Everything was very good including staff and hotel environment

I stayed here with 14 family members in July 2023. We came from UK for a holiday. We were really impressed with the service we received and the professionalism of the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to take care of our every need. On our first day we were greeted and shown around by the manager Imran Haider. He told us from the very first day if there's any issues to let him know and he gave me his personal number. True to his word whenever we needed something he was always at hand to make sure our stay was comfortable and without issues. I really can't praise the staff enough and we're all very grateful for everything they did for us. May Allah reward brother Imran and his amazing team. We'll definitely be coming back to stay again InshaAllah.
