If I could give a negative rating I would. She is horrible to work with. If there are any problems she does not work with you at all, just tells you to read the email. She will not accept payment over the phone even though her website says they can. Her poor customer service is beyond description once she has your down payment! Use at your own risk!

I originally started my destination wedding process with a different agent from a well known website that caters to destination weddings, which was a HORRIBLE experience. Thankfully, Debra was highly recommended on a Destination Weddings Facebook page by multiple people who have worked with her in the past or were currently working with her. I called her just to see if she would be someone I could work with, and by the end of our impromptu hour long call she had me hooked and an action plan in place. She looked over a contract for a private venue that didn't provide incentives for her, and yet she still provided me with the pro's and cons of the venue. I ended up deciding it wasn't the right venue and looked over the reaorts that she suggested would fit what we were looking for. She has gone above and beyond in securing a room block, executing a wedding contract and keeping my sanity in check! She made it look effortless getting 60 guests booked and paid for our dream wedding. She went a step further in providing me tips and tricks to keep my wedding costs down and affordable so that I can still have all the major key items for our wedding. We are now 90 days away and i'm so thankful to have her on our side to guide us to the perfect day!

Debra is an absolutely positively amazing travel agent. As someone who previously worked in the field I can vouch for Debra's knowledge of travel. She was always fast to response and very accommodating to all my requests. She's been a dream to work with and took the pain out of booking my trip in May. I would recommend Debra to anyone in need of a travel agent, specially if you are traveling out of the country.

Setting up travel plans can be tricky and tedious especially with large parties but Debra made it all seamless and simple. She's there to answer questions every step of the way and will help accommodate in whatever way possible. She even processed my payment on her day off for me and is willing to go the extra mile to make you feel like a customer and not another number. Thank you for all your help!
