For a nighttime arrival, the property is located on a dimly lit and dirty street with no visible signage.

Nous savons à quel point il est important que nos clients se sentent en sécurité et à l'aise et nous regrettons que cela n'ait pas été le cas pour vous. Nous nous efforçons de créer une atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante dans notre hôtel et nous sommes désolés de ne pas avoir pu répondre à vos attentes. Nous sommes désolés que votre arrivée ne se soit pas déroulée comme vous l'aviez souhaité. La rue où nous nous situons est éclairée jusqu'à une certaine heure de la nuit, mais si vous êtes passés le long des parkings, nous ne bénéficions pas en effet de la lumière derrière notre bâtiment pour le moment. C'est un point intéressant que vous avez soulevé et nous ferons en sorte de le faire remonter. N'hésitez pas à faire valoir votre statut à votre arrivée. Nice room with enough space. Bed was good and not too soft. Breakfast had everything we needed and enough food.
