Overlanding Africa with the Holland Africa Tour
Overlander marco mok from holland africa tour.
Marco has been overlanding and exploring with the Holland Africa Tour since 2004 starting with a trip from Sudan to Ethiopia. Shortly after he followed up with an overlanding trip from Cameroon to Chad, followed by several trip in Morocco. The Holland Africa Tour (HAT) uses three M.A.N. trucks (German truck brand); a 8x8 for storage of relief goods and supplies. A 6x6 with two cabins for up to seven passengers, also used for the tours kitchen and crew member belongings. Their newest addition, a 4x4 used for spare parts and supporting equipment.
Most impressive to us is the Holland Africa Tours humanitarian efforts. From donations of cars, a piano, to ropes, shoes and soccer balls. They are always bringing smiles to the most remote villages in Africa, based completely on their experience and relationships built over many years. Knowing what people need and what will make life for them a little better. You will want to look into what they are doing and consider a tour with them to see first hand, parts of the world you’ve only imagined from documentaries on National Geographic. Do not expect catered meals and room service, expect to become part of a team changing lives, yours is sure to be forever impacted! The Gratitude from those you help, to the Humbling feeling of just how appreciative and kind people are for your Tenacity to get off the couch and doing something good for them, asking nothing in return.

Onze mensen in Afrika
En hoe ze werken.
Onze Holland-Afrika lijn is een sterke verbinding. We werken

Welcome to Africa
African landscapes parading with the circle of life promise magical moments unlike any you have imagined before. You'll find them...
Mountain gorillas in rwanda, a once-in-a-lifetime encounter with endangered mountain gorillas... on safari in rwanda with tauck.
On two safaris in wildlife-rich game reserves in Tanzania and Kenya, you'll spend the last three nights of your journey in Rwanda – home to the last remaining mountain gorillas on Earth. After gaining insights on gorilla behavior at private lectures and a visit to the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund Museum, you'll be ready to begin your gorilla trek. Imagine hiking into the wilderness with a private porter and an expert guide for a once-in-a-lifetime encounter with mountain gorillas in the wild… watching them interact with each other – and, if they so choose, perhaps with you!
Africa's "Big Five"
Meet the "big five".
Lions (Panthera leo) are often seen in Masai Mara National Reserve (Kenya), Serengeti & Tarangire national parks, and Ngorongoro Conservation Area (Tanzania). Buffalo (Syncerus caffer) can weigh as much as 1,500 lbs. – big and dangerous enough to keep most predators at bay. Buffalo roam the Sabi Sands Game Reserve (South Africa) and Serengeti National Park (Tanzania). black rhinoceros (Diceros bicornis) may be spotted in Ngorongoro Crater and the Masai Mara. leopards (Panthera pardus) are prevalent in most parks and reserves in east and southern Africa; you'll often need to look up to spot one... since they spend much of their time in trees. African Elephant (Loxodonta africana), the world's largest land mammal, is a fixture throughout the Masai Mara, as well as Amboseli and Serengeti national parks. Although they are not among the "Big Five," a gorilla trek in Rwanda is one of life's memorable experiences.
Namibia: Epic Safari
Starlit skies, desert dunes, game reserves and wildlife safaris.
Embark on an epic 11-day journey to Namibia, home to desert landscapes alive with oryx, bat-eared foxes, zebras, lizards and more. Explore the red-tinted dunes of Sossusvlei. Star gaze in one of the naturally darkest places on earth. Enjoy a hands-on personal encounter with baby baboons. A truly unforgettable adventure in every way.

So, we created a helpful guide highlighting the important details and differences between our safari options to make your decision as easy as possible.

