely useless. I tried to rebook my flight for a month and I always got an offer that doubled the original cost at the very least; even checking possible future flights (7 months after the original flight) through the SuperSaver website. The final cost of the rebooking makes no sense.

Terrible service

This is regarding refund of the booked travel in April 2020 - ref. LIS7VA. I have regularly checked the status on the link provided by Supersaver which shows the status unchanged for the last 4 months as” waiting for response from Swissair “. I have corresponded with Swissair and they have informed me that they have cleared all claims. The service given by Supersavers has been awfully unsatisfying while that by Swissair has been highly commendable. Please wake up Supersaver and show some action!

Doggy company with rubbish Customer Service. My flight schedule has been changed and 3 months later I didn't get any information about that. I made a double check with my ticket when I realized the changing.I had to buy new ticket for 3 times higher price. The customer service said: we sent email to you. It's a big lie I think. This is by far the worst Company i have…

This is by far the worst Company i have ever experienced. Bought a trip a month ago, 10 days ago i Got an e-mail saying one Of the flights had been canceled. Since then I have been on the phone with super saver travel everyday for more than a week, been offered several alternative flights, and got no confirmation, even though they promised to reach back to me. Now 2 days before my trip I still haven’t received anything, and they can’t provide me any flights on the days I’m available. It ended up with a request for a refund. I’ll now be taking legal action against this fraudulent company, and hopefully reaching out to enough people, so no one in the future buys from this joke of a company

CORRUPT COMPANY

CORRUPT COMPANY! Take legal action against them or they will never learn! They must refund if flights are canceled. Customers have a contract with them. They would not help me to call Lufthansa. I have written documentation from Lufthansa that it is SuperSaverTravel's legal obligation to refund. I have beenin contact with a consumer protection agency in Sweden that verifies this. Do not believe them when they send you back to the airline. They are lying! We all need to take action against them or we will lose our money!

Avoid if you can

Firstly, I had to pay twice for the checkin luggage because they didn’t book it properly and I never got a refund. Secondly, it’s the worst costumer experience ever - very long waiting queues, personnel who barely spoke english and no action for the refund. Keep away!!

They are a NIGHTMARE!

They are a NIGHTMARE! I spent over $1200 on a flexible flight, and when it was time to rebook it, they couldn't do it. Worst yet, you can only try two different days per call (and the wait is over an hour long for each call so you do the math). Usually, when a travel agency can't rebook it, they need to contact the airline helpdesk and the issue is resolved in 2 min. However, these people at Supersavertravel make everything SO UNNECESSARILY COMPLICATED, and I actually think I am going to lose this flight. Horrible service! Horrible, do not recommend to my worst enemy, let alone my friends.

I bought direct flights ticket n they changed to long transit flight

I booked ticket for 26 june 2021 for Alanya to oslo direct flight w turkish airlines plus insurance flexible ticket..then turkish cancelled ...So they change my flight from direct to long transit flight..so i didnt accepted..n asked refund money..they gave refund already but they cut my money.. its not much money but i dont like wht they did.. so whats point of insurance i bought ??? Discount voucher did not work

I had a voucher worth 90% of a previous ticket that I had cancelled, and once I wanted to book another flight and use the voucher, the voucher did not work. I had to call them twice (not easy to reach) and turned out the voucher only works when you search flights directly from Supersaver (not through Momondo or Skyscanner etc). By the time I got the voucher to work, ticket prices were already 100€ higher. Overall, I find their way of conducting business shady and extremely annoying, would not recommend doing anything with Supersaver anymore.

Unbelievable fraudsters

Supersaver didn’t let us know about the flight changes!

