One of the most exciting faces in hip-hop, Key Glock announces he will embark on his 2023 US tour this upcoming spring – SiriusXM’s Hip-Hop Nation Presents: Key Glock – Glockoma Tour – with support from fellow Memphis native Big Scarr . Produced by Live Nation, the 31-date run kicks off on March 5th at Atlanta’s Coca-Cola Roxy making stops in Detroit, Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas, and more before wrapping up in Nashville, TN at Marathon Music Works on April 28th. 

Key Glock will be performing songs from his catalog, including PRE5L , the 5-song EP he released on November 17th, 2022. Glock’s last solo headlining tour, YellowTape 2022, sold over 35,000 tickets across intimate venues. His upcoming Key Glock – Glockoma Tour promises even more hits, with the addition of Big Scarr , an XXL Freshman and rising signee from Gucci Mane’s The New 1017 label.

Key Glock reveals 2023 tour dates

The glockoma tour will run across 31 cities with opener big scarr..

Memphis rapper Key Glock has announced The Glockoma Tour, a 31-date run of shows in North America kicking off in 2023. The dates begin March 5 in Atlanta and run until April 28 for a home-state show in Nashville, Tennessee. Big Scarr will join Glock on the dates, and you can buy tickets this Friday, December 9 at 10 a.m. local time on Key Glock's website .

In November, Key Glock shared PRE5L , an EP shared on the one-year anniversary of his cousin and mentor Young Dolph 's death. This year has seen Glock guest on " Ungrateful " from Megan Thee Stallion 's album Traumazine as well as release a deluxe edition of his 2021 album Yellow Tape 2 .

Key Glock Revealed The Dates And Venues For His 2023 ‘Glockoma’ Tour

Burgeoning Memphis star Key Glock has had an eventful 2022, touring to promote his Yellow Tape 2 project and appearing alongside Megan Thee Stallion on “ Ungrateful ” from her new album Traumazine . The PRE rapper, who has been “ maintaining ” since the death of his mentor Young Dolph , looks to keep that momentum going in 2023, announcing the dates for his upcoming Glockoma Tour presented by SiriusXM and produced by Live Nation.

One of the brightest stars in the Southern hip-hop scene, Key Glock, has announced a U.S. tour this upcoming spring. Presented by SiriusXM’s Hip-Hop Nation and produced by Live Nation, Key Glock brings his “Glockoma” tour across the nation. The 31-date run kicks-off on March 5 at Atlanta’s Coca-Cola Roxy, and  i ncludes a stop at the Knockdown Center in Queens, NY, on Saturday, March 18, 2023.

About Key Glock:

Key Glock is the new face of Memphis rap. Signed to Young Dolph’s Paper Route Empire, the 25-year-old rapper stays true to his roots with an emphatic midtempo flow and trunk-rattling trap beats.

Glock burst onto the scene with his Paper Route debut Glock Season in 2017, from which the single “On My Soul” has nearly 8 million views on YouTube. October 2021’s Yellow Tape 2 debuted at #7 on the Billboard 200 and #1 on the Independents Charts. Key Glock stands solo, however, he is not alone in spirit.

In November 2021, Key Glock’s cousin, friend, and mentor, Young Dolph was shot and killed at 36 while visiting their hometown. The loss shocked not only the Hip-Hop community but left the Glockoma rapper at a standstill. After not releasing a full-length project for nearly an entire year after the tragedy, “Mr. Glock” returned in November 2022 with PRE5L , ready to extend the legacy of his Dum And Dummer collaborator but prove he could still shine on his own. 

When Key Glock first announced his tour in December 2022 , the 25-year-old rapper was set to hit 31 cities with fellow Memphis-bred Hip-Hop artist Big Scarr . But before the Glockoma Tour kicked off in March 2023, plans changed. The week following the announcement, Big Scarr died at 22 of an accidental drug overdose and the headlining act was left to mourn another loss.

As the show must go on, rising acts TiaCorine, Kenny Muney, and Jay Fizzle were revealed as the new supporting acts in January 2023. The tour, which began in Atlanta on March 5, 2023, reached the West Coast by April, bringing Southern Hip-Hop fans an evening of Memphis trap music and the creation of lifelong memories. 

On Saturday night (April 15), hundreds flocked to the Hollywood Palladium for the sold-out show. Outside of the venue, fans became friends, snapping selfies in front of the marquee lit up for Key Glock. They discussed what songs they hoped the rapper would perform. 

After entering the venue, the standing-room section filled in front of the stage as DJ RockSteddy spun music from Young Dolph, Key Glock, Big Scarr, and other Memphis-bred musicians to an energetic audience. Nods were also made to Atlanta rapper Takeoff , who was murdered in 2022. Paper fans holding artwork from February’s Glockoma 2 waved back and forth, cutting the dark smokey air. Lines for t-shirts and photos excitedly intertwined as the show prepared to begin.  

Ticket-holders standing in front of the stage waved towels and inflatable dolphins, paying respects to the slain “100 Shots” rapper. The diverse crowd chanted for Key Glock to hit the stage and as he emerged from behind the curtain, a thunderous cheer welcomed him and set the tone for the night. 

The performance was not free of the many collaborations between Key Glock and Dolph, with a section of the show dedicated to the late elder of the duo. As the headlining performer briefly exited the stage,  he and his DJ challenged the audience to rap Dolph’s biggest records, demanding to “hear every voice” in the venue recite “Preach.”. With that moment, Dolph’s artistry lived on through fan appreciation, genuine support, and the P.R.E. successors keeping his music alive. 

Lasting nearly an hour, the Glockoma tour proved to be a party and a show, allowing Key Glock, his team, and his dedicated followers a space to allow the P.R.E. rapper to step into his own and shine as an emerging star.

Key Glock Declares Himself “The Greatest” in New Single

Key Glock, the celebrated rapper from South Memphis, asserts his dominance in his latest single, “The Greatest.” Teaming up once again with producer Bandplay, Key Glock delivers dynamic verses over a simmering beat adorned with ringing piano keys and arpeggiating guitars. With confidence akin to Muhammad Ali, Key Glock flaunts his prowess, boasting, “Heart cold as a polar bear (burr)/And name hotter than a f*cking desert/I spent $20,000 on some fur/Then spent $30,000 on some leather.” Fans can anticipate the music video dropping soon on Key Glock’s YouTube channel.

“The Greatest” is just the beginning of Key Glock’s May music releases, with plans for a total of five singles throughout the month. This release strategy, coinciding with the fifth month, pays homage to Key Glock’s affiliation with Paper Route Empire and his cousin and mentor, the late Young Dolph, using the hashtag #PRE5L.

This latest single follows the success of “Let’s Go (Remix),” a collaboration between Key Glock and Young Dolph that soared to #59 on the Billboard Hot 100. The remix further propelled the popularity of “Let’s Go,” already one of Key Glock’s biggest hits to date.