Dinner in the desert, Berber-style
Travel by 4x4 vehicle to a berber-style dinner in a desert camp.
In the desert outside Marrakech, ancient Berber villages preserve time-honored folkways and rituals – like the traditional Moroccan tea ceremony – that have survived for centuries. Ride aboard a 4x4 vehicle to one of these villages for tea with the village chief and a crash-course in Berber culture. Then it's on to our desert camp, where dinner is served Berber-style under a tent with musical entertainment. Experience local customs like riding a camel... smoking shisha (using a hubbly-bubbly pipe, or hookah, to smoke flavored tobacco)... or having your hands or feet decorated with traditional henna designs!
Historic Safari Lodges... Legendary Hotels...
Accommodations as important as the experience....
We've carefully selected your accommodations – Africa's finest safari lodges, private game reserves, tented safari camps, classic hotels and premier resorts... many are sought-after destinations in themselves, authentically capturing the essence of their surroundings. From classic safari lodges to luxury tented safari camps... "old world" grand hotels to premier resorts... you'll experience the best of Africa, sunrise to sunset.
Cultural connections
Get to know the maasai in tanzania and kenya.
Discovering cultural legacies leads to life-changing discoveries. Visit tribal villages on the slopes of mighty Kilimanjaro, in the African bush and on plains that move with an endless procession of migrating beasts and nomadic tribes. Meet Maasai warriors, artisans and school children eager to share their customs and homeland with you in moments so heartwarming you'll return home transformed. The pulse of South Africa is, of course, in its people... in the streets and squares of Jo'burg and Cape Town where a multitude of cultures (Zulu, Xhosa, Afrikaans, European, Malaysian and Indian, to name a few) collide and mix in dazzling displays of art, music, dance and cuisine... and in the bushveld, where you'll encounter tribal traditions that sustain a proud and irrepressible people... always ready to share their customs, language, dances and songs with a warm welcome.

What travelers are saying about our Africa tours
Travel tips for africa trips.
The best time for a trip to Africa depends on what you want to see during your vacation. The temperature is warm year-round, but the seasons affect both weather patterns and animal migrations across the continent. Because Africa is in the Southern Hemisphere, seasons are opposite those of North America—that means that during the summer months in North America, it’s winter in Africa.
Our Africa tour packages are designed to take you to the best sites at the ideal time of year. In general, you will want to visit Africa during the dry season, which differs from region to region. July through October is the best time for a safari in Tanzania or Kenya, with cooler temps and animal migrations happening across the Serengeti and Masai Mara. African tours that take you to Botswana, Zimbabwe, and Cape Town are best from April to October, when the weather is cooler and more comfortable for safari game drives or city sightseeing. In the deserts of Morocco and Egypt, the climate is very hot and dry; plan to visit Northern Africa in spring or fall when the weather is most pleasant.
A trip to Africa can mean anything from a wildlife safari to sipping a crisp white wine at a vineyard. When you travel with us, you’ll experience all the best places to visit in Africa alongside an expert Tour Director and local guides—which means you can get the most out of your trip, no matter where you go.
On Safari Tours you’ll experience game drives in wildlife-rich destinations like the Serengeti and Hwange National Park. Snap photos of the Big Five from your safari vehicle, and experience untouched Africa in handpicked hotels that put you at the heart of the action.
If you’re looking for a mix of city and wildlife, one of our Africa guided tours to Cape Town is the perfect fit. Want to visit excellent vineyards and Africa’s best coastal cities? The beaches and vineyards around Cape Town, Knysna, and Port Elizabeth definitely fit the bill.
For Africa tours and travel filled with culture and history, you’ll want to see the Highlights of Morocco or Ancient Egypt . You can explore the Sahara on camelback and browse colorful souks or stand beside the Great Pyramids of Giza and see the Great Sphinx. We make it easy to get closer to local culture and see the important landmarks because our carefully planned itineraries are crafted with these moments in mind.
There is no one dish that defines African cuisine. In Morocco, influences from Mediterranean, Arab, and Andalusian cultures can be found in the range of spices that flavor every meal. Traditional dishes include tagine —a stew made with beef, chicken, or lamb and vegetables—and couscous. Egyptian cuisine is also heavily influenced by Mediterranean flavors, and the Nile Valley produces an abundance of legumes and vegetables. Try shawarma and kebab , two meat dishes that are popular throughout Northern Africa and the Middle East.
In Kenya and Tanzania, cuisine is very tied to what is locally available—depending on where you are, you’ll find very different dishes! On our African tours, meals in your game lodges reflect Britain’s colonial influence. Curries and spicy foods are also popular, thanks to Indian and South Asian immigrants who call the region home.
South African food is called “rainbow cuisine” because of its multicultural influences. South Africa is also a very popular wine region, and produces some of the world’s best white wines.
Our escorted tours to Africa visit many different regions, which means a diverse range of cuisines to try!
On any tours around Africa, expect hot, sunny weather during the day and the chance for cooler temps at night. You’ll want loose-fitting, layered clothing for a range of temperatures, as well as sun protection, including a broad-brimmed hat and sunglasses. If you are traveling in Morocco and Egypt, remember to pack modest clothing that can keep you covered during visits to mosques or other religious sites. You may also want to pack lightweight rainwear, as occasional rain showers are common during certain seasons.
If you are packing for a safari, it’s recommended you wear muted colors to avoid scaring away animals. Safari luggage restrictions are strongly enforced to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort aboard safari vehicles. You will need to bring a soft, flexible duffel bag as hard suitcases are not allowed.
Of course, once you’ve reserved your trip to Africa, we’ll send you detailed information about getting ready for your travels—including more packing tips!