Hello every who reads this text ! Supersaver is one the worst travel agency what I have ever experienced traveling with. On 10 July 2024 had 7 return tickets from München airport to Doha in Qatar and from there to Tehran. One month before our trip I had asked this supersaver to bring some name corrections in our passport and they accepted to do that free of charges. Although I have contacted them repeatedly to do so, every time they promised that some body from this airline would contact me to make sure that name correction is done on time and we can fly without being worried at the airport. But no body contacted us , so disappointing! The Last two weeks I contacted them twice every day and they kept only promising , but there was any practical solution. As Last week before taking flight they surprisingly asked for €80 to do the name corrections. To make short I paid the money and supersaver promised me that till tomorrow the problem is solved and we can go to the airport conveniently. Afterwards There was no any confirmation of the name correction yet. As the last action and out of frustration I called the qatar airline explained the problem and to make sure if I could take my flight . Qatar airline just at the same time brought the name correction and told me why I had paid €80 to supersaver where I booked my tickets?!!! Finally I could flight from München airport to my destination comfortably and enjoyed the rest of my summer vacation. On 06-August -2024 at 22:45 pm we had to return back on the same route, From Tehran to Doha and from there to München. We all went 3 hours before the flight to Tehran airport with children and all belongings . But surprisingly there no any sigh of Qatar airway and nor information about it. I started searching the flight and asking for information showing our tickets to all information desks. They told us that there wil be no Qatar airline flights at 22:45 pm registered on the same day . I went to Qatar airline office but it was closed unfortunately. Via telephone call qatar airways told us that they had informed the supersaver three days ago about the new flight schedule. Finally The airport information desks asked us to leave the airport and contact to supersaver to ask the reason. We booked a hotel with the hope that tomorrow will ask the supersaver why didn’t let us know about the flight schedule and changes . Tomorrow We explained everything to supersaver and asked them why they didn’t let us know about the changes and that we were left behind ??!!! They had no any answers accept to promise us again to check everything with the higher office and let us know . We stayed one week in the same hotel and every day talking to supersaver to refund or to issue new tickets so that we could return back. Every day they were apologizing and promising to solve the problems and rebook tickets to help us return back to home. After one we got really disappointed and frustrated and knew it for sure that supersaver was playing a dirty game with us and deceiving us. I booked 7 tickets with Pegasus ( Turkish airline for 12 August 2024 we finally could afford to come back to Istanbul and then Stuttgart in Germany. I had to pay € 1500 tickets for 7 people and €450 for our suitcases apart to be brought with cargo. And finally paid €445 extra at the Amsterdam airport after a week to receive our suitcases. I had the worst experience with this supersaver especially that they lie and deceive the customers and feel no responsibility and has no commitment against the customers. After all I contacted them repeatedly to refund explaining all the problems . They still promise to sue the case and let us know and still nothing. We all 7 people never recommend this travel agency to any body who wants book ticket with this agency . They have no commitments nor responsibility and even no humanitarian feelings about the customers . I hope my bad experience with supersaver helps the rest to make a better choice and make think twice before booking tickets and a lesson for every customer and travelers. NEVER PERCHASE TICKETS WITH SUPERSAVER) . You wil regret some where . Supersaver is money deceiver ! I’m planning to ask compensation via a lawyer … I hope everyone who is victimized takes action together against this scammer!

Better than expected! Highly recommend.

I was really concerned after reading all the negatives reviews about Supersaver, I even thought our tickets do not even exist.. But I must say Supersaver worked perfectly fine for us. First, we've got a better deal than booking through the airline website, second we had to cancel the second leg of our trip, and Supersaver refunded us less than 24hours after the initial flight date. No need to call them we just used their chat-box on their website. Working really good 5/5!

Flight was cancelled and I wanted my…

Flight was cancelled and I wanted my ticket to be reimbursed. This was over 6 months ago. I have not received any money back from SuperSaver, even though Supersaver sets the expectation of 2 weeks. Support department only gives some empathy and apparently they have a large number of refunds to deal with. 6 months is still very excessive. From outside it looks like this company is in some serious financial trouble, or at the very least does not have the employees to be able to deal with the workload. Would not book ever again via SuperSaver as your ticket refund cannot be guaranteed.

I have deleted my first damning review of Supersaver as the customer service was appalling and they basically ignored me for 3 days in which time we had to book a new ticket. HOWEVER after contacting the head office in Norway the problem was quickly resolved and a refund paid. so 5 stars for the head office team 0 stars for the Indian call center customer service.

I read the warning signs of other people and ignored them. I thought it wouldn't happen to me. Now, I got BURNED, too. This company is a SCAM, STAY AWAY. 1. I paid for luggage, but no paid luggage appeared in my itinerary. go explain it to the airline now... 2. I ordered a ticket for a kid, but he appears as an adult in the airline's itinerary. Supersaver is a SCAM and a FRAUD.

