Welcome to the National College of Tourism (NCT)

National College of Tourism (NCT) is the only Government College in Tanzania mainland under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism which offers Hospitality and Tourism training. National College of Tourism (NCT) is fully accredited with National Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (NACTVET) at National Technical Award (NTA) level 6 (Ordinary Diploma). The College is running four Campuses which are Mwanza (Tourism), Arusha, Bustani (based on Hospitality Operation) and Temeke Campus (Based on Tourism).

Thank you for your interest in joining the National College of Tourism (NCT), a Government owned Institution that operates under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism. ELIZABETH MISSOKIA

A previous executive director of one of the few premium non-governmental educational development organisations in Tanzania, Ms. Elizabeth Missokia, currently living and working in the United States of America, is an alumna of the University of Dar es Salaam.

After her early years in primary school under the care of her parents, Elizabeth had done well in school to merit admission for secondary education at Jangwani Secondary School in Dar es Salaam in the years between 1985 and 1988. She completed high school and earned an Advanced Certificate in Secondary Education Examinations (ACSEE)

SIFUNI ERNEST MCHOME

One of a few individuals clad, in the previous decade, with a number of institutional roles in teaching, professional tutoring and public service inside and outside the walls of the University’s School of Law, Professor Sifuni Ernest Mchome is a past graduate—an alumnus—of the University of Dar es Salaam, of the graduating class of 1989.

He was born on the 9th of October 1963 in the northern region of Arusha and had both his elementary and his secondary schooling there: at Uhuru Primary School (1971–1978); Arusha - Meru and Kolila Secondary Schools (for the Certificate of Secondary Education Examination