Karibu! - "Welcome" to the world of Africa travel
In 1979 we headed out overlanding Africa crossing the Sahara Desert in a London taxi travelling from Britain to Kenya. Absolute Africa, the budget overland company, grew from there with the aim to allow you to discover Africa.
Our choice of vehicle has changed from the original taxi and on our overlanding Africa trips we now travel the continent in big yellow overland trucks. At the same time we have retained the core idea of enabling overlanding passengers to experience the best price African trips.
Travel Feature
Reaching Uhuru Peak, the summit of Kilimanjaro, is attainable by most people of normal fitness levels, however in order to ensure that the climb is an enjoyable event rather than a tortuous slog some physical preparation is required. It is never too early to begin training for the climb, however to give yourself the best opportunity to build up stamina, strength and fitness your training should commence no later than 2 months before your climb.

Holland America Line Africa Cruises
For an adventurous, unique, and sometimes mysterious vacation experience, choose an Africa and Arabia cruise with Holland America Line. Immerse yourself in the culture of the Mediterranean-influenced North African countries like Algeria, Morocco, Sudan, and more. Explore Egypt and Arabia, finding treasures and enriching yourself with foreign dance, cuisine, and history. You may even have the opportunity to visit Africa’s crown jewel--South Africa—where you can interact with the incredibly blended cultures and spend time getting acquainted with Africa’s wildlife. For a special and memorable journey, choose an Africa & Arabia cruise with Holland America Line.
Things to Do on an Africa Cruise with Holland America Line
Africa and the lands of Arabia offer a desert wonderland. With Holland America Line, you can delve into the history of the Holy Land, explore the pyramids and go 4x4 riding in a landscape that mimics the moon.
- Namib Desert 4x4 Adventure (Walvis Bay, Namibia) When you picture desert sand dunes, you’re thinking about the Namib Desert. This amazing landscape is filled with dunes reaching tens of feet in the air. You’ll also explore the Swakop River Valley, which is said to look a lot like the surface of the moon. You’ll also stop in the Welwitschia Valley which offers another interesting environment. Before heading back to the ship you’ll enjoy some local treats: oysters.
- Jerusalem, Bethlehem, Nazareth and the Sea of Galilee Overnight Tour (Haifa, Israel) You’ll spend two days discovering the religious roots of Jesus Christ on this excursion. First you’ll visit Nazareth where he grew up, then you’ll drive by the site where Jesus gave his famed Sermon on the Mount. In Jerusalem, visit the Western Wall, the only remaining part of the Holy Temple built by King Solomon. On your second day you’ll visit Bethlehem, the birthplace of Jesus, and return to Jerusalem later to visit the Garden of Gethsemane, Mount Zion and the spot of the Last Supper.
- Magical Marrakech (Casablanca, Morocco) This mystical city has a lot of beautiful Islamic architecture to view, including the Bahia Palace, which was once the home of the Sultan’s harem. You’ll visit a 12th century minaret and after lunch you’ll head to Jemaa el-Fna Square to see the acrobats, snake charmers and soothsayers all perform for your attention.
- Cape Town: A Military City (Cape Town, South Africa) Visit the Castle of Good Hope, which was a fortress built just 14 years after Dutch settler Jan van Riebeeck came onto the shores of South Africa. You’ll explore both the Military History Museum and the William Fehr Art Collection which contain artifacts associated with the colonization of Cape Town. At noon you’ll hear the Noon Gun at Signal Hill, a local tradition. After lunch, enjoy the South African Air Force Museum.
- Giza Pyramids, Sphinx and The Egyptian Museum of Antiquities (Port Said, Egypt) One of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, the Pyramids of Giza are not to be missed. Nearby is the mysterious Sphinx, a statue depicting a lion with a man’s face. In the afternoon, travel to the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities where you’ll get a great understanding of Ancient Egypt and its customs. One of the highlights of this museum is the treasures of King Tut, the boy king.
- Petra: the Rose Red City (Aquaba, Jordan) Walk into this tucked away city through the Siq gorge in Petra. You will be guided through this experience as you pass by stone carvings and water channels until, seemingly out of nowhere, you’ll see The Treasury, an intricate building carved out of rock. You’ll also visit the Greek Theater and the royal tombs.

