Educational and fun.

My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her EF Tour to Montreal and Quebec city. The guided tours were interesting, educational and fun. The included meals allowed her to try foods she may not have at home. She loved the steak house and the sugar shack. While she liked the hotel in Montreal, she was not happy with her accommodations in Quebec City. She felt the room was too small for four teens. The toilet ran continuously and the water pressure in the shower was weak. However, overall she enjoyed herself very much and would recommend EF Tours to her friends and teachers.

Great first experience!

My son just recently went to France and England on a school trip with EF tours and he had nothing but positive things to say about his experience. He said their tour guide was very punctual, informative and helpful. All the activities were super organized and he couldn't believe all the sites they were able to visit. He said it was a great way to see the 2 countries for the first time as many attractions had long lineups. But with the tour, they could get in right away.

Quebec Tour 2024

Both our Tour Director and bus driver were beyond amazing! They were both very knowledgeable about the area and accommodating for when we needed to make changes to the schedule. Our only unfavorable experience was a rude experience with a hotel desk clerk. He was rude to our students, parents that called the hotel and our chaperones over a misunderstanding. He made the situation worse instead of better.

The tours were great

The tours were great, lots of wonderful experiences for the students. Many of the tours kept the kids engaged, especially the Plains of Abraham re-enactment, the ghost tour and the dancing at the Sugar Shack. The hotels were okay, with one being better than the other. The hotels were a ways out of the cities that we were visiting. In terms of the breakfast and dinner included, I had hoped for better. The breakfasts were just the continental ones included with the hotel cost and did not have many options for the kids. Some of the dinners were not great and were not necessarily things the kids would like with little options. The kids needed extra snacks at night.

2 of my kids were fortunate enough to travel to Montreal/Quebec and absolutely loved everything about it. From the amazing tour guide and bus driver, to the sites and experiences. There wasn’t a negative comment made by either of my teens

Enjoyable trip

Really enjoyed the trip for the most part. Our tour instructor, Julian, was great! Our bus driver, Guy, was also amazing. Some downsides would be the hotel in Quebec City, it was pretty rundown and the staff was unorganized and rude to some of our kids. Meals that were provided were of varying quality.

You are doing everything very well! My daughter experienced superb venue selection and superb accommodation selection! Your billing department was excellent as well....human person available BY TELEPHONE!!!!, knowledgeable and efficient and accurate! Your tour guide, Giorgio was outstanding!!! Amazing tour guide. Better Flights?

Our tour guide Shanika was amazing! She made the experience super stress free for the staff on the trip. My only complaint would be the overnight flight. I understand flying the red eye is cheaper and gives students the whole day in Montreal, but they can't appreciate what they are seeing because they are so tired. We had students falling asleep every chance they got.

The overall experience was great!

The overall experience was great! My daughter had a wonderful time, made new friends, seen lots of interesting things, and felt safe and accepted the whole time.

Kelly Macdonald is doing an incredible job as my EF Tours representative! Not only is she efficient and hard working but she is a great communicator. It is a pleasure working with her on my trip.

Most good except food that varied from good to poor

Most things worked well on the tour. The Tour guide was great and helped adjust things as needed to our requests. Bus driver excellent. Tour locations/attractions were good, however timing provided by EF was not adequate for many of them and the tour guide helped change these. Hotels were good. Food varied from good to VERY poor at venues they provided. Changes on behalf of EF need to be made in this regard.

Great experience!!

My daughter recently went on an EF tours trip to New York City with her school and it was the most amazing experience! She had nothing but great things to say about the tour and her tour director Donna. The amount of activities and sightseeing they were able to do without feeling like they were run off their feet was impressive. She made some once in a life time memories on this trip that she will carry with her forever! The safety and security of the kids was a top priority for the tour company and I never had to worry about my daughter’s safety while traveling. Highly recommend!

An awesome experience for my daughter

My daughter did this tour through her school. She said it was the trip of a lifetime. Lots of many beautiful places to visit and explore.

Beautiful scenery and so much more

Beautiful scenery - Amazing lava formations with snow-covered mountains, bubbling mud, geysers, hot springs. The visits were impressive; a world-class geo-thermal power plant with carbon capture; a thousand-year accommodation; family-run fishing trade; whale watching; Icelandic horse ranch; geo-thermal green house. etc.

Not enough support from ef tours when needed

Sick kid and parents were left behind. Mom that left passport at hotel not good support Going thru new york to rushed could have lost a kid easily. Lunch shopping planned at cereal park should be before entering central park and not while in central park and waiting time waiting for a bus did not make any sense Credit card for dinner or subway did not work for everybody therefore one credit card was used. While supper would have been included and already paid for

My daughter loved her NYC tour, to bad the were unable to finish on the last day they were supposed to go to soho little Italy and china town but ran out of time. Would definitely recommend it for anyone.

Trip of a lifetime.

EF Tours provided us with a personable and knowledgeable guide who got us where we needed to go and made sure our needs were met. Our bus driver was capable and kept a tidy bus. The local experts varied between good and excellent, providing detailed information about the major sites. The provided lodging was clean and relatively quiet. The provided food was satisfactory for myself particularly for feeding 45 people all at once, but certainly not exceptional. This was certainly a trip of a lifetime for my family.
