Note that there can be multiple Railcards selected, and a number value (Number of Passengers with Selected Railcard) must be sent for each one selected. The way it works is all selected "Railcards" are sent as a comma-delimited list in the rc field, and all the "Number of Passengers with Selected Railcard" are sent as a comma-delimited list in the rcc field which matches the order of the Railcards in the rc field. So if there are two "16-25 Railcards" and one "HM Forces Railcard" it will be sent as:

Also note that WebTIS doesn't handle Railcards very well, so this might not work well anyway. :(

The London Fire Brigade has said it responded to reports of a smell of smoke at Notting Hill Gate Underground Station.

Firefighters conducted a search and found the smell was coming from a bonfire at a nearby property.

The Brigade was called at 12.07pm and the incident was over for firefighters at 12.52pm.

TfL says it is responding to a fire alert at Notting Hill Gate.

Disruptions are expected to affect the Elizabeth Line right through rush-hour this morning.

As a result, Elizabeth line trains may be cancelled or delayed by up to 15 minutes.

Strike

News | London

London travel news LIVE: Train strike hits London commuter services as 'police incident' shuts Dartford bridge

Rail services on some of London’s busiest commuter routes have been brought to a standstill as drivers launch a fresh strike in a near two-year long pay dispute.

Members of Aslef at operators including those running services into the capital such as Southern, Southeastern and South Western Railway are walking out for the day. Affected operators are running no trains on the vast majority of the network.

Strikes will be held on Wednesday and Thursday at different operators , while drivers are also banning overtime until Saturday which is also causing disruption.

Passengers are being urged to check before attempting to travel by train this week.

Operators hit by today’s strike include Greater Anglia, Thameslink and Southern (including Gatwick Express), Southeastern, South Western Railway, c2c and GTR’s Great Northern.

Meanwhile the Queen Elizabeth II Bridge at the Dartford crossing was closed on Tuesday morning due to a “police incident”. The bridge was shut for more than an hour causing long delays on the M25.

Vehicle on fire on M25 brings traffic to standstill

All lanes are stopped and traffic is stationary in both directions on the M25 near Epping, due to a vehicle fire.

The traffic also appears to be tailing back onto the M11, according to traffic monitoring system Inrix.

The vehicle fire is around a mile from junction 27.

Stelle and Caelus from Honkai: Star Rail getting ready to take on a big winged boss

Honkai: Star Rail ’s 2.2 patch is coming soon, bringing new characters and story with it. Most players will be looking forward to the release of Robin and Boothill as playable characters, but the patch will have loads of other content, too.

Below, we explain when Honkai: Star Rail maintenance starts and ends, alongside the release time of version 2.2 . We’ve also added some details about what to expect from Honkai: Star Rail version 2.2.

What time does Honkai: Star Rail go down for maintenance?

Honkai: Star Rail will go down for maintenance on Tuesday, May 7, or Wednesday, May 8 (depending on your time zone), at the following times and will be unavailable for approximately five hours:

  • May 7 at 3 p.m. PDT for the west coast of North America
  • May 7 at 6 p.m. EDT for the east coast of North America
  • May 7 at 10 p.m. GMT for the U.K.
  • May 7 at 11 p.m. CET for western Europe/Paris
  • May 8 at 7 a.m. JST for Japan/Tokyo
  • May 8 at 8 a.m. AEST for Australia/Sydney

The patch for version 2.2 is available for pre-download now. Make sure to burn your fuel before maintenance starts, if you wanted to.

What time does Honkai: Star Rail version 2.2 start?

Honkai: Star Rail should come back from maintenance with the 2.2 version at the following times:

  • May 7 at 8 p.m. PDT for the west coast of North America
  • May 7 at 11 p.m. EDT for the east coast of North America
  • May 8 at 3 a.m. GMT for the U.K.
  • May 8 at 4 a.m. CET for western Europe/Paris
  • May 8 at 12 p.m. JST for Japan/Tokyo
  • May 8 at 1 p.m. AEST for Australia/Sydney

The servers may come up early or late, depending on how maintenance goes, but these are the approximate times 2.2 should go live. Usually Hoyoverse is pretty good by abiding by maintenance times. We don’t usually get extended maintenance, but it does end early sometimes!

What’s new in Honkai: Star Rail version 2.2?

The crown jewels of the new patch are Robin and Boothill, the new five-star characters. Robin, a Physical Harmony character, will launch in the first half of the patch and Boothill, a Physical Hunt character, will launch in the latter half of the patch.

While 2.2 likely won’t have the complete conclusion to the Penacony story, the big boss fight seems to imply that we’re nearing the end. In the trailer above we see the return of two characters from the Xianzhou Luofu while everyone works together to take down a big baddie, so it’s probably safe to say that things are starting to wrap up here. (Unless... they go bigger than this for an even bigger bad guy?)

The patch will also have some quality-of-life changes, like the ability to favorite characters and swap character’s paths (like when you swap Trailblazer from Destruction to Preservation) while retaining your desired light cones and relics.

