Meredith and/or any Tripadvisor member, I hope that you can share your experience on your trips with PYO. I am also interested in booking tours with them but am hesitant due to past reviews.

They are cheaper on China tours because they have more annoying mandatory factory shops stops, so you have less time sightseeing.

None of their 3 customer service hotline answers my call. Email got reply the next day and once only. After few days, I have not got my reply with booking confirmation.

Message on FB got reply late and no further feedback.