Netherlands Tours & Holidays
With a robust economy, formidable football team, rich artistic heritage and ever-progressive attitudes on… well, pretty much everything, The Netherlands punches well above its weight, even by European standards.
Idealistic and industrious, cosmopolitan and tolerant, it’s a country whose cities continue to set the world pace for all things innovative. In classic Dutch liberal-mindedness, Amsterdam’s colourful cafe culture exists right alongside The Hague’s International Criminal Court, while psychedelic poppy plantations, glistening lakes and the occasional windmill still adorn the countryside. Distinguished, distinctive and a damn good fun holiday destination, The Netherlands is about as impressive and irrepressible as countries come – all the more so given that it was practically built on a swamp.

Best time to visit the netherlands.
The Dutch weather can be somewhat unpredictable throughout the year so be prepared whenever you decide to visit. Most people visit on holidays between April and September when the weather is warm and the days are long, though showers are always a possibility and it's also a good idea to have a light jacket handy. You'll find smaller crowds during autumn and winter when conditions can be quite cold and wet, though temperatures rarely drop below freezing. The bulb fields near Amsterdam come into bloom from April to mid-May.

5. Zaanse Schans
An open-air conservation area and museum not far from Amsterdam, Zaanse Schans provides a unique insight into Dutch industry during the 17th and 18th centuries with its traditional windmills and craft workshops.
Geography and environment
Known for its low-lying topography, large areas of The Netherlands were reclaimed from the sea and protected by dikes and seawalls, which means that 20 per cent of its land area is below sea level and more than half is no more than 1 metre high. There are slightly higher areas to the east and south in the foothills of the Ardennes. The Netherlands borders Belgium to the south, Germany to the east and has the North Sea to its north and west.

Visit The Royal Palace in Amsterdam
The Royal Palace is an Amsterdam must do thanks to its opulent 17th century architecture. Admire the yellow stone exterior before moving inside where you can float across marble floors and glance up at the extravagance of the ceiling and chandeliers. Found on the west side of Dam Square opposite the war memorial, it is close to numerous other Amsterdam attractions.

Stroll through an enchanting wonderland of tulips
Find the endlessly beautiful fields of tulips in Keukenhof, a mere 40-minute drive from the Dutch capital. You will feel an immense appreciation for nature’s beauty walking through the colourful gardens, alive with petals during the months of spring. Take time to sit and take in the vision and scents, either beside a lake or near a windmill.
Gain insights into the tradition of diamond cutting

When the indulgence gets too much, reach for stamppot, a traditional Dutch classic of creamy potatoes usually mashed with carrots, turnip greens, spinach, onions, and kale. Try it topped with smoked sausage like rookworst if you’re still feeling indulgent.

Rainy days can happen at any time of the year in the Netherlands, with an average annual rainfall of 700 millimetres. Come prepared with a raincoat or a small travel umbrella.
Jackets and cardigans
The Netherlands is a great place to travel in both winter and summer, with both seasons offering many perks. Consult a weather website before packing as even the summer months can require a jacket or cardigan.
A camera and memory card
From tulip fields to charming windmills, the Netherlands is endlessly photogenic. Pack a good camera and a spare memory card to capture your experience at its very best.
Empty bag space
With delicious local cheeses and oversized clogs tempting your souvenir list, spare bag space is a must when travelling in the Netherlands. Remember to check what rules apply when returning home with your chosen goods.
Pack for sustainable travel
Consider your environmental impact when you next take a trip and go single-use-plastic-free by packing a reusable water bottle, a steel straw, your own shopping bags and refillable toiletry bottles.