I would give a zero star to this scam company. They claim to refund your tickets in case of cancellation and do absolutely nothing. Fortunately we have managed to get a large amount from the airline, but Supersaver does absolutely nothing. They keep their commission for 0 service/product and block your account once they decide they had enough of you. Also they hide behind some vague conditions, while the airline (so called partner of this dubious company) claim due to unforseen conditions not obliged to compensate or assist you. Be aware that your cancellation insurance will probably not cover such cases. We have learnt the hard way: from now on not with Supersaver nor Etraveligroup, and paying with credit card, because those companies invent ways to get away with their responsibilities.These are third world countries practices, unbelievable that they still operate in such ways in Europe.

Stay a mile away from them!

Save your money and your mental peace!! After I booked a flight with them, I received an email with a receipt of the transaction but no ticket, when contacted customer care I was told it’s takes more than 8 hours to issue a ticket 😳 I was shocked and confused.. I kept asking for more info as my flight was in 2 days and I can’t keep waiting. When I asked them for a PNR number so I’m assured my booking is confirmed. I receive an email that my ticket has been cancelled for unforeseen reasons. 😳😳😠😠 speechless! My money is deducted and I’m not sure if I will get it back and I need to look for another flight last minute. This is absolutely shocking and unacceptable. How are they even allowed to operate!! They will get a legal notice from my lawyers soon.

Incompetent, cheap labor and no responsibilities. You will lose money on this travel agency and you have been warned. Stay away from them. Given vouchers will cost more than your original tickets. They will tell you it’s the airlines you need to contact to. These guys will give you headache.

As others mention these guys will make you issues with flight cancellations and refunds. Was forced to make a visa chargeback , no refund received after 4months and they simply don't care nor are prepared to help. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere for only a few more euros. Booking a flight with supersaver will crash your bank account

We booked a flight with this organisation and this got cancelled. In their terms and conditions they say that they pay back 100% of the payed amount. It's a 5 from me!

We booked through the website despite bad reviews thinking we surely wouldn't cancel the flight and therefore wouldn't have to have any contact with the company. But it happened one of us got sick and we had to cancel the flight and get a refund through the 7€ insurance that was provided by supersaver. We were positively suprised. Refund came through in 7 days for the both of us even though only one was sick and we aren't related. No questions were asked. Would book again!

I’ve paid 3 tickets and went wrong

Update: I’ve send Skyscanner the issue May 31th and today Etraveli (June 3th) send the payment back to my bankaccount. Thank you Martina for your excellent help and support!! Never again Etraveli/Supersaver for us. I’ve paid 3 tickets and went wrong. My bankaccount was charged for €453,99 by Etraveli but they told me that they didn’t received the payment. I’ve talk so far with 3 people (Ngyuen, Kieu and Sanhat) via the chat and no solution. Book not via Supersaver/etraveli, it’s a mess! Bank advice my to go to the police for fraud and theft.

What are they for?!

I honestly don't understand what their purpose was other than to cost more money. They are difficult to get hold of, and could rarely answer my questions. I saw that they had support in my native language, good I thought! But no, for what I wanted help with, they connected me to English support, so I sat in a long queue unnecessarily. My one flight was rebooked, then I automatically got another one which meant a 30h layover. I went in and checked there were other plans with significantly shorter time. So in order to book one of them, I had to pay.

Max Mathias Hedlund driving SCAM company! After SuperSaver claimed that I put worng last name I was forced to buy a new ticket 1100 $USD and SuperSaver claimed that AirCanad will not refund. After contacting AirCanda, got the response: "there is solution buy a new ticket and we/AirCanada refund you" SuperSaver claimed that AirCanda will not refund. I forced them to get back to AirCnada and sort out. End of May, AirCanda has made payment to SuperSaver. Firstline support put escalation internally to get this resolved. and they still caliming I should wait it will come. AND I can assure the there a big suspicion that Supersave did intentionaly change the last name that claimin I put worng last name! AVOID THIS COMPANY if you dont want your trevell get destroyed!

If looking for extremely BAD service, look no further!

Do not expect any customer service, from Super Saver Travel. It will take you hours to get through, and when you do get through, it still takes a long time and the service is really poor. From my experience I would rather pay a company you can relay on and who you can contact for service. This company just want to suck you in and then they overcharge you. If possible to provide anything less than 1 star, this company should be first taker!

