PROS: Super easy to use, and provides all details you need through reports. Its customizability is outstanding as well.

CONS: The software requires you to create a custom report if the template isn’t available. Reports take a long time to arrive after requesting too. Moreover, you need to do some changes to the summary listing reports after tweaking some lease.

PROS: This is certainly the best property management tool I’ve discovered. It has convenient access as well as fast-updating features that complement well with my tasks.

CONS: There are days when the software becomes sluggish, noticed it about every month. We try to catch up with many tasks regularly that's how we happened to notice delays. However, I’m hoping for some fixes on future updates of the platform.
