A simple app for tracking who visited a location & for capturing answers to a simple, custom survey..

This project grew out of the March announcement by Claris, makers of FileMaker, that it would sponsor the cost of hosting and licensing if developers volunteered their time to create applications to support frontline healthcare and disaster response organizations. This initiative has now grown, serving a wider range of companies with new needs in the age of COVID. Visitor Tracker was one way in which Skeleton Key participated. Visitor tracker makes the process of checking in visitors quicker and easier while also keeping visitor logs and visitor data stored in a secure way. Here’s the idea: Someone comes into a place of business (or school, recreation center, public event… you name it). They might have an appointment or they might be a walk-in. Either way, you can record the visit, including the visitor’s temperature and answers to your COVID safety-related questions. Visit Tracker’s interface is flexible enough for use nearly anywhere, and the app can be run standalone on an iOS device, PC or a Mac, or it can be hosted and accessed via a web browser (and by multiple users simultaneously) and from any device (e.g., an Android smartphone). Its simple, intuitive interface allows a user to customize the questions as needed and decide the order in which they are asked. Once the visit has been recorded, it is securely stored until you need it. So, for example, if a customer or staff member tests positive for COVID and you’re required to help with contact tracing, you can easily bring up a list of everyone who was at your location at or around the same date and time. We hope that businesses and other organizations will find this app an excellent alternative to using a clipboard, paper, and pen to record their visitors’ information. And once COVID is behind us, we’re confident that this app will continue to be useful anytime you need to capture attendance and a simple attendee survey for any reason. Visit Tracker for Home Health Nurses: Systematically Record Details for All Daily Visits Paperback – August 30, 2018

Unlike many specialties in the nursing profession, the home care nurse’s work setting changes daily as they travel from location to location, home to home, visiting each assigned patient. Working alone most of the time, the home health nurse must be organized and autonomous. To further complicate things, many work for multiple agencies at the same time, and each agency has its own unique protocols for recording after-visit reports into their computer system at the end of the day.

This handy Visit Tracker for Home Health Nurses is a one-of-a-kind system for gathering visit details into one bound location. Logically set up, it prompts the nurse to record all of the pertinent details about each visit as the day progresses, thus streamlining the process of inputting patient detail into each agency’s computer program at the end of the day. Where appropriate, check boxes are provided to quickly indicate standard assessment elements, but blank write-in fields are also included for those areas where an entry is required. Each record includes a narrative section at the very end for capturing pertinent information not recorded elsewhere. A Patient Visit Log located at the front of the book where the Table of Contents typically is found can be updated daily for quick reference and includes: Patient Name, Visit Date, Agency Name, and Page Number. The journal will accommodate up to 60 visits and includes a sample completed assessment at the back of the book.

· Gathers agency, patient, physician, medication, and medical history prior to any actual assessment or treatment.

· Prompts the nurse through standard assessment items while also allowing for entry of additional non-standard notations.

· Logical arrangement makes it quick and easy to extract all of the detail necessary for completing each patient file at the end of the day.

· Chronological arrangement makes it easy to locate a specific record.

· Patient Visit Log at the front of the book further enhances organization by letting the nurse set up their own Table of Contents.

· Each patient record consists of a two-page spread, each page 8-1/2” x 11”.

· Each book will accommodate up to 60 patient visits.

VisitTracker has numerous data reports and exports available directly within VisitTracker Reports that can satisfy almost every data export you need.  If you find these are insufficient for your data export needs, we can provide a full database dump in SQL format for $1,200/VisitTracker Account.
