Great service , attention to detail , true travel consultancy and advice . Highly recommend . They go above and beyond to find trip packages within your budget and timing requirements. Would use them again for sure for any travel needs .

One of the worst agencies I have ever dealt with. Save yourself the struggle and go thru website, u will find way better deal. After paying him, he does not care about you. He said he would help me book my return n just disappeared, so unprofessional.

I recently had booked my tour to Europe with Horizon travels. Ravi Kathpalia not only helped me with booking my flights, tours in Europe, hotels, and the Euro train tickets but also, he was constantly in touch with us through Whatsapp to make sure that everything was going well throughout our entire trip. I had such an awesome experience with them. I would highly recommend Horizon travels and particularly Ravi as your travel agent.

Horrible service . If asked for quote they will take all the details and tell that they will call us back. But they never respond. Even if it is a trip booked through them, they do not provide any help in rescheduling or canceling. Pathetic
