Legit the best concert I've ever been to. We were right up the front and the way he communicated with the audience was epic. He was witty and just overall soooo talented. He looked like he genuinely was grooving and having a good time and it was so good to see him enjoy what he does. I love all of his music and he was so much better live. I would 100% go again if I could.

Probably one of the best, if not, THE BEST concert I've been to solely because of his energy. He’s also super kind which made everything that much better. I saw him lining up with fans after the show to take pictures even after he looked super exhausted. Truly an amazing experience.

Fresh off the success of his critically acclaimed sophomore album Gemini Rights , Steve Lacy has announced a North American tour on Tuesday (Aug. 2) in support of the LP.

The trek — titled the Give You the World tour — will see Lacy making a total of 27 stops across North America beginning on Oct. 2 at Denver’s Gothic Theatre, and making stops in Chicago, New York, Toronto, Portland, Seattle and more before concluding on Nov. 11 at The Greek Theatre in Los Angeles.

“It’s time…GIVE YOU THE WORLD TOUR,” the two-time Grammy nominee wrote on Instagram, sharing the tour’s official poster, which features a snap of him in oversized sunglasses, a custom Gemini Rights top and bottom grill, and a Dead Kennedys-inspired shirt-and-tie combo.

The tour news comes on the heels of Lacy’s recent Billboard chart successes . Following the July 15 release of Gemini Rights , the album reached No. 7 on the all-genre Billboard 200 chart, and went No. 1 on the Top Alternative Albums , Top Rock Albums and Top Rock & Alternative Albums charts, as well as No. 3 Top R&B/Hip Hop Albums chart. Meanwhile, the album’s second single, “Bad Habit,” has climbed to No. 11 on the Billboard Hot 100 , earning Lacy his first crossover hit .

Steve Lacy Announces ‘Give You the World Tour’ Dates

The tour is in support of his new album, "gemini rights.".

Steve Lacy is going on the road to celebrate the release of his sophomore album, Gemini Rights . The Give You the World Tour marks the Compton, California, native’s first headlining tour in three years, following his solo debut album Apollo XXI .

The 27-date trek begins at Gothic Theatre on Oct. 2 in Denver, Colorado, and wraps on Nov. 11 at The Greek Theatre in Los Angeles, California.

Lacy will also stop in other major cities nationwide, including Chicago, Boston, New York, Atlanta, Dallas, Las Vegas, and Seattle, among others.

Tickets for Lacy’s Give You the World Tour go on sale this Friday, Aug. 5, at 10 a.m. local time, via his official Bandsintown landing page .

Lacy released Gemini Rights on July 15 via RCA Records. The 10-track album includes guest appearances from Fousheé and Matt Martians of The Internet. It features the singles “ Mercury ” and “ Bad Habit .”

The latter track, released as the second focus track from Gemini Rights , is a hot item on the charts, specifically the Billboard Hot 100. At the time of this publishing, “ Bad Habit ” has reached No. 11 on the main singles chart after four weeks. It has amassed more than 67 million listens on Spotify. Its official video, directed by Julian Klincewicz, has been seen nearly six million times on YouTube.

As for the album itself, Gemini Rights topped multiple Billboard album charts in its opening week, from the Top Alternative Albums and Top Rock Albums to Top Rock & Alternative Albums .

Selling 34,000 equivalent units in week one, Gemini Rights also launched at No. 7 on the Billboard 200 . It was crowned as his first top ten on the main albums chart.

Steve Lacy will head out on tour in fall 2022 to promote his very good new album Gemini Rights , which came out this month. The “Give You The World” tour spans across the United States and Canada, beginning October 2 in Denver and running till November 11 in Los Angeles. Tickets go on sale here on Friday, August 5 at 10 a.m. local time.

Gemini Rights was preceded by the singles " Mercury ," " Sunshine ," and the current TikTok sensation " Bad Habit ."

After releasing his highly acclaimed sophomore album Gemini Rights , Steve Lacy has announced his North American tour dates for this fall. The tour will begin on October 2 in Denver, Colorado, travel through the United States and Canada, and conclude with a special homecoming performance at The Greek in Los Angeles, California, on November 11.

The legendary producer/singer just achieved his biggest debut on the Billboard 200 at No. 7 with Gemini Rights, which was published on RCA Records.