South Africa Safari - Compare 930 Tours
South Africa is one of the world’s most varied holiday destinations. From the classic safari country of Kruger National Park to the stately ‘mother city’ of Cape Town; from the snow-sprinkled heights of the Drakensberg to the parched red dunescapes of the Kalahari; from the gorgeous Winelands around Stellenbosch to the idyllic beaches of the Garden Route – South Africa is a true all-rounder that attracts more than its fair share of repeat visitors. It is also the most affordable and well equipped of African safari destinations, particularly well suited to family holidays, to those seeking a malaria-free holiday, to dedicated foodies and wine-lovers, and for combining a foray into Big Five country with a beach holiday and/or city break.

8 Questions About South Africa Safaris
Answered by
Philip briggs.
When is the best time to visit South Africa?
“There is no bad time to take a South African holiday. But certain parts of the country are far better at specific times of the year. If a safari will be the main event of your South African tour, most of the country’s key parks and reserves are at their best in the southern hemisphere winter months of May to September, when daytime temperatures are cooler, the bush is less dense allowing for better visibility, and wildlife tends to gather around limited water sources. For beach-lovers, by contrast, the main coastal resorts are at their best in the southern hemisphere summer (November to March). Special interest groups such as bird-watchers and photographers may also prefer to undertake a safari in summer, when resident bird populations are boosted by large numbers of migrant birds, and the clear sky and greener countryside make for a more photogenic backdrop.”
Why visit South Africa, what are the major attractions?
“Variety is the keynote of South African holidays. The country boasts one of the continent’s finest safari destinations in the form of Kruger National Park and nearby private reserves, while other key Big Five safari reserves include Hluhluwe-iMfolozi and malaria-free Madikwe and Pilanesberg. Safaris aside, South Africa is renowned for its fantastic beaches, limitless hiking opportunities, wonderful outdoor climate and good-value dining and wining scene. The main focus of non-safari sightseeing is Cape Town, which is gracefully perched below Table Mountain on a scenic stretch of Atlantic coastline, close to the whale-watching hub of Hermanus and the historical Winelands around Stellenbosch and Franschhoek.”
How much does a South African safari cost?
“South African safari prices will depend greatly on the level of comfort you expect. At one extreme, self-drive camping safaris in somewhere like Kruger might work out at under US$100 for a couple per day. At the other extreme, all-inclusive safari packages at one of the country’s more exclusive private safari lodges might be 10 or 20 times more expensive. A good compromise between comfort and cost is a safari using the well-run rest camps that can be found throughout Kruger and in many other key national parks and provincial reserves. Accommodation aside, extras such as food, wine and other drinks are very cheap by international standards.”
How is the wildlife viewing?
“Excellent. Kruger National Park and neighboring private reserves host large populations of all the Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, rhino and buffalo), and rank among the top African safari destinations when it comes to spotting white rhino, as well as the rarer black rhino, leopard, cheetah and African wild dog. All these safari favorites are also likely to be encountered in Madikwe and Pilanesberg Game Reserves, as well as in Hluhluwe-iMfolozi and the various small private reserves of the Eastern Cape. Outside of the major Big Five reserves, many parts of the country are still home to a variety of antelope, monkeys and small predators, all of which might be encountered by hikers and ramblers. Bird watching is consistently excellent throughout the country, while locally conspicuous marine wildlife includes penguins, whales and giant turtles.”
How safe is South Africa for tourists?
“Crime is a genuine issue in the larger cities, especially Johannesburg, but not so much in the game reserves, smaller towns and beach resorts that form the focal points of most South African safari trips. Follow local advice about safety, avoid walking around cities at night, and you should be fine. Malaria is absent from most parts of the country, the one major exception being Kruger National Park and its immediate environs, but even here the risk is far lower than in most other African safari destinations. Madikwe and Pilanesberg are Africa’s premier malaria-free safari destinations. Many reserves in South Africa offer guided walking safaris in areas inhabited by potentially dangerous animals such as elephant, black rhino and lion, but the risk of an incident is minimal provided that you listen to your guide at all times, and treat wildlife with respect. Possibly the biggest risk to life and limb in South Africa is a car accident, so self-drivers should adopt a more defensive and cautious approach than they might at home.”
How do I select a reliable tour operator for a South Africa trip?
“It’s worth doing a bit of research into operators before you book a South Africa tour. Look for reviews of any given operator on SafariBookings.com and possibly other online portals; the more reviews an operator has received, the more confident you can be of its reliability. If you have friends who have visited the country, or who live there, ask for word-of-mouth recommendations before booking any South African safari packages. Check out the company’s website too – as a rule its level of professionalism will reflect that of the company it represents. Once in South Africa, hotels and guesthouses can usually point you to tried-and-tested operators for day outings and other short local tours.”
What type of accommodation can I expect?
“South African safari accommodation ranges from no-frills campsites to exclusive upmarket lodges offering the last word in safari chic. In between these extremes, most national parks and provincial reserves have at least one well-run rest camp offering camping facilities and self-catering chalets (usually en suite but occasionally using shared bathrooms). For those who don’t want to immerse themselves in the bush, a selection of mid-range hotels can be found within easy driving distance of many national park and reserve entrance gates. Exclusive lodges are generally associated with private reserves and concessions that offer all-inclusive safari packages incorporating guided game drives and walks.”
What can I expect from South African safaris?
“Generally South Africa has a more developed feel than other African safari destinations. Most national parks and other reserves can be reached via good, surfaced roads, which certainly isn’t the case in many other parts of Africa. Some, such as Kruger, actually have an internal network of surfaced roads, and it is the only major African safari destination where a 4WD would be a luxury rather than a necessity, and the most suitable one for self-drive safaris. Likewise, most national park rest camps are well equipped for self-caterers, and many have well-stocked grocery shops. Further, the wildlife in South Africa is as wild as it is in most parts of Africa, the standard of guiding is unusually high, and people on organized safaris can expect excellent close-up sightings of everything from the Big Five to smaller animals such as birds and lizards.”