Stay away from hahn air and supersaver We booked from supersaver operated by hahn air technology tickets from st marteen to punta cana on 8.2.2024 The flight was first at 11 then rescheduled to 9 ,… but guess what , there was no flight to punta cana, air century hadn’t even had us in their sistem for any flight , so it was just a big scam, we had to book than a direct flight to miami, cancel the hotel in punta cana, and flight from punta cana to miami , lost 1200€ Also forget to get in touch with them or email them, no way They have some chat automated boot which will help u 0 they u wait for an agent to respont and u wont get an anwser never f… scamers

Supersaver refused to contact airline

This Travel Agency refused to contact airline for rebooking the cancelled flights. While calling the airline ourselves, they cannot rebook it due to the booking was done by the travel agaeny. After more than 10 calls, we managed to rebook it ourselves by directly calling to the airline company’s office in the US and cost a lot of time and money in the phone call. 😡😡😡 Never book from them again! 👎

Not a professional service

I booked a single ticket with two different flights (operated by two different airlines companies). The combination is made and recommended by Supersavertravel.se, not by my choice. All information is shown in one single ticket with one ticket number, but two PNRs. When I asked if I will be given all the boarding passes at once at the departure, and if my baggage will be checked through to the final destination, the staff have no idea of it. I just wonder how you can sell such a ticket without any knowledge of it!

Best to avoid. Yes tickets might be cheaper, but just a few days before departure they will change your schedule (and say the airline changed the flights) and it was really hard not to have to pay for their fault.

Beware of this scam company!

Beware! Avoid this scam company!!!!!! They have a system for scaming and their customer service it non existing. Bot chat more or less just answering pay what we want. Their system enters wrong name. Serious companies give 24 hrs free change. Then they offer approx 40 usd to change. And then they charge another approx 30 usd for the change. No information at all about the next. 5 hrs waiting in phone, started as nr 14. They scam and try to get people just to pay by not answering mail or phone and a bot chat answering more or less "pay what we want you to pay". Unfortunately we were rookies, didn't check reviews before ordering many flights via this scam company. Don't do the same mistake, AVOID!

I am sensing some fraud on this website

I am sensing some fraud on this website. I bought a ticket with cancellation insurance, and then I had to cancel my flight. They sent me a voucher for "3228 SEK", but the voucher was actually for "1527 SEK". I reached out to them saying this and they told me "I had add-ons on the chosen flight and that's why it only deducts 1527 SEK". However, I even tried booking a more expensive flight without add-ons, and it still only deducted 1527 SEK. I reached out to them on their official support email (which was actually from their .co.uk website), but they didn't even bother replying to my last inquiries. Avoid this website at all costs!

If you have add on products included in the ticket will they not be included in the price that you get back on the voucher. This is informed in our travel terms and conditions that it is only the ticket price that you get back on the voucher. We booked a flight through Supersavertravel. Our tickets got cancelled by the airline. This was a year ago and we still havent received our. Only unhelpful excuses. This is an unreliable company that doesnt care about their customers. You will only get to speak with staff that has no power.

Worst. Ever. The (chat) support was horrible. I had to wait at least five minutes for every reply. A conversation that should have taken a few minutes took an hour. When I asked to change the date of the return trip the difference was more than the whole original trip. Actually more expensive than just booking a new trip. When I pointed out a return trip that was almost the same price as my original one, they suddenly had "technical difficulties". Twenty minutes later they pretended that the new trip did not exist. Edit: Better help the day after on the phone. But my total experience is still 🤢️

FDWNNZ Please do not book your journey with this airline, since they canceled my flight on July 1st and I have not received a refund despite the fact that the flight was canceled two months ago. Can't get refund

I've booked a ticket, then realised that I booked it wrong date, the system allowed me to cancel ticket and said that they will refund my money with some deduction in 5-7 business day.However whenever I call or reach out them via chat, the only thing they say is that they have high demand to refund and they will process my request sometime ! They do not help me at all. It was a mistake to use this company, I will not do it again and I do not recommend anyone..I think they just hope people forget their money.

DO NOT USE this company. One of our flights was cancelled by the airline. The airline refunded the money to Supersavertravel and they still have not refunded the money to us, despite e mails and phone calls. As a result of this experience we now book direct with the airline even though its extra money.

My order number is - I've contacted support team every day for the last 3 weeks, and they are telling me that the refund has been received by the airline and should be with me within a day. It is really a fraud company

It is really a fraud company. Its been 48 hours and have not got any confirmation on my new flight after rescheduling the original one. Agent promised to reach back to me but haven’t heard anything. I am very close to filling a complaint and take actions against them so that they can not befool others.
