Had to canc trip 6/20-6/24 to OC due to Emergency life threatening heart issue. Hospitaliced 6/17-6/21. Perkiomen was contacted immediately leaving many voice mails. Their office is open only a few days a week. According to their canc policy only 10% of cost would be withheld if canc within 30 days prior to departure. They gave a refund of less than half and led me to believe the part not refunded was due by the hotel. I was informed by Wynham hotel that they gave Perkiomen their refund and I should have received it from Perkiomen. Really?? Hey Perkiomen where is the money?? in my opinion Perkiomen management is not what it used to be. Prevously customer service was top notch. i feel I was mislead by their written cancellation policy.

Amazing! They were on-time and friendly and provided the transportation for my daughters wedding to and from the Hotel and the Reception! Harry was an amazing guy who literally was the life of the party! I highly recommend!