Zendaya is feeling the love from her fans, including her No. 1 supporter, boyfriend Tom Holland .
Talking with ET's Denny Directo from the Los Angeles premiere of her new film, Challengers , on Tuesday, the 27-year-old Emmy winner said she has been astounded by the sheer amount of love from not only her on and off-screen love interest, 27, but her family and friends as well.
"It's great. I mean, I feel so lucky. I have so much beautiful support around me," Zendaya told ET. "Even tonight, I have so many family -- they're over there -- family and friends here."
While Holland was nowhere to be seen on the black carpet, it is possible that the Uncharted star was giving his longtime love her moment to shine before greeting her inside. At the London premiere last week, Holland skipped the carpet but was caught kissing and embracing his girlfriend inside the venue in photos and videos posted online . Could he have done the same in sunny L.A.?
In early March, near the beginning of Zendaya's Challengers press tour, Holland joined her for an appearance alongside her stylist and close friend, Law Roach, at the BNP Paribas Open. During the match, the Euphoria star and her British beau were seen goofing around during the game and jamming out to "I Wanna Dance With Somebody" by Whitney Houston. One adorable pic posted online also showed Holland snapping photos of Zendaya as she spoke with the event's winner, Iga Swiatek.
While Holland has been sneakily showing up to support Zendaya as she promotes her new film, it's evident that the Cherry actor has had nothing to worry about all along as the only thing capable of stealing the show has been Zendaya's style.
During stops in Australia, London, Paris and Rome, the actress has given a new definition to "tennis chic" with dresses and looks inspired by the film and the sport at the center of the Luca Guadagnino flick.
"I've really enjoyed this press tour. I think just the idea of tennis whites in general and kind of playing with that in each of my looks," she told ET. "It's just been fun, you know, just experimenting and building this other red carpet character."
For her looks over the last month, she and Roach have dabbled in everything from bedazzled tennis dresses to tennis-ball green get-ups and one gown with a person playing tennis on the front. For the Los Angeles premiere, however, the pair decided to keep it simple with a lacy black and pink gown designed by Vera Wang, which she said relates to the film in a way fans will understand after watching.
"It's interesting 'cause we've had this dress for a while and it just felt like the right time to bring her out," Zendaya said, hinting that the look mirrors a potentially scandalous scene in a nightgown.
Before heading in and celebrating the hard work of the film's cast and crew, Zendaya also commented on one big-name guest in attendance and one who may have an expert opinion on the more technical side of the film's sport. Tennis great Venus Williams showed up and showed out to support the movie on Tuesday, which Zendaya said made her a little nervous.
"I heard that she came and I was like, 'No way, this is the coolest thing!' So I'm very nervous 'cause I know Serena [Williams] has seen the movie but I'm very nervous about her seeing my tennis," she shared.
Should Venus, 43, find faults in Zendaya's skill with a tennis ball and a racket, Zendaya added, "I apologize in advance."
Challengers is in theaters April 26.