Freight train derailment, fire forces Interstate 40 closure near Arizona-New Mexico line

Authorities say a freight train derailment and fire has forced the closure of a key east-west interstate trucking route near the Arizona-New Mexico state line

LUPTON, Ariz. -- A freight train carrying fuel derailed and caught fire Friday near the Arizona-New Mexico state line, forcing the closure of an interstate highway that serves as a key trucking route.

Initial passersby posted video and photos on social media of crumpled train cars and billowing, black smoke.

No injuries were reported in the midday train wreck near Lupton, Arizona. BNSF Railway spokesperson Lena Kent said company personnel were on site working to clear the wreckage. Kent said the cause of the derailment is under investigation.

Interstate 40 was closed by authorities in both directions in the area in the early afternoon, directing trucks and motorists off the freeway to alternate routes, New Mexico State Police and the Arizona Department of Public Safety announced.

The train was transporting non-odorous propane and gasoline, and a half-dozen rail cars caught fire and burned for hours after the derailment, New Mexico State Police Lt. Phil Vargas said.

“It looks like they’re just letting those (rail) cars burn themselves out,” Vargas said.

Nearby residences and a truck stop were evacuated as a precaution as winds carried away thick smoke and local firefighting crews responded. The derailment also led Amtrak to cancel some passenger travel, including on the route between Los Angeles and Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Traffic on I-40 backed up for more than 10 miles, though detours were opened on two-lane roads and highways, said Kristine Bustos-Mihelcic, a spokesperson for the New Mexico Department of Transportation. The agency warned Friday evening of an extended highway closure that would increase traffic on other interstate highways, including I-25 and I-10.

The Arizona Corporation Commission that oversees railroad safety said in a social media post on X that 10 rail cars were involved in the derailment and that two were transporting liquid petroleum. The agency said it planned to send a railroad inspector to the site but later learned the derailment happened on the New Mexico side of the tracks.

Zendaya changes into second outfit with giant train and flower hat on Met Gala 2024 red carpet

Thanks for contacting us. We've received your submission.

Zendaya is stopping to smell the roses on the red carpet.

After making a grand entrance in a tulle Maison Margiela gown , Zendaya walked the Met Gala 2024 red carpet yet again in a new — and just as show-stopping — look.

The star, who’s co-chairing this year’s event, looked fresh as a rose in her second style of the night, which featured an enormous black train and ruffled sleeves — plus the pièce de résistance, a rose-adorned hat from Alexander McQueen’s 2007 collaboration with Philip Treacy.

Zendaya

The star seemingly scrubbed off the dramatic Pat McGrath Labs makeup she wore for her first appearance in favor of a more fresh-faced look this time around, though both looks included bleached eyebrows.

Like her first dress — which paid homage to the John Galliano-designed spring 1999  Christian Dior Haute Couture styles — the gown is another of the British designer’s masterpieces, from the 1996 Givenchy collection.

It appears April showers bring (first Monday of) May flowers, as Zendaya’s far from the only star rocking fashion festooned with blooms at this year’s “Garden of Time”-themed fête — including Lauren Sánchez , Kim Kardashian and Gigi Hadid , to name but a few.

This year marked Zendaya’s first Met Gala in four years, and it seems the star’s making up for lost time — although she’s hardly been out of the spotlight since.

Her duo of Met looks follows her fashion-filled “Challengers” press tour, where she rocked a string of tennis-inspired looks ranging from a sleek Thom Browne-designed take on Wimbledon whites to a  re-creation of Venus and Serena Williams’ black-and-white Carolina Herrera gown  and beaded braids from a 1998 Vogue shoot.

And while the tennis-filled press tour may be over, it’s safe to say she’s still serving.

I-40 reopens after train derailment near NM-AZ line

I-40 reopened after train derailment near nm-az line.

MANUELITO, N.M. — Traffic on Interstate 40 is slowly getting back to normal after a train derailment shut parts of it down Friday.

The derailment happened Friday near the New Mexico-Arizona state line.

Between Laguna Pueblo and Gallup, about a 100-mile stretch, authorities only let local residents through with proof of residency. Many other drivers, including truckers, had to detour in Albuquerque from I-40 to I-25 to then catch I-10 in southern New Mexico.

All of this stranded hundreds of semi-trucks and cars. People waited for hours in bumper-to-bumper traffic.

On Sunday, officials said parts of I-40 are now open, but drivers may still face some detours.

State officials say westbound I-40 is open. However, they’re urging drivers to use caution. They also drivers may need a police escort to pass the roadway due to heavy smoke.

McKinley County Fire Rescue confirms eastbound lanes on I-40 are now open, including mile marker 33 in Arizona.

Their photos show crews removing debris off the roads Sunday night. Firefighters also worked to stop the fire from spreading.

According to officials, crews have removed some of the wreckage.

Officials say about six of the 35 rail cars were carrying propane. At one point, officials say about 40 people, living within a two-mile radius, had to evacuate.

They say there is no concern for air quality, but they’re keeping an eye on it.

The cause of the derailment remains under investigation.

Folks who have been directly impacted by this incident can call the BNSF incident hotline at 1-866-243-4784.

The derailment comes a month after a BNSF train derailed in Socorro. That derailment spilled millions of pounds of corn .
