出張で2月6日に1泊利用しました。 石和温泉の比較的端の辺りの立地ですが、予約すれば駅まで出迎えがあると言う事です。 素泊まりのプランなので、途中で買物するため歩きましたが、徒歩15分程の距離ってとこです。 立地のせいだけでは無いのでしょうが、周辺地域は飲食店など殆ど無く、買物はコンビニ頼りなので、出来るだけ食事付きにする事をお勧めします。 老舗旅館なので、建物の老朽化は止むを得ない感じで、外壁リニューアルらしき工事をしてました。部屋は和室で、掃除が行き届いていて建物の古さを清潔感が補ってくれます。 大浴場は最上階で展望浴場となっていますが、夜は周辺真っ暗になるので、展望はそれ程望めませんが、掃除はしっかりされていましたし、お湯は熱すぎずぬる過ぎずで満足でした。 展望を楽しみたい方は余り暗くならないうちか、朝早起きするしかないですね。従業員の方は、今時なので外国籍のや方が何人か居ましたが、日本語も含めて全く問題無く丁寧に対応して頂きました。 客室ドアがオートでなく、鍵は開錠専用な所は注意が必要です。 幹線道路から離れてるので、閑静ですが隣の物音が聞こえる事もなく快適に過ごせると思います。

ログインと地図表示に関しのレビューに、ご回答ありがとうございます。 操作ミスで消してしまい、以下、ご回答へのへの返信です。 ログインについては、セキュリティの観点からの有効期間は問題ございません。 問題は、再度IDパスワードを入力するときに、iPhoneよパスワード機能から楽天のIDを検索しないといけない点です。 地図機能については、例えば千葉を検索して、地図を東京スクロールしたときに宿を表示できるとありがたい、という意図でした。 レビューを投稿いただきありがとうございます。 ・ログイン時のパスワード入力に関しましては。安全なサービス提供のため、オートログインの有効期限は30日間と設定しております。またご予約のステップでは、セキュリティの観点より再度ログインが必要となっております。 ・地図表示に関しましては、地図を動かし、別のエリアで施設のマークが表示されましたら、マークをタップもしくは、画面右上のハンバーガーアイコンをタップすると、そのエリアで表示されている宿泊施設一覧が表示されます。 お試しいただけると幸いです。 今後もお客さまのお声を参考に使いやすいアプリになるよう努めてまいります。引き続き楽天トラベルをよろしくお願いいたします。 」

Needs Languages Support

The only reason I opened a account was because my spouse had one here in Japan and used it to make travel plans. With that being said unfortunately I can’t read Japanese so in order for this app to be useful for me they need to incorporate Google Translate into all services being used in this app so I may be able to use it in English. Otherwise, the only time I will ever use this app is for my spouse to login into their account on my iPhone in order to add airline tickets or whatever to my Apple Wallet. Such a waste being if this app was fully accessible in English I would use this more often.

Rakuten Travel Strengthens Collaboration with IHG Hotels & Resorts, Announces MoU to Link Member Loyalty Programs

Tokyo, February 6, 2024 - Rakuten Group, Inc. today announced that its travel reservation service Rakuten Travel, a leading online travel agency in Japan, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with hotel chain IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG) to consider collaborating on a seamless travel booking experience linking the two companies’ loyalty programs. This is the first time that IHG has signed an MoU with a Japanese travel reservation service. 

Rakuten Travel and IHG will carry out discussions with the aim of improving services and customer experiences for members of Rakuten and its flagship loyalty program, Rakuten Points, together with IHG One Rewards, the loyalty program run by IHG. Details of specific initiatives based on the MoU will be announced in the near future.
