What is the time limit for returning an item to Journeys?

Journeys has a 45-day return policy for most items and a 60-day refund policy for gift card purchases. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if 45 or 60 days have gone since your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item should be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It also has to be in its original packaging. Gift cards cannot be returned.

Because it is a huge chain shop, it has a more permissive policy on returns without a receipt. As long as you have a valid ID, you can return any item within 60 days of purchase. The refund will be sent in the form of a store credit.
